Angus dosn't fear death, god, and certainly not anyones opinion, because he is a part of the mustilidae family goddammit! He IS god
(And certainly for more than one reason ( ͡° ͜ʖ ͡°))
he learns not to care about what the others think once he realizes that it's getting in the way of his potential happiness.
if he wants to smooch that human then for fucks sake he's gonna (with her consent of course)

Super Duper Strong Prehistoric Otter Jaws!
Image by Mauricio Anton from NatGeo Article also used as a source
Today’s science is about my favorite part of prehistoric things! They were huge! (Also we’ve been doing inventory on Mustilidae at the museum lately, so extra relevant to my life!)
This is the giant otter, Siamogale melilutra, weighing in at over 100 pounds, and apparently it had rediculously strong jaws!
Scientists from the SUNY University at Buffalo studied the skulls and mandibles of many different species of otter from today and also the jaw of the Siamogale. While some modern otters showed slightly stiffer jaws than their body size would suggest, the Siamogale showed up with a jaw 6 times stiffer than expected!
