It All Starts Today! Claim it, Pray on it, put action into that faith.. Don’t allow the negligence of others to hinder your growth. Don’t allow the flesh your wrapped in to separate you from God’s design. Keep Him as your focus and all else will eventually surrender. We are not in this life for likes. We are in this world to fulfill a purpose . Remember Jesus’ works consisted of healing, teaching and correcting the very church that was supposedly representing His coming. His healing was rebuked as demonic, his teaching was ridiculed as false and his coming was missed by zealous rituals. Yet Our Savior still fulfilled His purpose with His arms stretched wide on the cross so that we will one day fulfill ours. I just wrote a long paragraph reflecting on this proverb and decided to delete it. It’s sad to admit that many would rather be inspired for a moment rather than be transformed for a lifetime. Stop being the thief that steals your joy. Stop allowing others to dictate what your purpose is rather than consult with our Creator for His intentions on your life. Never underestimate the opportunities that come into your path. Dr. King didn’t realize that he was being developed into a world renowned Civil Rights leader. Once he acknowledged the task he carried the position & it benefited all of us til this day. Often times we don’t ask for the position that God has placed us in & would rather not be the one that is out on the front line for others. Good morning Children of God! Happy Friday. 🙌🏾☀️💪🏽 Take time this weekend asking Our Creator to reveal your weaknesses. Request a progress report on the things that you have previously submitted to Him. Pray for clarity about your purpose. Make the decision that whatever is confirmed that you will accept it as truth and move expeditiously in His will to fix it. Don’t fear the temptations of the world rather you pray for the strength to overcome them. We must humble ourselves before God at ALL times in EVERYTHING that we do or the world will be the cause of our destruction. Do not fall asleep in the mist of God’s movement. There is something unique each and everyone of us have to do before we are departed from this earth and it CAN NOT be accomplished until we are humble before God’s throne. Amen! What is stopping you from submitting to God’s will?! Is it fear that you may lose something or someone? Do you feel that you may have time later but as of now you want to party like a rock start? Are you afraid of being laughed at or rejected? Are you at a place in life that you feel that you don’t need to be “spiritual” and can make it through on your own? There are so many reasons why we wouldn’t ask God to examine us. But it all boils down to we don’t want the truth. The truth hurts sometimes especially when we have beloved lies for so long. A deceiver has encouraged you to believe that all of your excuses are enough reason to keep you away from the grace of God. I am proof that those lies will catch up with you and one day the reflection you see will disgust your core. Reject the lies and submit to truth. Allow God to examine your heart.
