If you are in your thirties or forties (sometimes even in your twenties) you are probably experiencing a few of the following - 1. Sagging Glute muscles and thighs muscles 2. Weak legs and overall body 3. Belly fat and back fat possibly arm fat 4. Low self confidence- yes no one talks about that! Remember how confident you were when you were younger? Yes confidence is also related to pre-mature aging- and what’s worse is no body simplifies the process. Only to further study us down the wrong path. There are lifestyle related things to discuss and then a fitness related aspect to discuss. For today I will discuss the fitness related issues- #1. Contrary to the myth burpees, sprinting, and jumping around are all good but unresponsive to the body composition issues (strong fat and losing muscles) issue. Which then leads to pre-mature aging- Things you need- 1. Activating muscles- I mean really feeling those Glutes and thighs is SO important. This sends the signal to your brain to keep those muscles active and young! 2. Your metabolism will be ignited and stay elevated as it’s a fact that your muscles require more energy then when you do just cardio 3. Your strength will stay and keep up with the demands of your life and this means you will be able to enjoy life and be physical as much as you need. This also mean your brain- that is responsible- for sending those muscle signals to your body to contract and release will stay sharp. Good for the 🧠 4.
