Bodies and Souls- part 2/2

(Part1)

A little explaination below

This is based of the theory that Yuuji's cursed technique is the ability to swap souls (therefore swapping bodies, hinted in chapter 222(?) when Yuuji and Kusakabe seemed to have done so while training).

Yuuji uses this to swap souls with Megumi to get him out of there, and takes control of Sukuna's body because his soul is stronger than Sukuna's body (shown in the story previously with Suguru taking over Kenjaku momentarily, and Toji taking over that Grandson dude's body when brought back, both in S2).

Just incase it didn't make sense the person in page 3 is Megumi in Yuuji's body after the swap and the second last one is yuuji's soul.

Oof I've had this theory literally since jjk222 but wasn't sure how it'd play out but now it clicked so I'm glad I was able to make this heh

(May 2022) Personally, I really like the theory of gojou losing 6 eyes (in a narrative sense).

Possible foreshadowing hasn't been incredibly subtle either. These are from the 2 openings and the Phantom Parade video (Avant by Eve, which is technically not canon but still a recurring theme). Vivid Vice especially had a bunch of foreshadowing for the Shibuya arc, so I wouldn't be surprised if this was slipped in there too.

Based on the fact that Nanami was gonna be a villain who killed his entire office heh.

Canon Nanami hates working overtime but will still do it, villain Nanami would rather kill his entire office than work overtime.

He then escaped to Malaysia and lives happily ever after.

I actually have drawn Megumi, but not much in recent times :/ If you use my tag niinnyu arts and scroll down a bit I did a couple of itafushi art and comics, so he's there. It's been a while since I've drawn those so I'm not particularly fond of how he looks in either anymore lol, but they're kinda cute I think?

Here's a quick 10ish minute sketch of him I did recently tho and a panel from a comic I didn't put up here because it's not relevant anymore (ch 212 stuff). Still debating if I should put it up tho. Hmm.
