Mulled Wine Maker Functional for The Sims 2
As requested I tried to "improve" the mulled wine maker from Lethe_s and make it in a more modern and detailed way.
This object is cloned from a coffee machine but I changed the mesh adding a hob, a pan, a bottle of wine, spices, a honey jar, some oranges and a list with the recipe in simlish on it (I know, it's a lot of stuff but I really like the ending result, I think it's cute *_* ).
Sims can use it to prepare an entire pan (8 cups) of mulled wine. There is a steam effect on the pan until the last cup is taken. Making the mulled wine has a cost of 30 simoleon.
Drinking it increases comfort and energy and lowers bladder. Sims will dispose of the cup just as they finish to drink it.
Children can't use it of course (it's alchol). Visitors can drink the wine but not prepare the whole pan. Found in small kitchen appliance.
Low poly, 8 recolors included (in the picture I'm showing 6 of them):

Credits for the original meshes and textures to: Somik&Severinka (for the mulled wine), Ravasheen (for the wine bottle) Moony-Cat (for the hob), AroundtheSims (for the pot and spices), Homelivingsims (for the honey jar, blog is dead), Soloriya (for the oranges), Kerriganhouse (for the plate and recipe) and Freeasabird (for the brandy bottle).

Warm & Cozy Mulled Wine !
Ingredients:
1 bottle Full-bodied red wine, like Italian Red, Southern French, New World Merlot, Red Zinfandel, Shiraz
¼ cup Member's Mark™ Organic 100% Pure Maple Syrup
¼-½ cup Bourbon or brandy
1 Orange, sliced (plus more for garnish)
2 Spice Islands® Saigon Cinnamon Sticks
3 whole Star anise pods, plus more for garnish
4 whole Cloves
Instructions:
Add all ingredients to a medium sized pot and stir together.
Heat until the wine almost reaches a simmer over medium-high heat. (Avoid letting it bubble! This will cause the alcohol in the wine to evaporate.)
Reduce heat to low, cover completely, and let the wine simmer for at least 15 minutes or up to 3 hours.
Remove and discard the orange slices, cloves, cinnamon sticks, and star anise.
Serve in a mug garnished with additional orange slices, cinnamon sticks, and star anise pods, as desired.

Sodor's Christmas Committee
Christmas Fayres are big events for the population of Sodor, and there are many of them across the island throughout December.
Despite the number, Rheneas, Edward, and Dowager Hatt play key roles in the planning of every single one. Due to Rheneas and Edward's rail schedules, it isn't always possible for all three to attend each one together. But when they do, you can usually find them dressed in Christmas finery close to the mulled wine/cider stall.

Is it a Finnish thing to drink glögi (glögg, mulled wine) year round and for parties etc? 😅
Or is it literally me and Jere who are this weird? Did he get his friends into it too? I NEVER met another Swede who does it, glögg cannot be purchased outside of the nov-jan season and I always miss it dearly.
