Pass Criteria Changed for 10th Grade CBSE Results 2018

The CBSE Exam Board has made some changes in the passing criteria for Class 10 CBSE subjects.

The subjects that have 2 components - 20 marks internal assessment and 80 marks written assessment will probably be exempted from separate mandatory pass marks.

It's enough for the students to secure an overall of 33 percent to pass in the subject. This includes securing overall 33 percent considering both the internal and written assessments marks. Next time, students can practice their NCERT solutions based on this passing criteria.

This pass criteria will come into effect starting from the results of this academic year, i.e, CBSE 10th results 2018.
