How To Cope...

I had a bad day yesterday regarding my weight loss. It wasn’t the world’s worst day, but it was a day that I’m not proud of. For the past 1.5 months, I haven’t had more than 1 or 2 of those days, so that’s great. I just don’t know how to totally move past them without a complete system detox.

I guess each day is a brand new chapter and blah blah blah. I think I need to get some track work in tonight with some good music as motivation.

I am trying not to hate myself or wallow too much. I will take out my aggression on the track.
