theodore vanderwaal || 35 || bisexual / leans more towards men || the son of crime || theodore's childhood was never normal growing up as he was born to a family who dealt in crime. to say his childhood was unlike those his age would be an understatement since theodore never quite knew peace. he saw more than one should when growing up in the city, but in a way it taught him how to survive such a dangerous life.

it was as he entered his early adult years that theodore strayed away from the life his parents wanted him to inherit, instead preferring to opening and owning his own nightclub called désir while living the life of hookups, drugs and alcohol while using his family name to get whatever he wants in life. that is, what he doesn't work for. but given his past and what his family does, the entire city of new york caters to whatever he wants. || fc: matt bomer

peyton martinez || 45 || bisexual || the scarred experiment || back before the world fell apart for all of humanity which broke up the world's countries and states into small communities known as colonies, peyton lived a happy life with his wife, roxane and their daughter, brianna. this was following his early years where he was the sole provider for his younger brother, daniel. born ten years after him, peyton was very protective over his brother which only grew after their parents died.

through all the chaos that came with taking care of daniel, peyton tried to keep some time for himself despite solely focusing on devoting all of his time to making sure he and his brother could have food to eat. this continued until tensions started to grow as daniel was more rebellious than peyton, leading to a fight between the two where words were said and daniel left home. he would never see or hear from him again, though that didn't mean he ever stopped thinking about what happened to his baby brother.

everything was good and peyton worked a regular job while roxane was a medic. it should have remained that way and had the world not changed when it did, he would have been able to watch brianna and her baby sister, rosanna grow up.

unfortunately the world as they knew it ended and people's lives were uprooted and they ended up in small colonies that were established to allow the survivors to make a decent living. life was tough for all, but they made do with what they had and each colony came together to help each other where they needed it most. as for peyton, he preferred to focus solely on his family to make sure they were safe and taken care of.

this was until the night he was stolen away from his family who presumed him dead when he was taken to the capitol after being caught committing theft. a small crime, but it was enough for him to become a prisoner. it was during this time that he was forced into experimentation in hopes of making him a hybrid creature known as a nomad. these creatures would resemble humans while hunting innocent people in their zombie form that comes alive at nighttime.

something went wrong and instead of fully becoming what he was intended to be, peyton was only scarred by the experience with a scar down the left side of his face from above his eye to his cheek. his eye is impaired and is a white color while his right eye remains working. as for the right side of his face, he has claw-like marks on his cheek with one going through his lips before ending at his chin. keeping his human form while losing his humanity that made him a different kind of monster. on top of this, he was held hostage by the capitol for several years which only worsened this and gave him trauma that would stick with him long after escaping the capitol and finding his way back home. || fc: pedro pascal

tabatha carpenter || 21 || homosexual || tabatha is a rebellious girl who doesn't do well with authority, especially after living in a qz where she was known to be a troublemaker who just wanted to live her own life despite living in a post apocalyptic world. it's with her friend kade that she makes her way to jackson after the fall of their qz. initially suspicious of the area and reluctant to stay, she slowly begins to adapt and become one with the community. affiliated with @heroesdeath

finley hendrix || 45 || bisexual || the desperate criminal || finley lives with his teenage daughter, veronica in brooklyn, new york. before the death of his wife, maggie, finley lived a good life with his family while working as a doctor. this gave them enough money to live without any real worry about finances as he was known to be good at what he did. as for maggie, she was a nurse who worked alongside finley as his colleague until they began dating and from there, they soon formed a relationship that quickly grew to be a lot more.

a year after they began their relationship, they discovered they were going to be parents which prompted them to get married. then veronica was born and life was good for several years for the three who lived in a nice home in manhattan, new york. all was well until finley met the son of a powerful crime family, theodore vanderwaal. there was something about the powerful man who viewed the entire city of new york as his personal playground that lured finley in despite knowing he didn't want to get involved in crime. not when he had a young daughter at home whom he didn't want to expose to bad people if he got too close to the other man.

while it seemed like a simple friendship at first that had no ulterior motives behind it or repercussions, finley soon realized that he was going to be a part of theo's lifestyle whether he liked it or not. something about him proved to be valuable to theo and soon after, his family. this was due to them finding out about his secret criminal past that he tried to bury away so it would never be discovered. unfortunately it was out in the open and the vanderwaal family threatened to expose it if finley didn't do what they requested-or demanded- of him.

it was a dumb choice on his part when he could just be honest to his family about who he used to be, but finley chose to secretly work for the vanderwaals as a hacker and hitman. all while pretending to be the perfect family man and doctor who would help anyone in need. while it was hard to do and there were times when he knew his wife suspected something was off, finley managed to keep up the double life until the night when it all came crumbling down when veronica was just ten years old.

a botched hit that resulted in an enemy of the vanderwaals getting away resulted in finely being forced to lose his wife when the failure got back to them. witnessing the demise of maggie and nearly losing veronica in the process left finley traumatized to the point where he didn't care that the lavish life he once lived was stolen from him, making him downsize to an apartment in brooklyn with his daughter where they were forced to stay by the family finley once thought he could trust.

a mistake he greatly regretted since even now when he was keeping a low profile, he couldn't get out of the contract that was made with theo's parents. for he knew if he ever tried to leave the crime world, he would lose his now seventeen-year old daughter with whom he tries to connect with despite them drifting apart. || fc: matthew goode

manny kingsley || 25 - 50 || homosexual || the wonderous boy || manny is the oldest of three siblings who resided in london with his sister, brother and parents until they moved to the states when manny was ten. though he did the best he could to help his siblings whom he was close to ( though at times he was closer to his sister, emma than his brother, william ), manny went through times when it felt like something was off with him which he couldn't quite explain.

not realizing at the time that he had undiagnosed mental disorders which went untreated as he wasn't quite sure to ask for help. his sexuality took more priority as manny began to think about the attraction he had to other boys that he would go to school with. a secret he had to keep from his family as his parents were conservative and he knew they wouldn't approve.

it was when he was fifteen that manny met a fellow classmate with whom he started a brief flirtation with. it never amounted to anything as he was soon outed by peers who caught the two together one day after school. word soon got out to his parents who made it clear they weren't going to accept him the way he was. something that was mirrored by his younger brother, william.

the only one who didn't turn him away was his sister, emma whom he relied on while trying to figure out how life would be now that things had changed so drastically. eventually deciding to leave home at the age of eighteen. together with emma, they did their best to find a happy life that involved manny finding work and emma attended school while working a part time job to help afford the apartment they shared.

over the years, things went well and manny was working a steady job as a bookstore attendant while his sister started her own job that soon led to her getting her own place. it was good for a while in washington until manny found he needed a break from the chaos which led him to escape to a small, quiet town in maryland where he began to spiral into a darkness that would only test him later on when his life would be taken in a direction that he never anticipated. || fc: jonathan bailey || verses ( X )

aslan, prince of the fae || age unknown, physically 25 || pansexual || the runaway fae || born the eldest son to the royal family of the fae world that he knows to be home, aslan was given responsibilities at a young age when all he wanted to do was explore the other realms & put his powers to good use. all of which contain the use of magic to manipulative the world around him in different ways, he found himself tempted to experience all that he could of his abilities by leaving the world that he knew so well where his younger brother and two younger sisters also reside. finding himself in the unfamiliar world of mortals where it soon became clear that aslan was not like those around him. hiding the fact that he is immortal & possesses more powers than he can easily control on his own, he makes sure to make the most of the freedom he always craved so much. || fc: jonathan bailey

issac thompson || 25 || trans masc / pansexual || the supernatural writer || all his life issac knew he was different, even back when he was a child who was just trying to fit into the world around him despite knowing he wasn't who he wanted to be. because of his parents being in the spotlight since they were high profiled lawyers, issac had to be who they wanted him to be while taking solace in stories about fantasy worlds which made him want to one day write his own story. one that he hoped would one day make him a best selling author.

it was in secret that issac began to write stories, finding that he preferred the topic of vampires which he began to incorporate into his writing. all the while changing up his appearance to look more boyish which included cutting his hair and buying more masculine clothing. something his parents didn't approve of which led to issac going back to living how they wanted him to, at least until he was eighteen which was when issac began to take the steps to become who he wanted to be.

this unfortunately got him disowned from the family as they wanted him to remain the way they viewed him, resulting in young issac being homeless since there was no family willing to help him out. thankfully he did meet some nice people who were able to help issac not just find a home for himself, but also transition to the young man he is now who works at a food store while hoping that one day he might be able to get surgery to fully become the man he always hoped to be. || fc: jonathan bailey

demetri godfrey, prince of the vampires || age unknown / physically 45 || pansexual || the ancient heir || born way back in the medieval times when the world was far different than it is today, demetri lived a life that was considered typical for the time. as his parents' only child, he was a reserved boy who was still polite with other children and people whom he would encounter with his parents.

it was his handsome looks and growing charming demeanor as he got older that made demetri popular within his home village and as he became a young adult, he met a young woman named celestina whom he married soon after they began dating. a year later their daughter was born whom they named, genevieve. all was good for the young parents until the day when it all came crumbling down.

the day he lost his family is something he never addressed or even dealt with after all the years that he existed. it is a part of his life that he bottled up while living the rest of his life in a sort of haze until he encountered a man with whom he started a relationship that lasted several years.

what he didn't realize was the fact that the man named benedict was in fact a vampire. not only that, but he was part of a vampire clan that liked to think of themselves as royalty who desired a new member who would act as their prince. the truth only came out when benedict lost control and bit demetri, nearly draining him dry before he regained his control and instead changed him. thus making him the prince that he is known as today who runs the clan while navigating the world that is always changing. || fc: matthew goode
