~9/5/2023~ Was very MCASsy :( which was making me feel itchy, anxious and irritable for a lot of the day. Was working, but no appointments this week, as is ‘protected resource time’, even though it largely got consumed by pretty mundane boring admin related stuff today. Was originally supposed to be going to monthly walk with work in Shoreham in the afternoon, but ended up being cancelled as not many people could make it and forecasted rain. Decided to get out in the afternoon anyway for a walk - got the bus to Lindfield for a walk up the high street and round the common - the rain actually held off this time, but it was pretty humid, which I was struggling with. Got the bus to Costa to carry on with some work/general tasks as had brought my laptop with me. Quietening her mind She can hear her soul speak. Ebbing in the pulse of nature's flow She can synchronise her hearts beat. Magnetically pulled in the moment her path aligns. Shining out from the soul one sparkles it's evident in their eyes. The wisdom of the owl a sign of the wise. We recognise each other's essence of infinite god source. A reminder that I am at one with creators force. In nature my temple in connection I am. I envision the world in communion with Gaia again. One where the shadow has been transmuted to the light. Everyone's connected with third eye sight. The divine medicines of nature illuminates the light. To a world once again where we can see all the sprites. The mythical beings and realms of the world. In harmony again we are conscious of what we spell. Love is the answer has always been the key. It starts with self and spreads out from me. Our energy is spread around the universe magnetically.
