I'm sorry guys but I'm so annoyed by all the Beyonce on my feed. Not anyone's problem...ya'll like what you like but I just need to vent real quick and then Imma Thank God the Grammy's are over now and all the Beyonce Grammy reblogs will fizzle out. Here goes: I AM NOT a Beyonce fan. I don't believe in Queen Bey and I don't believe in Celebrity Worship. The way people talk about Beyonce like she fukin pooped out the very stars in the sky. I'm sorry, she doesn't walk on water. She is a human being with a decent singing voice. (Yeah I fucking said it) All this "Beyonce is our Queen" shit has gone to her head I feel. There's nothing wrong with confidence. There's nothing wrong with wanting to be empowered and inspire others to be confident and empowered. I used to listen to Beyonce back when she was in Destiny's Child (remember them?) and then for a few years when she went solo but I think I got tired of her after Dream Girls. Like Goddamn...every fucking where Beyonce this and Beyonce that. I'm SO fucking over her. What happen to the woman who in interviews, talked about she had made up an alternate personality for herself named Sasha Fierce to boost her confidence onstage and let her do/say things regular ole Beyonce Knowles might not be brave enough to. THAT WAS RELATABLE. Everyone needs a little help to be brave like that sometimes. Is old Beyonce Knowles just gone now and this person we see all over the media is Sasha? Did Sasha kill Beyonce and take over her body? Those pregnancy announcements? Sure very beautiful, whatever. Also VERY self absorb and pandering and glory hounding. Honestly, I don't even think Mariah Carey the most Infamous and self admitted "Diva" did all that shit when she was pregnant and she has no problem saying she likes attention. But atleast she's honest about it. Even the Actual Literal Royal Family in England were more subtle with their shit. Seriously. Okay, you're pregnant again. Congratufuckinlations. It's like Beyonce sees that she's super popular when she makes girl power and shit on men songs and people have made her the face of girl power so she was like that's gonna be my gimmick. But I don't ever hear about Oh, Beyonce started this organization to help woman _____ Or she's off in Africa educating woman about ____ or Beyonce is raising money for women's _____. What the hell does she do for women besides sing songs that 10 people helped her write or wrote for her, and then make a shit ton of money off of the very women she is supposedly inspiring? All I see and hear is her face and her music all over the damn place but nothing about her actually taking any kind of action. Was she even at the Women's March? For like 3 days all I saw was pics of tons of female celebs at the Women's March? Yeah it was in the media "Oh Beyonce shows support for Women's March" yeah okay she sent out a goddamn tweet or two saying she supported it. I support healthy living but I'm still going to town on this bag of Cheetos and smoking three cigarettes a day. Words are nothing without action. I could be wrong, maybe she's donated millions to women groups and organizations but why do I hear more about what song she's performing or what picture she took/posed for than what she's doing for this girl power thing she's supposedly the face of? I don't even know guys, I swear. I'm just so fucking tired of hearing about goddamn Beyonce. Remember that scene at the end of the Hunger Games movies where Katniss is supposed to execute Snow but shoots Coin instead and leaves Snow to the wrath of the people?
