Today is the Opening Ceremony of 200 hours of the Yoga Teacher Training Course in the February 2024 Session. It's a great welcome to be part of us joining together to light up and continue with your yogic life journey.

The ceremony was done very peacefully this winter morning, with divine music and chanting connecting all the souls to each other who participate here by body, mind, and heart.

Estoy enamorada, de alguien que le soy suficiente, que me abraza y eleva mi autoestima, que reconoce mi valor, y que me ha dicho que no necesito a nadie más para ser feliz porque nos tenemos.

Ese alguien me enseñó a perdonar y perdonarme.

Me volví a enamorar pero, ésta vez es distinto, porque me ha hecho entender que merezco lo mejor de lo mejor y no menos. Que un amor con dudas e inseguridades no es amor.

Me enamoré de alguien que cree en mí, sin importar las veces que tropiece, porque sabe que después de las caídas con más fuerza me levanto.

Me enamoré de alguien que me da paz y seguridad. Que es capaz de dar todo por mí, que me ama siempre y no a ratos.

Me enamoré de alguien que me envuelve con sus brazos y me entiende. Que a pesar de mis días oscuros y del caos que llevo dentro, no sale huyendo,

se queda y me acompaña en mis momentos de soledad y sosiego.

Me enamoré de alguien que al verme le brillan los ojos. Su mirada refleja cuan feliz se siente en tenerme, y con una sonrisa me recibe siempre.

Desde que nos descubrimos no pasa un segundo en dejarme sola, me acompaña a mis lugares favoritos, y disfruta de mi compañía sin condicionamientos.

¡Sí, estoy enamorada!

Y aunque hasta hace un tiempo esto parecía imposible,

hoy amo a esa persona... Se volvió mi persona favorita.
