10 Tips for Successfully Marketing and Promoting your Online Training Project
Tumblr media
E-learning has become an increasingly popular way for individuals to acquire new skills and knowledge. The convenience and flexibility of e-learning platforms make them a great option for busy professionals and students. However, creating and promoting an e-learning project can be a daunting task.
In this blog, we will walk you through 10 steps to effectively market and promote your e-learning platform project. From defining your target learners to utilizing social media and SEO to reach them, we will cover all the essential elements of a successful e-learning website project launch. Whether you are creating a new e-learning platform or looking to improve your existing one, this guide will provide you with the tools you need to effectively reach and engage your target learners.
Ways To Succeed In Marketing Your E-Learning Project
Marketing your e-learning project can be tricky. There’s a lot of competition, and the market is growing.
But don’t worry! We’ve got some tips for you on how to succeed in marketing your e-learning project:
Define your target audience and their needs: Identifying your target learners is crucial for the success of your e-learning project. It is important to understand who your target learners are, their demographic information and their learning needs, preferences and goals. This will help you create content and a marketing strategy that is tailored to their specific needs. 2. Develop a unique selling proposition: Your e-learning platform project should have a clear and compelling message that differentiates it from others in the market. A unique selling proposition (USP) is a statement that clearly communicates the benefit of your e-learning project and why it is different and better than the others. This will help you stand out and attract potential students. 3. Create a marketing plan and budget: Once you have defined your target learners and developed a USP, you will need to create a marketing plan and budget to reach them. The plan should include tactics such as social media marketing, email marketing, SEO, and influencer partnerships, among others. It is also important to assign a budget to each tactic to ensure that you are able to execute your plan effectively. 4. Utilize social media to promote your e-learning project: Social media is a powerful tool that can help you reach a large audience quickly and easily. It is a great way to share information about your e-learning project, build brand awareness, and engage with your target learners. You can use platforms like Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and LinkedIn to create and share content, as well as to communicate with your target learners. You can also use social media advertising to reach a larger audience. 5.  Leverage email marketing to reach potential students: Email marketing is another effective way to reach your target learners and promote your e-learning project. It allows you to communicate directly with your target learners and provide them with valuable information about your e-learning project. You can use email marketing to provide updates on your e-learning project, offer special promotions and discounts, and invite them to participate in webinars or informational sessions. 6. Utilize search engine optimization to increase visibility: Search engine optimization (SEO) is the process of optimizing your website and its content to rank higher in search engine results pages. This can help increase visibility of your e-learning project and attract more potential students. You can avail SEO Services for implementing SEO techniques such as keyword research, meta tags, and backlinks to improve your website’s ranking. Additionally, you can use tools such as Google Analytics to track your website’s performance and make data-driven decisions about your SEO strategy from your SEO Agency. 7. Create a landing page and/or website to provide more information about your e-learning project: Creating a landing page or website is an important step in promoting your e-learning website project. It provides potential students with a place to learn more about your e-learning platform, view the curriculum and testimonials. The website should be user-friendly and easy to navigate, and should include all the information that potential students might need to make a decision about enrolling. Additionally, make sure the website is mobile-friendly and optimized for search engines to make it more discoverable. 8. Develop a referral program to encourage current students to spread the word: A referral program is a great way to leverage your current students to promote your e-learning project. It incentivizes current students to refer their friends, family, and colleagues to your e-learning project, by offering them a reward for each referral. This can be a great way to attract new students, and can also help to improve retention rates among current students. 9. Host webinars or informational sessions to provide a preview of your e-learning project: Hosting webinars or informational sessions is a great way to provide potential students with a preview of your e-learning project. It allows you to showcase the curriculum, teaching style, and the value of your e-learning project. Additionally, it gives potential students the opportunity to ask questions and get a sense of what the e-learning experience will be like. This can help to increase interest and enrollment in your e-learning project. 10. Partner with influencers or thought leaders in your industry to promote your eLearning project: It’s true that there are a ton of ways to get the word out about your project—you can post on social media and send out emails, for example. But if you really want to get the most bang for your buck, it’s worth working with influencers or thought leaders in the industry that your eLearning project is targeting. These people have a lot of influence, so they can help you reach a much wider audience than you might be able to reach on your own.
Conclusion
Continuously gather feedback from students and use it to improve and promote your eLearning project. You’ll want to keep an eye on what people are saying about your product, so that you can make any necessary changes before the product is released for sale or public use. It’s also important that students feel like their feedback is valued—that way, they will be more likely to keep coming back for more!

Tumblr media
With the world going digital, even the number of ecommerce sellers are increasing year by year. Thus, it is the high time to roll up the sleeves and face the competition. E-commerce has transformed the way people shop. People who loved traditional shopping are shifting towards online shopping as the deals and offers are more attractive.
Let’s see the stats.
According to Statistica report, in 2018, retail e-commerce sales worldwide reached up to 2842 billion US dollars and estimated e-commerce revenues for 2019 can grow up to 3453 billion US dollars. Aren’t these numbers huge? So, if you have an e-commerce website, with the right strategy and planning you can hit the bull’s eyes in 2019.
Let’s plan out a preeminent e-commerce business marketing strategies to get the best out of the year 2019. Have a look at 5 Effective Ecommerce Marketing Strategies in 2019
1) Analyze your current position.
The first thing to do is, see where your e-commerce store stands right now.
Analyze your competitors and see what they are doing best
Weigh yourself with your best competitor
Try to find out why your competitors are doing better than you
Analyze where you are winning
Analyze where you are losing
By knowing your strengths and weaknesses, you can start fresh with a new business strategy. Once you are done with self-analysis, you’ll have clear data for the next step.
2) Set an objective for your e-commerce business
Setting a clear goal for e-commerce business will help you reach your vision faster.
Set a numerical target for:
Revenue to be achieved
Profit to be achieved
Amount to be spent on marketing
Amount to be spent on resources
Amount to be spent on business expansion & innovations
Number of people your website need to reach
How many products you need to sell to reach the target revenue
Setting up the objectives and targets will give you a clear path ahead. So, now you’ll know what you want by end of the year 2019. Invest your funds accordingly and plan out the entire year’s spending and profit stratagem. While you are setting the goals, make sure to consider each and every factor that can go wrong. It is always better to be prepared for disasters. Let’s go bit technical
Tumblr media
3) Make your website easy-to-use
Your e-commerce website has to be easy to navigate. All the products that you are selling on your website should be easily accessible to your buyers. Thus, optimize your website to be user-friendly and easy to navigate. Use eye-pleasing colors on the website but don’t use too many colors. Keep the same theme for all website pages. Every page should have a menu on top from where the users can go to another product category and plot a course through other products too. The menu should have a link to all categories that you are selling. To be more descriptive, your store menu should have access to all your product category pages and these category pages should lead to product pages from where the buyer can place an order.
4) The smart use of social media platforms
In 2019, social media marketing will give the best outcomes to your business. So learn to make the best use of it. The right use of social media platforms can get good exposure to your brand. Brand awareness is the key to get more and more customers to your online store. Facebook and Instagram are the best platforms for direct marketing of products. Whereas, the platform like LinkedIn can be used professionally for brand awareness and making professional contacts. Post regularly on your social media pages with attractive images showcasing your products. Interact with people who comment on your posts. Join social groups and discussions wherein e-commerce business owners are involved. This way you’ll make some good contacts with people who can help your business grow. Also, giveaways work best for increasing page likes and followers. To spread a word about your new store, run some contests and announce giveaways.
Tumblr media
5) Invest in SEO and Retargeting
When it comes to e-commerce digital marketing, SEO & Retargeting is what you should invest in. SEO, that is Search Engine Optimization, will rank your e-commerce website organically on search engines. If online buyers can’t find your website on Google’s 1st page, you’ll never make a sale. SEO will help you get visibility on search engines.
To optimize your website for search engines, make sure you identify the right keywords for your website and make use of those keywords into your content. Add proper Titles and Meta Descriptions to your web pages with right keywords. Your website needs both on-page and off-page optimization to make it search engine friendly.
SEO is the only way which can rank you on Google. Thus, investing in SEO is a must for e-commerce websites. If you aren’t familiar with SEO, take help of the best E-commerce SEO Company to work on your website’s search engine optimization. Now, let’s see what Retargeting is. Many times buyer checks products on your website but doesn’t place an order and leaves your online store. To bring back such lost buyers, the retargeting method can come in handy.
Retargeting is a form of online display advertisements where Ads are displayed to buyers after they leave an e-commerce website without making a purchase. Retargeting tracks your customers’ actions to see which products they have recently viewed on your website. When a buyer leaves your website, display ads of the viewed products are shown to him to get him back on your website and complete the purchase action. The product display ads attract buyers back to your website and, this time, the chances of buyer placing an order increases.
2019 will be a competitive year for the e-commerce segment. A clear-cut strategic plan can bring you closer to your vision. Follow above given 5 e-commerce marketing strategies to grow your business in 2019.

7 Major SEO Trends to watch out in 2020
Tumblr media
Search engine optimization is one of the major things to focus on in 2020. If you want to grow your business this year, then finding a way to generate even more organic traffic is a must-have. However, you need to adapt to the current times and find a way to make all of this work. It all comes down to finding the right SEO trends and implementing them wisely. Here are some things to keep in mind.
1. Long form content
In order to reach the highest search engine spots you must rely on the long form content. That’s a crucial method you need to focus on if you’re looking to grow and expand in the business world. And it will certainly help you more than you imagine, since it offers new ways to rank while also helping your customers.
2. Mobile-first approach
Making sure that you optimize your website for the mobile index is just as important. You want your users to have a native experience, all while being able to rank high. Using a responsive website design can help you achieve that in no time.
Tumblr media
3. Paid marketing
While SEO still works very well, the reality is that it takes time to achieve those results you want. With paid marketing you generate leads and customers on the spot. You are free to choose how much you pay, and the return on investment is well worth it every time.
4. Snippets are very important
Featured snippets are those small bits of text you find in search engines under/above the website links. Those are crucial because they are influencing the search intent of many people. Create a keyword-filled, appealing snippet and people will start using your website more and more. It’s an amazing opportunity and one that can bring in resounding benefits.
Tumblr media
5. Use influencers
Influencers have been offering a lot of SEO boost in recent years and they will do that in 2020 too. If you have a business and you want to expand it, influencers can assist. They can inject your business with the traffic you need. The way you use that traffic is all up to you however.
6. Voice search optimization
In the past few years voice search has expanded a lot and now it’s extremely important especially in the US. Amazon’s Alexa, Siri and Cortana are super popular and they continue to reach more and more people. Optimizing your website for voice search is a must-have, and it’s definitely something that you want to keep in mind as much as you can, as it will totally be worth it.
Tumblr media
7. Video content optimization
Since videos are huge online, finding the right way to optimize them can bring you a ton of traffic. That will be one of the top advantages and it really has the potential to be huge here. You need to optimize the channel keywords, name and description. You also need to optimize videos for mobile users.
Conclusion
The world of SEO is constantly changes and you need to stay up to date with it if you want your business to grow. It won’t be an easy thing to achieve, but if you follow these ideas you will be one step ahead. Of course there are demanding challenges and situations, however you need to constantly modify and update your website to fit the latest trends. It’s the best way to stay on top of search engine results!

Mobile First vs Mobile Friendly. How will mobile-first indexing impact SEO?
Tumblr media
Introduction
Website Designs have been constantly evolving with a primary objective to provide the best user experience to the website visitors. Over the past decade, there has been a tremendous change in the web interfaces in order to adjust to various devices.
The need for Responsive Design
Looking at how far websites have evolved since the early 2010s, they were desktop sites rendered on tiny mobiles. Reading content or even filling up a form was a practical joke.
It later evolved to a separate’ version of the website, typically m.example.com. This design solved 2 major issues of browsing on the internet:
How a website appears on the phone
Creation of mobile-specific content
This approach provided entirely separate experiences to users on Mobiles and Desktop, though they were 2 different sites.
With the increase in mobile traffic, website owners soon realized the need to redesign the browsing experience. From being a simple calling card for businesses, websites have now turned to an Online Store where users can compare and buy products.
According to ComScore, the data shows that the majority of consumers are multiplatform users. Taking the multi-channel switching behaviour into consideration, business owners have now realized the need to design a website that adapts to various platforms. A responsive design ensures best user experience irrespective of the device.
Remember the last time you tried the reverse pinch gesture to access a website on your smartphone. Thanks to responsive website designs.
How is Mobile-First different from a Mobile Responsive Website
Is mobile-first the new black?
You may often come across these questions from clients, “Is mobile-first technology not same as mobile-friendly?” “My website looks great on mobile, do I still move to mobile-first?” Most of them are mistaken; Mobile-first is not a technology. Mobile- First is a design approach for a modern responsive website.
If a responsive site renders great on multiple devices, why is it necessary to opt for a Mobile-First Strategy? According to smart insights, mobile users now average above desktop usage by 30%. Today most of the users rely completely on their mobiles for their online activities. Based on the User’s search behaviour, Google has identified the need to switch to Mobile-First indexing in order to make the search results more useful to the users.
The responsive website was built with a desktop-first approach, where a site was initially designed for a desktop and was later scaled down to various other devices.
Tumblr media
On the other hand, a mobile-first approach is to design for a mobile, which is definitely a mobile-friendly version, which will be later scaled up for desktop and other devices.
Tumblr media
The impact of Mobile-First Index on SEO
We’ve seen how Mobile-First approach has changed how websites will be rendered on mobile and other devices. But how will Mobile-First affect the SEO world? Do business owners have to change their SEO strategy? Will this be another Mobilegeddon?
Well, Google has clearly stated that there will not be any changes in the website rankings if you are following the best SEO practices.
Most of the Google searches now happen on mobiles but Google indexes desktop first. As result users are provided with results related to desktop content. In order to fix this, along with the Mobile-First design approach, Google will also change its indexing pattern. Google also announced that they have begun their experiments to index mobile versions to rank pages on a site which will affect and change the SEO game drastically.
Currently, search engines would first crawl the desktop version of the website, then identify and crawl the mobile version of the website and determine the rankings for the website.
Tumblr media
Instead, mobile-first indexing refers to primarily indexing the mobile content in order to rank a website. This means, if your website is not mobile-friendly, it will impact the SERP results regardless of whether you are a desktop user or a mobile user.
No mobile version yet?
If you do not have a mobile version yet, this does not mean that Google will not index your site.
Google said:
If you only have a desktop site, we’ll continue to index your desktop site just fine, even if we’re using a mobile user-agent to view your site.
But you will lose the advantage to rank better against your competitors!
Do we need to change our content strategy?
Yes, as an SEO, we have always suggested users add more relevant content to the website considering the LSI, Latent Semantic Indexing. Effectively, its time for a content strategist to now take a ‘Less is More’ approach.
The challenge would be to optimize the content by reducing the length of the content and providing the exact content. Does this mean that tabbed content or content within an accordion will be considered? Perhaps, yes! as such content makes sense on a mobile rather than on a desktop. As stated by Gary Illyes, expanded content can be settled upon if it enhances the user experience.
How to identify if your site is mobile-first indexed?
Google is already sending notifications to the site if the site is ‘mobile-first indexed’ Google also states that if a site is being migrated to mobile-first indexing, site owners will see major traffic from Googlebot Smartphone
Tumblr media
Are you prepared?
Below are the major actions a site owner has to take into consideration in order to perform better in the SERP:
Recommendations as stated by Google:
Having mobile-friendly content is still helpful for those looking at ways to perform better in mobile search results.
Having fast-loading content in order to rank against your competitors. Users may focus on implementing fast-loading AMP pages for an added advantage.
As always, ranking uses many factors. We may show content to users that’s not mobile-friendly or that is slow loading if our many other signals determine it is the most relevant content to show.
If you have a rel=canonical tag, leave it
Conclusion
As stated above, websites may not see a major change after the mobile-first index rolls out, but it is necessary to take necessary actions to identify risks and be prepared for the next mobilegeddon. If you already have a responsive site, make sure to prioritize the user experience on mobile devices and follow the Google guidelines to maximize ranking opportunities.
Regardless of all the actions that you plan to take on your website, do keep an eye on the SERP changes and Search Console.
Message for all the SEOs
If you have not yet started, it is now the time to consider the mobile-friendly tool a sure thing and work on a result-driven Mobile Strategy.
Final Note
Well, this was for Google Spiders, business owners looking for conversions, do not ignore any insights from Google Analytics to make better-informed business choices

SEO Vs SEM: Here Is What Makes Them Different - Nethority Digital Solutions.
Tumblr media
A large majority of us are confused between SEO and SEM, as these terms are often used interchangeably in the world of digital marketing. SEO that is ‘Search Engine Optimization’ will rank you organically in search engines while SEM that is ‘Search Engine Marketing’ is paid search wherein you can pay search engines for Ads on SERPs (Search Engine Result Pages). Let’s learn the terms one by one.
SEO Vs SEM: What is SEO (Search Engine Optimization)?
“SEO is a subset of SEM”
SEO is a process of optimizing the website to make it rank organically in search engines. SEO will get you free traffic and your SERP rank won’t fall easily. SEO is a long process which takes time to show its results, however, SEO is the only sustainable way to rank higher in SERPS.
Check out our Professional SEO Services which will help you get organic traffic on your website.
SEO is mainly divided into:
On-page SEO
Off-page SEO
Let’s have a brief about ‘on-page’ and ‘off-page SEO’.
What is on-page SEO?
On-page SEO is optimizing individual web pages’ content and structure. On-page SEO consists of:
• Keyword research and writing title tags and meta tags according to relevant keywords and page content.
• Optimizing header tags
• Setting proper format for URLs
• Optimizing images and alt texts
• Writing SEO friendly web content with relevant keywords for each web pages
• Interlinking and outbound links optimization
• Blog writing
• Boosting website speed
• Social media integration on web pages
What is the off-page SEO?
Every website needs high-quality backlinks in order to increase its domain authority. Off-page SEO activities will drive good quality backlinks to your website. Off-page activities consist of:
Blog posting on various blogging sites
Guest posting
Sharing content on social media
Submitting links and social bookmarking
Now, let’s take a brief look into SEM.
SEO Vs SEM: What is SEM (Search Engine Marketing)?
As mentioned above, SEO is a subset of SEM. So, SEM, along with SEO, consists of PPC and SMM.
SEM is internet marketing where websites are promoted on SERPs. SEM is also referred to as paid marketing. You can purchase ads on search engines by bidding on keywords for which you want your ad to appear. Thus, when a user searches for something using the keyword on search engines, your website’s ad will be displayed on the top of other organic results.
SEM is also been known by some additional terms which are:
Cost Per Click (CPC)
Paid Search Ads
Paid Search Advertising
What is PPC (Pay per Click)?
PPC is the paid internet marketing wherein advertisers pay some amount each time when their ad is clicked. Through PPC you buys traffic for your website.
Through PPC advertising, you can target your potential audience and increase the chance of getting leads or making sale. You can set you PPC campaign through Google AdWords which is the paid search platform by Google. Google AdWords is most preferable for search marketers. However, there are other paid search platforms like:
Bing Ads
Yahoo Search Ads
Let’s see how it works.
Step 1: Make an account on a paid search platform like Google AdWords.
Step 2: Create an Ad campaign and specify the duration for ad, geographical audience, etc
Step 3: Create an Ad group with target keywords
Step 4: Write an Ad copy that is relevant and attractive
Step 5: Set Ad budget and start the campaign.
Follow these 5 steps and you are ready to have your ad campaign that’ll drive you good traffic.
Conclusion:
SEO is a part of SEM!
SEO will drive organic results to help your website rank higher on search engines. However, it is a slow process that reflect results after a period of time. On the other hand, SEM will immediately rank your website on SERPs as long as you are investing in keywords based ads.

Hi! So from what I've seen you paint the shading in black and white and then colour over it on a different layer (but the colour itself is more "soft shaded kinda flat colouring"? If so, that's an interesting way to go! I love how everyone works differently. :D
Hello dear nethor!
Yes, I like to work in greyscale and slap some colors onto it later. I either use overlay/color layers on top or change the hue of the entire layer and slap tons of layers on top of it. Either way I spend almost 90% of my time in greyscale.
I think I am not really good with colors and before I used greyscale I was just using the color picker tool a lot which was getting a bit boring for me personally.
Now I like to eyeball all the values first which is quite challenging to me. It also does get tiring for my eyes looking at just greys after some hours but there‘s nothing more satisfying than finally slapping some colors onto it and seeing it come to life!
PS: I adore your art a lot! I love all the detail you‘re putting into it 💗
