When I first heard of Monq, I was excited. The concept of an aromatherapy device that I could bring around with me and use when needed was awesome. After trying the Zen Monq, I'm definitely hooked! It's super simple to use, and the design is really gorgeous. I like the flavor of it, and find it really does calm me down and help me relax. So I ordered these essential oil diffusers from MONQ! Basically just breath in and exhale through your nose. I got one to hopefully up my sex drive, one for anxiety, one to help me sleep and one to give me more energy/motivation! Pretty excited. 😁
