So if you wanted to graduate high school early, you can take summer school and then winter session. You would do this each year to take off a year of high school.
Now college at the University of Arizona, you could take winter session 3 credit hours. Then you would take precession 3 credit hours. And then you would take summer session 1, 6 credit hours and summer session 2, 6 credit hours. Now, if you get permission from the Dean, you can take for each of these sessions in additional 3 credit hours, which would give you 9 additional credit hours per year. So after 2 years you will have 108 credit hours. Doubt if you took those 9 additional credit hours 1 year. You be at 117 Credit hours. So all you would have to do is take in the second year. One session with 3 additional credit hours. That will give you a 120 credits. And that means you can graduate college in 2 years.
You still get breaks between Precession and first session, first session in second session and second session and the fall semester. And you do get off for christmas and new year's with winter session. So you get a break before Spring session starts. So you do get time off from school. Not a lot of time off. But you do get probably about a month or a little over a month break.
The total number of credit hours you need to graduate college will depend on the degree you are seeking and the specific university you attend12. Generally, a bachelor’s degree will require a minimum of 120 credits, an associate degree will require at least 60 credits, and a master’s degree will require anywhere from 30 to 60 credits1.
Learn more:
So depending on the master's degree program, you'll need either a minimum of 30 credit hours or up to 60 credit hours. But again this can be done in a year to year and a 1/2. Depending on how many credit hours you need to graduate. That's if you're trying to accelerate it.
Between 30 and 60 credits
In order to earn a master's degree, students must complete between 30 and 60 credits. These credits include both core-required courses and electives. In addition to coursework, most master's programs also require students to complete either a thesis or a capstone project in order to graduate.

What is the need for an HR Management System in School?
When it comes to the education sector, HR professionals play a critical strategic role. Teachers have diverse responsibilities that include teaching, caring, listening, learning, problem-solving, mentoring, and more. To improve working conditions for teachers and other school employees, implementing an HR Management System (HRMS) is one technique that can make a significant difference. It is a module of school management software.
Managing HR processes and making them as simple as possible for organizations and employees, an HRMS enhances learning outcomes and the reputation of educational institutions. The effectiveness with which these tasks are managed is closely linked to how well teachers are treated at work.
But do you really need an HR management system for your school? The answer to this question is not straightforward. If you were to ask a range of educators, school administrators, and HR experts, you would likely receive various responses. Many professionals might argue that the number of personnel in a school is the determining factor, leading some educational institutions to believe that they do not require an HR department. However, there are several considerations to keep in mind before making a decision.
Tumblr media
Benefits of HR Management System In School
1.Eases attendance management Tracking instructor attendance is just as crucial as measuring student attendance. HR software simplifies staff attendance management by allowing employees to sign in using their mobile devices with IP and geo-restrictions. Biometric and attendance devices can also be integrated with the HRMS to capture employee attendance data. Additionally, staff members can easily verify their attendance hours and time off, saving time for both them and the administrative staff.
2. Improves learning and development The educational system is constantly evolving, and teachers must keep up with the changes. They are expected to acquire expertise in various subjects to enhance the learning process for students. Continuous professional development is essential for teachers to gain these qualities. An HRMS often includes a Learning Management System (LMS) that streamlines employee learning and development. It offers blended and self-paced learning, allowing employees to choose the best learning style for themselves. Teachers can access training materials from anywhere using e-learning and mobile learning features, and they can refer to learning resources whenever needed. The HRMS recommends suitable courses for teachers based on their function, designation, and job description.
3. Makes communication more effective Effective communication among teachers improves the overall workplace atmosphere and enables staff members to stay updated on specific subjects and important announcements to share with their students. An HRMS with an internal chat system can eliminate communication gaps entirely. It allows for the formation of specific groups, such as subject-specific groups where teachers can discuss teaching strategies. Furthermore, the system can be used to live stream important announcements to the entire school, ensuring everyone is well-informed. Internal forums enable employees to engage in discussions about their subjects and share teaching ideas.
4. Helps employees perform better Employee performance is crucial in the education sector, as teachers play an active role in shaping the minds of future generations. With an HRMS’s performance management system, you can provide all the evaluation tools necessary to improve employee performance. Continuous performance reviews can help staff members understand their role in achieving your institution’s goals and objectives. After the review, employees can provide feedback on the review system, offering their perspective. A 360-degree feedback system enables any employee to provide input on a colleague’s performance. HRMS-generated performance reports can help identify areas where additional training is required.
5. Enhances the query handling process Employees in the education sector often have several questions, and it should be easy for both parties to find answers. A centralized case management system provided by an HRMS allows employees to easily contact the person responsible for handling and tracking the status of their requests. This ensures that all inquiries are processed promptly. For example, if employees need to order a specific book for reference, they can submit a request, and the HRMS will assign the task to the relevant person and set a deadline.
6. Provides easy access to documents Teachers and staff in the education sector deal with various documents such as lecture notes, lesson plans, textbook PDFs, question papers, and student attendance records. A document management system integrated into the HRMS can organize all these documents in a central repository, making them easily accessible on the go. With just a click, employees can access any document they need, saving time and boosting productivity. Additionally, the system allows for online document sharing, facilitating review and approval processes.
7. Streamlines recruitment Selecting and appointing the right individuals for your institution is crucial. It’s not just about finding the right people for the job; schools focus on providing high-quality results. Recruitment should be conducted to find employees who enjoy working at your school and are motivated to contribute to the achievement of long-term goals.
8. Administers the student life-cycle From the time a student is admitted until they leave the school, numerous activities must be managed. This includes handling student data, streamlining administrative tasks, improving school-to-home communication, and recognizing and rewarding student achievements and success. Regardless of whether your school is public, private, foreign, or charter, the level of efficiency in administering student activities is what truly matters.
9. Takes care of payroll In schools, managing payroll is inevitable, as it involves paying teachers, librarians, non-teaching staff, and others who form the human resources of your school. Employee payroll processing is typically a time-consuming task that falls outside the scope of most schools’ expertise. By merging human resources and payroll through an HRMS, you can automate updates, reduce paperwork, and provide accurate data more easily.
In conclusion, an HR management system can greatly benefit educational institutions by simplifying HR processes, enhancing employee management, and improving overall efficiency. It eases attendance management, facilitates learning and development, improves communication, helps employees perform better, streamlines query handling, provides easy access to documents, streamlines recruitment, administers the student life-cycle, and takes care of payroll. By implementing an HRMS, schools can create a positive and productive work environment, ultimately leading to better learning outcomes and a stronger reputation for the organization.

Why do parents send their children to boarding school?
If you are a parent seeking a world-class education for your child in a diverse setting that encourages independence, boarding school may be the perfect fit. Boarding schools offer a holistic approach to education, providing students with opportunities to develop new interests, make lifelong friends, and acquire essential life skills that will set them up for success.
Tumblr media
Reasons why many parents choose to send their children to boarding school
1.More Interaction with Teachers
One of the significant advantages of boarding school for boys is the increased interaction between students and teachers. With smaller class sizes ranging from five to 15 students, teachers can provide individual attention and mentorship to their students. This close bond fosters stronger relationships and a more personalized educational experience.
2. Developing Skills for College
Numerous studies have shown that boarding school students feel better prepared for the non-academic aspects of college life. They develop essential skills such as independence, social competence, and time management, which are crucial for success in higher education. The Association of Boarding Schools conducted a study that revealed boarding school students have higher chances of earning advanced degrees and achieving faster career advancement.
3. Facilities and Programs
Boarding schools often have higher tuition costs compared to day schools, but this allows them to offer state-of-the-art facilities and exceptional extracurricular programs. Students have access to various facilities such as performing arts centers, visual arts studios, indoor and outdoor sports fields, swimming pools, and fitness rooms. These resources enable students to explore their interests, participate in activities they enjoy, and receive a world-class education while excelling in sports.
4. Learning Basic Life Skills
Boarding school provides an ideal environment for students to learn important life skills. They develop a strong work-life balance, improve time management abilities, and gain confidence in problem-solving. Living away from home, students learn practical skills like doing laundry and taking care of themselves. This transition prepares them for the independence they will experience in college, setting them up for a smooth transition and a successful first year.
5. Emphasis on Academic Excellence
Unlike public schools that often follow a rigid curriculum centered around state-required exams, boarding school for boys provide educators and students with the freedom to explore and excel academically. With no limits or restrictions on how material is delivered, teachers can cater to varied learning styles, fostering a love for learning and independent thinking. Boarding school students are known to be better prepared for college, as they actively engage in their education and take ownership of their academic journey.
6. Cultivating a Passion for Education
Boarding schools attract students who are passionate about their education and strive for success. The emphasis on academic excellence creates an environment where being smart is considered cool. Students motivate and challenge each other to excel academically, fostering a culture of intellectual curiosity and growth.
The Right Age to Start Boarding School
While there is no specific age requirement for boarding school for boys, experts suggest that children over the age of nine are more likely to thrive in this environment. Boarding schools typically cater to middle and high school students, with the most common age range being eight to 13 years old. Boarding schools effectively prepare students for college life and offer opportunities for personal and academic growth.
Why Parents Choose Boarding School
Parents choose boarding schools not only for their exceptional academic standards but also for the unique opportunities, experiences, and mentors they provide. Boarding schools have a long-standing history of producing successful individuals and fostering a sense of tradition and achievement. They offer a village-like community that supports the holistic development of each child, creating leaders, thinkers, and achievers.
Conclusion
When considering a boarding school for your child, it is crucial to recognize that these institutions offer more than just academic rigor. They provide an environment that nurtures the whole child, promoting social, emotional, and intellectual growth. By exploring campuses and engaging with admissions offices, you can find the boarding school that best aligns with your child’s needs and aspirations. A boarding school education can provide your child with the tools and opportunities to thrive academically, athletically, and personally, setting them on a path to a successful future.

Rating shirts i wore in middle school
1. National Sarcasm Society (like we need your support)
Tumblr media
Awfully bold of me to wear a shirt about sarcasm when younger me had an even harder time detecting social cues.  Tbh I wasn’t even that sarcastic, but I wanted to be because all of the cool anime characters I liked were sarcastic loner types, but I was too much of a beta who depended on the approval of others to absorb their mannerisms into my personality.  Also this isn’t the exact shirt I had.  The one I did wear was beige and made out of the worst material.  It was this stiff, rough, burlap-like shit that was just a sensory nightmare to wear and it’s why I don’t have nipples anymore 3/10.
2. Careful [or] you'll end up in my novel
Tumblr media
What novel?  No seriously, what novel were you working on?  Was it your alternate AU Naruto fanfiction which you posted on ff.net back in 2006 and never updated after the first two chapters?  Or was it your edgy short story series about a bunch of teens escaping a testing facility because you watched Elfen Lied and thought “this is the pinnacle of art”?  Because you didn’t finish that one either.  Your 7th grade math teacher isn’t shaking in her boots because you threatened to immortalize her in your novel, Dante. How about you finish the outline of one of your stories before you start throwing around empty threats.  0/10.
3. Black Death European Tour
Tumblr media
I loved this shirt so much that I saw a picture of it online and I printed it out to show to my classmates during a presentation before I got the actual shirt.  I still think this slaps and I wear band shirts a lot anyway so it would fit in nicely with my current wardrobe.  And I was just about to order a new one (the original was lost) when I remembered “oh right.  we’re in an actual plague.  this might be in poor taste”.  The ones who suffered the most during this pandemic are those with historic plagues as their special interests.  8/10
4. The Coitus
Tumblr media
This one is going to be a deep cut.  At age 12 I was at a music event and this local band (The Coitus.  Not Coitus.) was playing.  They’re like this experimental electronic band and I was getting big into The Avalanches at the time, so when I heard them this blew my goddamn mind.  I rushed over to buy a shirt.  They looked kinda hesitant to sell one to me, but they did so anyway.  My dad asked me if I knew what “coitus” meant and I said that I did because I didn’t want to look like an idiot who impulse-buys band merch without knowing better.  I didn’t know what “coitus” meant, but I wore a shirt with that word plastered on the front all summer and it made so many people uncomfortable 10/10
5. T-shirt from the Iowa Writer's Workshop
Tumblr media
This is a placeholder image because I can’t find the graphic on the actual shirt.  But this was a shirt for a writer’s workshop in Iowa.  I’ve never been to this workshop.  I’ve never been to Iowa.  It was a gift from my grandma.  10/10

Abstract
Objective The global impact of artemisinin-based combination therapies on malaria-associated mortality and their origins in ancient Chinese medicine has heightened interest in the natural discovery of future antimalarials.
Methods A double-blind study to identify potential ingredients with antimalarial activity from traditional remedies with reported antipyretic properties. Recipes of clear broths, passed down by tradition in families of diverse ethnic origin, were sourced by school children. Broths were then tested for their ability to arrest malaria parasite asexual growth or sexual stage development in vitro. Clear broth extract was incubated with in vitro cultures of Plasmodium falciparum asexual or mature sexual stage cultures and assayed for parasite viability after 72 hours.]
