re-reading my own fic because the author has exactly my taste in tropes, ships the same ships in the right way, and also shares my sense of humour. what a find, what a revelation. i hope they write more of this sort of thing.

the best thing about reading fics on ao3 is following the accounts tumblr blog. it’s like seeing the bts of a tv show

you’ll have the most beautifully written piece of literature ever and the author is advertising it on their blog by saying “here’s some shit i wrote at 3am cause the idea wouldn’t leave my head, anyway hope someone enjoys my horny thoughts lol”

you get to see updates on your fav fics and if the author has any new works in progress. it’s exciting!

Question for bg3 fanfic enjoyers.

If I wrote a cute little story about my tav and gale would you like it? I have a super cute backstory I love for them but I wanna make sure people will actually enjoy a fic that isn’t gale x reader.

Basically, idk if you’ve ever seen the dialogue where Gale says he finds students irksome, but i wanted her to be a little wizard who already KNOWS Gale or at least knows of him and is like “Please take me on as your apprentice!!”

To which he’s like “Hah. No. Thanks for asking, though.”

But then she is like, CONSTANTLY fucking shit up. Like trying to cast spells that rebound and almost kill her, or being too naive in certain circumstances so he keeps having to intervene and help her out. Because “Really? I know that magic can be challenging at times and that we all learn from our mistakes, but yours are apparently always lethal in nature.”

Which is how he learns that she is remarkably intelligent and learned (like she can recite knowledge from every book he mentions) but is a self taught wizard who basically came from nothing, who can’t afford to attend Academy and was actually headed to his tower to beg for his help.

Like I would you guys read that? Would you be into it? Cause i think its so cute.

It's an au where he's a fallen hero who used to be Spider-Man and becomes the Prowler, and I have so much planned for this au with just everything, I'm working on writing it and more art for it hehe

I've coloured these too actually I was planning to post this design fully coloured with like an explanation of all the symbolism and some teasers abt the story arc

But for Reasons™ i couldn't get good scans of the pages so until then have the lineart version ajdjejek ✨ (I'm insanely proud of them actually I will def post the coloured versions soon)

Will you be depicting "The Bluetooth Incident" in your fic or has that since been retconned?

Maybe, maybe not, it depends. Since it is a major transition for Polaroid to join the Film Industry, I need something unintentional but destructive at the same time for the science department to notice him.

Plus, I like to keep to the original storyline. There may be some slight adjustments to improve the fluidity of the story, but the major events won’t change.
