This was one of the cutest commissions I've done I think. Since Saria is a bit too skittish around other ponies for the original idea they wanted (Which was also a bit too shippy for my liking), they suggested this on. Since both characters are somewhat of an outcast, misunderstood by other ponies, they've found some kinship with each other. Finally the naga pony is coming out of her shell a little as this lunar pony is describing some of her story ideas to her.

Gender: Male

Race: Nagapony (Based on Red spitting cobra)

Hein Hiss is a insane Soldier Class Naga who's more likely to eat his comrades than to help. He hates the weak, so if his 'teammates' show weakness, he's more likely to kill them himself than let the enemy do it. His scales are bullet proof and he's known to single handily wipe out teams all on his own, he's one of team Void deadliest members.

A small creature

Sweetie Belle has gotten separated from her friends. By Celestia it's so easy to get turned around in these awful woods! The Everfree Forest has many threats, and she's a ways away from Zecora's house, so she's a little worried she might run into some nasty creature. She's made all the more nervous when she hears a lot of rustling around her, and as a shadow looms over her, she turns around to be face to face with this big half-pony half-snake! At this point, Sweetie Belle is probably quite scared that this snake pony is going to gobble her up for a quick meal! But don't worry SB, you're far too small for a snack... (Also Saria doesn't eat ponies, but the little unicorn doesn't know that yet.) Saria would probably end up escorting the unicorn home to Ponyville where it's safe. However, I could totally see her making SB sweep her floors or, brush her tail or something, as a minor punishment for wandering out into the forest without supervision. After all, she could have been attacked if a more hostile creature had found her first! So a little bit of chores to drive home her point wouldn't hurt. Saria will make sure the kid is safe, and her friends, too! She'll just give their sisters an earful for letting the three of them wander out alone.

Also, I made an... alternate version. Because I had to XD https: //sta .sh/21d43nb8kit5 (delete the two spaces) I also quite liked the normal version but with the alternate expression? and wasn't sure which I liked better, but I left it in here as another alt.

Excuses

Having a tsundere snake friend means she will often make up excuses to hug you. hehe just a fun silly doodle on my tablet while I was bored and feeling very creative so I just kept doodling little ideas I liked this one a lot and I think it came out well.

Don't have a name for him yet. And no, it isn't a naga version of Spirit xD Please don't ask. but the only way I could see him was with a light beige sort of coat and a brown or chestut mane. I went back and forth on the tail for ages, mostly being between this and a more sandy coloured tail. but I felt this was more interesting. The idea for this was just meant to be a scruffy naga boy with a cute stubby scaly tail.
