For the first one, I'd say it has to be The Rotten Stone is a Mirror (The Magnus Archives) or The Blood-Dimmed Tide (Life SMP). They both took a while to write, and I think they both turned out pretty good, particularly the latter.

For the second, I think it would be this paragraph from The Rotten Stone is a Mirror:

When does he become a monster? How many grains of sand need to be removed? What is the final straw that will break him? Or has it already happened, is this a waiting game, has he gone to sleep and been replaced by something that looks like him, and acts like him, and has seen people suffer for a full six months and no longer feels sympathy for them, because he knows what their screams sound like more than he can remember Sasha’s voice. s08e01 - Deep Breath: Not good, persay, but it's his regen episode, so... might as well.

s08e02 - Into the Dalek: It's a Dalek episode and it's really fucking good.

s08e05 - Time Heist: It's just a fun time, would recommend watching.

s08e06 - The Caretaker: Important for Twelveclara.

s08e08 - Mummy on the Orient Express: Also important for Twelveclara.

s08e09 - Flatline: Again, just generally a fun time.

s08e10 - In the Forest of the Night: I mean, it was good. Just sort of there. I'd watch it, maybe it's something you like.

s08e11/12 - Dark Water / Death in Heaven: THOSCHEI THOSCHEI REAL

Season 9:

s09e01/02 - The Magician's Apprentice / The Witch's Familiar: It ignores Dalek. Which. Makes me want to kill. But thoschei, and it's good besides. So.

s09e03/04 - Under the Lake / Before the Flood: The cinematography... I love it.

s09e05 - The Girl Who Died: ARGHFHFHH i have been stabbed

s09e06 - The Woman Who Lived: I have been stabbed again

s09e07/08 - The Zygon Invasion/Inversion: You could also just look up the Doctor's speech at the end.

s09e10 - Face the Raven: I think it's very important.

s09e11/12 - Hell Bent / Heaven Sent: I have heard literally only good thinks about it, also according to my Doctor Who factual information book I got for Christmas, the Doctor gets tortured for over a billion years in it! Yippee!!

s08e03 - Robot of Sherwood: It's kinda mid. Watch it if you want.
