Finally! | {KokuZan}

Theme: Fluff

Muzan ordered the Uppermoons to him at an unusual time—close to dawn. They all bowed to him once they were all there, and he turned with a triumphant look on his face—something they'd never seen before. And it shocked them, of course.

But then he held something up. A blue spider lily. THE blue spider lily.

A collective round of gasps filled the room, including from Nakime who hadn't known about this yet.

Muzan's eyes sparkled. "I have gotten it, finally. The blue spider lily."

All of the Uppermoons completely forgot their formality and began speaking all at once, staring up at it in wonder.

"Where did you find it??" Daki said, gazing up at it with curiosity.

"Have you seen if it works yet?" Gyokko added.

"Will we be able to use it??" Hantengu asked, trembling.

"When did you find it?" Douma said.

Akaza crossed his arms. "How did you get it? Will we find more?"

Kokushibo stayed mostly quiet though his eyes stayed on the blue flower.

Muzan cleared his throat, silencing all of them. "I have not tried it yet. I do have more. And I'm going to have one of you to test it, to try it out."

All of them waited with bated breath. Who was going to have the honor to use it first?"

"Kokushibo." Muzan looked down at the Uppermoon from his stand on the platform—he prefered to be standing above them.

Everyone turned to Upper 1, who stood silently, shocked—though no one could tell. Then he said, slowly, "When is this happening?"

"We will go now," Muzan informed him. "I have already gotten things ready."

Kokushibo nodded and waited as Muzan dismissed the other Uppermoons, telling them that they will be updated when they need to be.

Then, the demon lord turned to Nakime and said, "Bring us to my office."

Kokushibo found himself in a room with some sorts of experiments going on on a desk. He saw the other blue spider lilies Muzan had acquired and inspected them closely.

Then Muzan said, "Alright. You must eat this flower."

"Is that all?"

"Yes."

(too lazy to try and think of smth more fancy.. sorry..)

Kokushibo went to pick up one of the other flowers but Muzan handed him the one he'd shown to the Uppermoons. "Have this one since I've already got it here."

"Alright." Kokushibo eyed it carefully then brought it up to his mouth. At the last second he hesitated and said, "How are we to test it? Am I supposed to go in the sun? What if it doesn't work?"

Muzan waved him off. "We will put only part of your body in the sun. Like, cut off your arm and put it there. We have to be cautious."

Kokushibo nodded. "Okay." He carefully put the flower in his mouth and sort of stood there with the stem protruding from the opening of his lips as if it was a lolipop.

Muzan sighed. "Just, uh, chew it and swallow like it is some regular food you're eating."

"Mmkkaf," Kokushibo mumbled. ("Okay")

He chewed for a moment, not used to this weird consisitency (how to spell..) and then swallowed. "Now what?"

"We'll wait because it will probably need to, maybe, be absorbed into your blood and body, right? You should rest." Muzan took his arm and led him to a room with only a futon in the middle. "Sleep now and we'll see how it is tomorrow."

When Kokushibo woke up, Muzan was sitting next to him, seeming to be asleep. The Uppermoon sat up and glanced at his Master. Was he asleep?

"Ehm.. Master?" Kokushibo whispered.

Muzan didn't answer. He was probably asleep.

Kokushibo lifted Muzan carefully and placed him on the bed. He draped the blanket over him then stood and walked back to the office. He looked around and saw a book open on the desk. It was information on the blue spider lily, it seemed.

Apparently it only grew in the sun—which explained why none of them had found it—and that the species was extremely rare. Besides that, a little info on how to grow it but nothing else that seemed interesting to Kokushibo. (i think yk why I wrote that)

As he flipped through the pages of the book, someone walked over next to him. Muzan glanced at the book then said, dismissevely, "We're going to test the blue spider lily today when the sun comes out. I think it's midnight right now."

"Alright," Kokushibo responded, his eyes on the book. "Did you sleep okay?"

"I should be asking you that. Anyways, were you the one who put me in the bed-" Muzan asked.

"You looked tired."

He shrugged. "I got bored of waiting."

"Why didn't you go out?"

"When you first fell asleep it was daylight. And I fell asleep around sundown. Dusk."

"Ah, alright." Kokushibo looked up. "Well, should we go and eat first before dawn?"

Muzan nodded. "Yes. And you will need to have energy to regenerate—though I don't doubt your ability to without energy anyways."

Kokushibo nodded. "Of course."

Muzan and Kokushibo stood at the very edge where the sunlight fell. It was midday and they were going to test the blue spider lily now.

Kokushibo held out his arm and cut it off in one swift motion. Then he kept it away from what he'd cut off so it would regenerate a new one. Muzan took the part of his arm he'd cut off and tossed into the sun.

They waited a beat, watching for any sort of disintigration.

Nothing happened.

They glanced at each other, shocked.

Kokushibo cut off another part of his body and put it in the sun. Again, it sat there unmoving, only bleeding.

A smile slowly started to form on Muzan's face. "It worked," he whispered. "It works!! Finally!"

In all his excitement, he hugged Kokushibo tightly. He quickly let go, apologetic, then said, "Try going in the sun fully now!!"

Kokushibo nodded. He was nervous, of course, but seeing how it hadn't done anything yet and how excited Muzan was.. he had to.

So slowly, but surely, he stepped into the sun. The light warmed his body and face and he stood there, shock filling his features. His instincts didn't say run away. He was still alive. He was here and alive. He was in the sun and alive and..

Kokushibo turned to Muzan and smiled. "It worked," he said. "It worked."

Muzan looked giddy. "We must tell the Uppermoons. I have gotten enough spider lilies for all of us. We'll start right now."

Kokushibo went back into the shade and held Muzan's arm as they were teleported back to the Infinity Fortress.

Nakime, who had been as interested and anticipated as the rest of them, said, "Well?"

She saw their smiling faces and realized that it had gone well. She gave them a relieved smile then brough the rest of the Uppermoons.

"It has worked," Muzan informed them. "He can go in the sun! I have blue spider lilies for all of you! We have finally achieved what we had never had before." He grinned. "We can go in the sun."

Pineshell is the deputy of HeathClan

Honestly he is a huge hobo and kinda lazy despite being strict. He’s is really just a chill guy that takes his job seriously. Surprisingly he hasn’t had an apprentice yet. I think Elkstar is going to give him one of the kits. He has actually been really close with one, which I’m going to make his apprentice once they age. Hehe no spoilers! >:p Also he’s got a little overbite going on that makes his teeths pop out lmao.

Ngl I headcanon him as polyaffectionate and aromatic. He is a big flirt but has never had and romantic attraction to anyone. I love the idea to much tho sooooo this is canon!

I’ll probably update the design pages with flags and pronouns soon~ So keep a lookout for that hehe! ;)

TBOSAS SPOILERS!

I am gonna start by saying that I went into this movie knowing it would not follow the book scene for scene, character for character, and so on. This is not my first book-to-movie adaptation (obviously) so I knew what to expect, time constraints have to be met, of course. That being said, under the cut will be my review with spoilers.

I loved that the first scene of the movie was the Dark Days, it really set the tone for Coryo's POV in my opinion. I also REALLY enjoyed that the movie was split into three parts, but I also feel like they could've done a neater transition.

I am a bit sad we didn't see him disappointed by eating boiled cabbage YET AGAIN lmao, but that is more of just a funny little tidbit I would have enjoyed. My poor Sejanus, my beloved... was treated like the stale piece of bread at the bottom of a bag that everyone throws away. In the books, he was everything that Hope represented as a reader, pointing out the cruelty of the Games, calling out the Capitol and so on... in the movie he is nothing but angry and it never shows his one-sided friendship with Coryo, how he fully trusts him, brings him food his Ma prepared, never even made any significance between how he was LITERALLY feeding Coryo some days. It erased all of his kindness just to show this pent-up rage against the Capitol. I was really looking forward to seeing Clemensia in the hospital, I am not gonna lie. The mutts in the original movies were hardly visible, it isn't really translated that the ones in the first movie look like the tributes, I wanted to see just this one person being a mutt and show the absolute HORROR of what it actually is. I am not even talking about anything CRAZY, just some scales prosthetics and contacts to show how the snakes changed her. It felt very lazy. The cut to Lucy just having a guitar randomly was fucking wild lmfao, like I understand that scene would've been too much of a filler, but it is never even hinted at that Coryo tried to get the guitar. Dr.Gaul was amazing, ngl I did truly love Viola as her. The games themselves were so rushed though? Like, they really wiped everyone out with the snakes lmfao, that was so stupid to me? All of the scenes in D12 were just... so rushed. It seemed like there was no training or anything and he just was out there doing this job randomly as a peacekeeper, like dude did nothing else lmao. Idk, as someone who really enjoyed the book, when I thought I wouldn't, the movie was very lackluster. Not even showing how awful Snow really is by literally living with Sejanus' parents after literally being the reason he was killed is INSANE. Like, I really thought it would capture WHY he became this villain but it's more like... he is mad because his girlfriend left :( idk, it was very lackluster. It has been a few months since I last read the book, I might reread it and update this review in a reblog but.... so many scenes were cut, so many details that while yes were inner monologue in the book could have been some how portrayed in the movie but it wasn't. idk how this movie has such a high rating lmao, it by far the worst one imo.

If you are curious of my THG film ranking I would say from best to worst is MJ 1, CF, MJ 2, THG, and then TBOSAS... like this shit was mediocre at best. If you haven't read the book, then great, you will probably love it. But idk... it was lacking SO much.

I have other thoughts, but I am running on little to no sleep so I cannot think properly, I might add more at another time, but yeah. Mostly I am just upset at the lack of character for Sejanus. Nothing about his death or anything was as heartbreaking as it was in the book.

Just saw your post about the many sherlock holmes adaptations and their problems and wanted to ask, what do you think are the worst and best adaptations + your opinion on the bbc show vs guy ritchie’s adaptation

PHEW okay big question. so in my personal opinion my favourite adaptation is the ritchie one and my least favourite is bbc. objectively speaking the worst ones are ... well there's a lot I'm ngl I'm very picky but probably Holmes & Watson, the absolute trainwreck that some cruel force allowed to be made and released in 2018 which is awful in every single way like it's genuinely unwatchable. Granada/the Jeremy Brett one is probably the most faithful, but i think Murder by decree and Without a clue are great takes on it, and of course The private life of SH is iconic and Russian Holmes is close to my heart because the locations and architecture etc look really similar to where i live so it's really special that way. (i actually have a tierlist of almost every adaptation I've seen, there's been more since but I've been too lazy to update it lmao)

putting this under a cut because it got LONG

i think there's several layers to what makes an adaptation great, like to ME the most important thing is that they nail the h&w dynamic, either by using the one in the books or by making it clear that they understood what the dynamic was and chose to put a different spin on it but like. if they're not obviously "can't live without each other" friends and (at least) a little bit gay then what's the point. also with modern adaptations there's smtg I've literally only seen done right ONE time, which is Holmes's drug use where everyone adapting it to the 21st century insists on keeping it cocaine or smtg similar? which, like, no????? like ppl don't seem to realise that when he was written, cocaine was like. perfectly acceptable. and Watson still worries about it because he's a doctor but that's in no way equivalent to someone NOW using cocaine and their doctor friend worrying. there's that super old post that's like "modern holmes should be addicted to energy drinks" and well yeah. absolutely that, or the way House md solved it by having him be addicted to painkillers that he gets in a kinda shady way sometimes.

n then obviously there's the cases. again this is an opinion but i think it's good when they're straight up adapted, and i think it's good when they invent a brand new mystery, but i absolutely cannot Stand when they take an existing case from the books but put their own ~special smart boy~ spin on it cough cough MOFFAT like the worst examples of this are probably the way he butchered Baskerville and ASIB because he thought he was sooo much smarter than everyone and couldn't just adapt these extremely iconic stories straight up, nonono let's make them a billion times worse.

as for Ritchie vs BBC, i don't really think i can compare them, simply because I can't be objective? like the rdj holmes movies are easily among my favourite movies of all time, not because they're so outstandingly good but simply because I'm so attached to them, while even a mention of BBC can send me into feral dog mode. not to mention my history w them is 1. complicated 2. inherently tied to each other so yeah i don't think an objective comparison from me is really possible, at least if i want to avoid making this response a 10 hour read. but umm if i wanna go by key points:

1. i think rdj absolutely nails the h&w dynamic while bbc completely butchers it

2. rdj kinda expands his drug use but i think it works rly well with the kinda person his holmes is, i fucking hate the way bbc treats his drug use and the only slightly nice moment about it was in the unaired pilot that. well. didn't air

3. i haaaaate the way rdj handles irene and i fucking. despise beyond words the way bbc handles irene. i dont think i have ever seen irene adapted well it's fucking miserable

4. i think the cases in rdj are... fine? they're not good tbh as in like if i was here for a mystery I wouldn't really like it BUT they're original and written in a way where they give you, the viewer, all the clues that Holmes has, so you have the ability to figure out the solutions along with him, which is crucial to any sh adaptation (and mystery in general). it's also camp and fun and ridiculous which i really like so yea no complaints from me. bbc on the other hand. god. jesus. well i mentioned this before but i fucking hate the way they adapt every story to be almost the same but way way worse because they think they're so much smarter than the books AND the viewers. and this segways into

5. aka their treatment of watson. i fawking love rdj watson i think he's one of the best watsons out there and i like him coz of his whole attitude and personality but i also think he's written extremely well in that so often adaptations fall into the trap i mentioned in the other post where they think holmes is the smartest specialest boy ever and they're just like him fr and he doesn't need anyone so watson is either just some useless guy trying and failing to keep up with holmes or a straight up punching bag. but here they actually make Watson not just competent but absolutely indispensable to both Holmes and the story, it's clear that Holmes both relies on him in things he doesn't know as well as Watson does (crucial!!!!!) and trusts him (watson) to figure things out almost as well as he (holmes) can which i think are incredibly good and important things to put in an adaptation because at the end of the day it's holmes and watson not holmes and some guy who's sometimes there to be talked at and not understand things. which of course brings me to bbc where . literally the only thing john does is get kidnapped like he's barely even there for the cases let alone HELP in any way. so yeah.

this could go on to be incredibly long because i am. absolutely insane about sherlock holmes but I'm gonna end it here, if you have any questions feel free to ask, i (evidently) really love talking about them so

Oooh that's hard... they're all so different in extremely specific ways so I'm just going to say what I like about a few of them :)

ASSOM - LOVE the dynamic we got to work with in this one. I don't know if I would have put this on the favorites list a few days ago but you've gotten me all excited about it again sldfjsldkfkls

OWYSTTAM - It's the zorjet fic and thus will always hold a special place in my heart. What that place is, I don't know. I'm afraid to find out. It sure is there, though!

Green Gardens - I'm putting that wretched old man through Situations and it's terribly enriching. It's got a pretty slow start, but I'm SO EXCITED to release some of the material yet in store :)

20: Your total word count posted this year (shows in Statistics)

According to ao3, it's 329,773. HOWEVER, this is based on fics that have been updated in the year and includes their totals as a whole rather than on a chapter by chapter basis, so I'm going to have to do some math.

ASSOM: 53,149 in total, published August 13 last year through February 4. That's 175 days, meaning we published around 304 words per day. From the beginning of this year through February 4, it was 35 days, meaning we posted approximately 10,640 words of this fic this year. Split in half to account for our different contributions, that comes out to roughly 5,320 words.

NNNFNS: I could calculate the number of words posted in the same way I did for ASSOM, but I know the precise number of words I wrote for this one, so we'll go with that instead. I wrote 49,031 words of this one this year, which is probably around 20k less than what was posted, but I digress.

CFP: I've contributed only one chapter to this so far, and that chapter is 2,518 words.

Zorjet: 4,456 words.

imma reveal one of my big sis mari plots

.. here it goes

okay so basically it’s with the end of hawkmoth battle

damian likes to go in the batcave and watch ladybug fights — it’s on live

he’s watching it and basically ladybug gets thrown into a building

though as she gets up her eyes turn green, so she quickly covers her eyes (ppl probably think the girl is crying) when she removes her eyes they’re back to being blue (eye contacts??? hmm 😟😏🤷🏾‍♀️)

so she’s now having an adrenaline rush and starts to literally punch hawkmoth and it’s revealed to be..

so ladybug being done with this she’s screams

“SAY SIKE RN SAY SIKE RN I KNEW IT” and she’s just like undermining herself, and like all that bc she thought it was gabriel a while ago bc of him owning the grimoire.

and she’s even worried of chat bc in this they had an accidental identity reveal

she screams “LUCKY CHARM” and gets a baseball bat (yes i thought of this genius i know.. if i wanted to be extra i would’ve said crowbar)

she immediately gets it snatched from her hand by chat and he’s beating gabriel with a baseball bat (crazy huh)

and then ladybug holds him back and is like “chat give me the baseball bat” he grudgingly gives it to her and she’s like SIKE I LIED YO PANCAKES IS DRY RESPECTFULLY (she didn’t say that i just wanted to say sike but like i was in the tiktok moment)

she snatched it and hits hawky with the baseball bat until he falls out of consciousness, and chat himself had to stop her

after that she gets Kaalki from her bug phone and uses her phone to get on a call

“yes.. i’ll be opening a portal for you. bye mother.” (😏)

and then the portal opened and ***** walks out in all glory..

okay so talia comes out hugs her daughter and sends her guards to collect gabriel

yup he’s going to the league and he can’t escape sorry not sorry

and in this story mayura/nathalie spends 3 years in prison only bc she quit her job after she realizes gabriel had no intention of loving her, so she gave her miraculous to ladybug and helped her defeat hawky

now after that all the reporters are in their faces

then chat noir would be like no questions until

then ladybug would pass out (yes the dramatics) and chat noir would carry her.. 😏 bridal style to the dupain-cheng house

coming to school late, random excuses, rarely helping in the bakery

they were gonna talk to her about it until one night they hear

from then on they knew not to worry

that was their marinette always helping people

the wayne members headed to where dick was with their weapons on them

it’s all silent until the woman with black-blue hair shouts “dami!!!”

she hugs dami goes on her tippy toes and ruffles his hair and baby talks him

“omg, you’re so big now!! you’re taller than me! wait- how old are you? wait- wait wait- what’s your measurements?”

she tries to get her sketchbook out until she remembers that she’s being a marinette

“Hello. Um- I’m Marinette Dupain-Cheng, this is Adrien and I’m Damians-“ The woman starts, but is cut off with Damian mouthing and no, and shaking his head.

“Damian, you know I kind of have to or else they’re gonna think I’m evil or something.” Says Marinette

“Anyways i’m Damians older sister and i don’t even know how I got here- well i do, but i didn’t even know the address.” Marinette spoke.

“Yes I’m biological, yes i know who my father and mother are, and no i’m not being a bat.” Marinette said, quickly answering any question going to come.

“Anyways, just came here to say hi, and to give you this.” Marinette says, as she gets a gift bag out of thin air.

(I’m getting too lazy guys i’m gonna just summarize)

She hands him a gift bag. (Yes ik i already said that)

she’s says her goodbyes and adrinette leave from the same portal

everyone stares into space for a while, and then jason asks bruce

“Bruce, did even know about this?” Jason said exasperatedly.

Bruce looked completely out of it.

So they all went to Damian. (Next victim- oh i mean person.)

But Damian just walked to his room and locked the door.

When Damian opened the bag.

There was a box.

When he opened the box. (i’m so annoying ik)

There were pictures of Marinette and Damian together.

You wanted to punch him square in the face.

Dominic was pushing your buttons beyond what you could handle, and you had no idea what had gotten into him. Never this bad when it came to his attention. Never did he make you feel this annoyed.

Jeju was a nice place--just as beautiful as you had imagined--but the flight was fairly long so none of you went sight seeing the day you landed. Skipped off to the hotel room for some much needed rest, you most of all.

Though you had a weird sense, chills running up your spine occasionally and funny feelings at the back of your head, you tried to shove it aside. Work was not meant to make it’s way while you were all on your holiday.

Not to mention, your boyfriend was talking once again to his colleagues and friends, not paying mind to you as you hauled the rest of the luggage around the large airport and hotel.

You were tired. You felt not normal. He was being a dick.

So it all had started off on the wrong foot. Still time left to change it around, right?

Then Dominic decided it would be great to take up most of the hotel bed--probably because it was so comfy, whereas he only had half of the bed back at home.

Eventually, you were too tired to put up with this behaviour so you got up and walked to Seonghwa’s and Yeosang’s room.

“The fuck, why are you here?” Yeosang mumbled, half-asleep himself.

Caught the rapid pitter-patters of water running in the background, which must’ve been Seonghwa. “How long’s he been in the shower?” You asked since he generally takes quite a long time.

“Just got in,” he answered, moving aside as you pushed through the doorway with a lazy glare resting on your face.

“Good. Stealin’ his bed,” was all you said before flopping onto the nearest double bed--still as comfortable as the king sized you were supposed to share--and knocking out right there on the spot.

Yeosang ruffled his silvery-grey hair, sighing. “His bed was the other one...”

The next day was a little more manageable.

The sleep definitely helped your patience level, though Seonghwa was a little annoyed that he had to share the night with Yeosang.

Granted, when you explained everything in the morning over some food from the breakfast buffet, he understood.

You were like a little sister to him. Sure, he took you under his wing a little less than five years ago, taught you his trade, polished you up to be the best of the best, he still grew fond of you.

An older brother you never had, and acting as such, he was highly sceptical when you brought a boy to the dinner table. Dominic, you had introduced.

Never liked him since. Sucked it up only for you, but his patience too was tested often by comments that were made and outlandish behaviour that was presented. No, Seonghwa didn’t like him one bit.

“Well,” he began, taking a bite of a golden, buttered croissant, “if you start feeling uncomfortable again, just pop over to our room and I’ll kick Yeosang out.”

You chuckled at the thought. “He’ll rip him to shreds.”

“Who? Yeosang or Dom?” Threw a pointed look in his direction, as if to ask him if he actually did just say that. “Okay, okay,” Seonghwa laughed as he almost spat out his orange juice, “I knew you meant Yeosang.”

“Happy birthday, dipshit!” Mingi’s voice boomed from behind, as the rest began to join the two of you. His long arms wrapped around your shoulders as he squeezed you in a bone-crushing hug.

“Happy birthday to you too, douchebag,” you squeaked out. The other boys had settled down, wishing you both a happy birthday--Dominic giving you a little kiss too.

Tried to hold back the smirk fighting its way onto your lips as you saw Seonghwa openly grimacing in your peripheral. “Where were you last night, babe?”

You never particularly liked it, that nickname. ‘Babe’...

“You’re asking that now?” Playfully teasing, though there was a slight hint of venom. None of which he picked up on. “I was with Seonghwa and Yeosang.”

“Really?” Dominic’s brow lifted, the judgement of you spending a night in two other men’s room clearly written in his expression.

“Yes, really,” you replied, less playful since he should have known by now that all of you were strictly friends. Neither passion nor romance was held for either the black-haired clean-freak and the grumpy introvert.

Has never been since you were all like family.

“Okay then,” he sighed, sitting beside you with his plate of a heavy breakfast.

The boys stayed quiet throughout the exchange, noticing everything going on but not saying a word. Knew that you could handle it better on your own.

San, on the other hand, was fuming. Although he was not close enough to hear a word any of you said--not that it would matter since he couldn’t understand it anyway--the boy could see the feelings of annoyance brew in your mind.

Hongjoong had his hand on his friend’s shoulder, preventing him from walking up and doing something he would regret. “Look, you don’t know what’s being said, so just give it a rest and enjoy your toast.”

“Joong, I can’t enjoy my toast, especially if he’s said something that makes her upset. I’ll floor the fucker, I swear--”

“San,” the blur-haired boy warned in a low tone, “eat your toast.”

One of his strengths would be that San knew when to back off. Sure, it came to a much bigger challenge when you were involved, apparently, but he still had listened to his second-in-command. “Fine. I’ll eat it, but I won’t like it.”

Hongjoong had not said another word to him, still pissed off about what his boss had pulled last night. Flying over had drained energy out of him, no matter how many times he did it, so all he wanted to do was to go to the villa, greet Jongho and Wooyoung, and then go to sleep.

That was it.

But no. San decided he had to chase you to this hotel. This hotel which was less luxurious than the villa and the food was sub-par at best. Not to mention he kept pacing about the room that was supposed to be opposite yours and your boyfriend’s, worried how you left the room and went into a different one.

Hongjoong had to stop him from bugging the rooms or even go pounding the door so hard it knocked down.

Seeing his boss and friend like this had him beyond concerned, since this was the first time it’s ever gotten to this degree.

In fact, he was so concerned, he had to update the two other boys about it--without San’s knowledge.

Wooyoung had told him to bring San to the villa as soon as possible--by tomorrow night, no matter what--but the man in question appeared to have other plans.

Throughout the day, San became more calculated in his movements (particularly when it seemed that you were on alert of some strange presence by the side glances you gave in their general direction). “We're going back to the villa tomorrow night.”

To hear that was a bit of a shock, especially when he had planned for the same thing. “What are you gonna do?”

“Sweep her off her feet, of course,” San smirked, devious little cogs in his head turning.

Ruffling his hair as he looked over at you and your friends--sat down in the tent lounge for your celebratory dinner--Hongjoong shuddered slightly at the ominous tone.

Clinking of a fork against glass, Dominic grabbed the attention of everyone, including the bystanders around him. Clearing his throat, he pulled out a piece of of paper with words scribbled on.

“Ladies and gentlemen,” he began, surprisingly in Korean rather than the language you all communicated in--though it wasn’t perfect, he was still trying. San was glad, now able to understand what was being said.

“Today is a special day, because it is the birthday of two very special people. One of which is my lovely girlfriend. So I would like to embarrass her by preparing this speech, to let everyone know this wonderful woman is mine.”

The mafia boss didn’t like that. He didn’t like that one bit.

“I’m so glad you were born, because life wouldn’t have been as fun without you, and you’re certainly very special in not only my heart, but the rest of the boys as well.”

It wasn’t only San who was unhappy about this speech. This wasn’t just your birthday, it was Mingi’s as well, yet he was written off. So, before Dominic could conclude his speech, you stood up, interjecting him.

“Thank you, for that nice speech. But I also want to congratulate my childhood friend, for it’s his birthday today too.” You lifted your glass to cheer the giant. “If it weren’t for you, God knows where I would be, if I would even be alive. Hearing you speak such good Korean had--for some bizarre reason--made San’s heart skip a beat of two. Even as your accent shone, the pronunciation was close to flawless.

Yet Dominic was not feeling so proud. Yes, it was Mingi’s birthday too, but that speech was for you. Interrupting him was almost as if you were putting Mingi before him. Before your boyfriend.

As the chocolate cake topped with sparklers was brought out by the staff and people around you started to sing ‘happy birthday’ in Korean (your friends being the loudest), you couldn’t shake off the feeling that you were being watched again. But what was worse, you couldn’t shake the feeling that Dominic was going to do something dumb tonight.

“Excuse me,” you said as you stood up in the middle of dinner, when everything went back to normal.

“And where are you going, little missy?” Yunho asked as he moved his long legs to let you get past.

“Bathroom,” was all you said as you went by, needing to freshen up after feeling so... odd. Confined under the eyes of people you didn’t know.

The night had brought itself a particularly cold wind, rushing past your black chiffon dress. “Crap,” you cursed, “should’ve brought a thicker coat.”

Each turn you made, you became increasingly confused as to where you were. This place was like a damn maze. “Should’ve probably asked for directions too.”

“Are you lost, babygirl?” a deep voice asked you in English, cocky tone evident in the way the words rolled off his tongue. You turned to see the man who had just dared to call you that, ready to thump him in the face with a nearby plant pot, but when you saw his face, a sense of familiarity washed over you.

This was the guy. He's eyes were following you since you came off the plane--you could feel it in your bones.

“No thanks, you replied back in English, “I’m perfectly fine.”

And you turned around, not capturing the devilish smirk growing across San’s face as he watched you powerfully walk off in some random direction, not knowing if it was towards the bathroom.

But he didn’t need to know that, did he?

“Where’s Dom?” Mingi pondered as he looked around, realising it was oddly peaceful in the area.

“Not a clue,” you shrugged, “he’s been gone all night. Disappeared after dinner.”

While Yeosang, Yunho, and Seonghwa went swimming in the hotel pool, hearing their yells of ‘Marco!’ and ‘Polo!’, you and your childhood friend opted for sunbathing on colourful lounge chairs.

“Since when the fuck do you not have a clue? Plus, we all saw how that dickhead was eyefucking that random hoe at the dinner.”

“I really don’t wanna think about it. After all, it’s our birthday and I don’t wanna ruin the mood by thinking of the things he’s probably doing.”

Propping himself on his elbows, he took off his sunglasses to look at you. “Bastard’s cheating on you and you’re not gonna do anything?”

“Oh no, I’m definitely going to bring pain upon his ass like never before, but right now is not the time. Besides, it’s not as if we ever loved each other. And I finally got a good night’s sleep.” You placed your hand over his in a reassuring way, but it did nothing much.

Your response had Mingi biting his bottom lip, worried. “Hearing you talk like that scares me sometimes, ya know?”

“After everything I went through, you still think I’m going to be who I was?” You opened your eyes, peering over at him with eyes so cold that there was only one situation he would see them. “Do you still fucking think with all the shit that the five of us do, I’d still be a person who believes in mercy or love?”

Sighing, he lay back down with his sunglasses covering his eyes once more. “You’re right, it’s dampening the mood. What are you planning to do between now and dinner? Any particular place you wanna visit?”

Contemplating, you hummed as you thought of what to do next. “Maybe visit the stone park? Looked beautiful enough in the pictures,” you sighed, “What do you think? Your birthday too, ya know?”

The tall man shot a boyish grin your way. “Sounds great--”

“Hey!” The two of you turned your head to look at Dominic, who had trudged towards you in flip-flops. When he bent down to peck your cheek, you made no move whatsoever, internally cringing at the feel of his dirtied lips against your skin.

“And where were you?” you inquired, clearly not pleased with this. He hadn’t even bothered to hide the lingering scent of fruity perfume of the random woman he spent the night with.

Though there was something very much off about him since this isn’t something he would do, you will never excuse his disloyal behaviour.

“Oh, I went to Hallim Park. You seemed busy with the rest of the boys so I decided to leave you in peace.”

You took your glasses off, pretending to be pissed off about him going to a place he didn’t actually visit when it was actually about the secret he was trying to hide from you. “Are you shitting me right now? You promised we’d go there together.”

“I know, but I just needed to clear my head for a bit.” He nervously rubbed the back of his neck, no longer looking you in the eye.

“For the entire night?”

“Yes, for the entire night,” he snapped, instantly irking you even more because how fucking dare he?

Sighing, you got out of the lounge chair you were in, licking you lips to calm you down just a fraction before you stab him in the eye. “You know what?”

Each step you took towards him, he took backwards until he was right at the edge of the pool.

You brought you lips right next to his ear, the faint scent of pineapple lingering on your tongue, spotting the hickey hidden under his neck. You whispered, “fuck you,” before pushing him with ease into the pool to create a massive splash.

With steam coming out of your ears, you stormed away back into the hotel as Mingi lay there, laughing.

“That’s my girl,” San chuckled as he watched the scene unfold. He could tell from the feeling of the argument that you were unhappy about your boyfriend not being home that night.

In fact, when the mafia boss first noticed the way Dominic couldn’t peel his eyes away from one of the other women in the lounge last night, he decided to keep tabs on his movements--and thank god he did, otherwise he wouldn’t have found the great evidence that could pull you two apart and thrust you into his arms.

Hongjoong however, was actually somewhat terrified. “That man was twice the size of her.”

“I know. Feisty little lady.”

The blue-haired man looked at him with so much disgust, watching how he was so enamoured by you and a little turned on. No matter how open San was about what he liked in ‘bedroom matters’ both verbally and (unfortunately) physically, he still couldn’t help how grossed out he was.

“Jesus, keep it in your pants,” he grunted.

“Chin up, Joong,” San sighed, strangely gleeful, “we won’t have to stalk around much longer.”

“No?”

“No,” he smiled, “because she’s back with us to the villa. Tonight.”

BABE I've been so busy recently sorry for not being as active 😭 but I'm gone for like 4 days and I come back to you WATCHING DEMON SLAYER!? I HAVE SO MANY THOUGHTS ITS LITERALLY ONE OF MY FAVES ❤ so I literally watched all 3 seasons of demon slayer in like two days lol and I kinda regret watching it while on my period bc I fr cried like every episode LOL I was just a mess of emotions for those two days. First Inosuke is 100% my favorite character I would die for him in a heartbeat, and tanjiro is like my son I genuinely just adore him 🥺 I was hesitant to start demon slayer bc I thought that tanjiro seemed kinda boring for a main character (and I was like why the fuck does that girl have that thing in her mouth 24/7) but I was wroooong hes such an angel and I would literally stop watching the show if anything bad happened to him. I also want to fuck literally all of the hashira and demons big shocker I know lol. I'm super conflicted about muzan tho and would love to hear your thoughts on him. Like I think hes super hot, does he resemble Michael Jackson? Yes, but hes still sexy in my eyes lol but at the same time I just have a bad taste in my mouth when it comes to him. I usually LOVE villains no matter what no questions asked but after watching rui's backstory and seeing how muzan basically manipulated this poor boy to become a demon bc he was in that much pain and wanted to be free from it made me really sad ngl 😥 idk I'd probably still fuck him lol and I think hes a really cool and cruel villain but hes definitely not my fav. And for number three, OOH!! Storybrooke post-season 6 (and happily pretending season 7 never happens.) Yes please!!

this is a pretty common find

very easy to find ; ‘che guevara badge’ in ebay or etsy would do the trick

i love this band i will not lie 10/10 recommend

the photos we have of this are unclear - the badge looks mottled, like it could be khaki coloured in some photos, but there are no signs of badges like this online, so we could say its one of the more common black badges, but vintage, and has been weathered with time ? which honestly it looks more black in some shots than green

looking at different listings it does look like they fade to be greeny but i do not know

i dont have anything else to suggest so im going to blame it on weird lighting in the hub and move on

this one was really bugging me so i made a post in forum to try and locate it, but i still came up empty handed. i think the best bet would be to get one custom made.

the text appears to be the logo on the front of their first studio album, generation terrorists (1992). i recommend btw.

for a while i was sure that it was a different band and spent uh. quite a while looking for a badge that matched that description and then i checked my list again and i had a lightbulb moment where i realised that there were two sex pistols badges and id only done one (i may be stupid)

not that this realisation changed much as i still wasnt able to track one down anywhere

i played around in some editing software and made a (pretty bad but shhh) template thingy? which u can use to get ur own badge printed somewhere idk
