THE ELITE AU

In this AU all mutants are male (only males carry the mutant gene).

‘The Elite’ are hybrid soldiers sired by mutants.

Participation in the breeding program is mandatory for young healthy male mutants and considered a great honor and their contribution to the war against evil. Mutants must go to a clinic to have their genetic material safely collected and properly catalogued by human professionals called ‘Collectors’ minimally once a month.

The Elite offspring born have no parents to speak of as the mothers are handsomely paid volunteer human surrogates called “vessels”.

The children born never get to know who donated to create them. The mutant hybrids are raised from birth at a facility where they are trained right away to fight. When they are mature they join the war raging against the Shredder and his evil allies.
