As the screen blinks on an eevee stands at the front typing on the keyboard. With their eyes focused on the keyboard they begin to speak.

“Recording data log. Crewmate Nova. Date; July 3rd, 2532. I and my team have just returned from the Company after successfully meeting our weekly quota. As such we are now entering our rest period before we receive our next job.

“As recorded in my previous logs our last job was, thankfully, rather uneventful. At least compared to some other job runs. There were minimal injuries as we stuck to calmer moons and worked quickly.

“Visiting the Company went about the same as it usually does. Honestly that place unnerves me, sometimes more than the moons. The sounds behind that wall… I shouldn’t say too much else Data might revoke my log privileges. Or start editing them. rude.”

It seems they haven’t noticed that they opened communications. Will you speak to them?

(ShayminCafe) Shaymes approached Nova and bowed before her. “Blessings be upon you and your kin, young one.” He raised his head. “That is a beautiful gem on your forehead. Did you inherit it from one of your parents?”

Nova had been leading the charge towards the game area when she heard Shaymes. She turned towards the Pokemon and squealed in delight. "Yo! Are you a Shaymin? Holy crap! Gods can pop up here!? Ha, I told papa we didn't need to worry about disguises and stuff for Haru!"

"What the HECK!?" Haruto huffed.

Nova chose to ignore Haruto's response in favor of looking over Shaymes. "Oh! I didn't answer your question! Sorry about that. Yeah! My grandpa's son, which I guess is like my dad who made me or whatever, was a Espeon! Apparently, it's not uncommon for some Eevees from where we come from to gain aspects from our parents! i think papa told me since I have this...there's a chance when I evolve, I become a mix of a Espeon!"

"Oh, and if you want to know a fun fact, some eeveelution can be inherit from aspects from Eevee! Like Haru's and Finn's uncle has really soft fur for a Jolteon! Oh! I hope I didn't bore you with my question!"

“We met Quota so the Company isn’t going to do anything, we’re just off the clock at the moment.”

“Oh uh introductions. We are a scrap collection team for Halden or as most simply call it the Company. I’m Nova. The umbreon at the controls is Data, our leader. Gamma is the nucleon on the bunk. And the leafon hiding below is Briar.”

Gift to Magi

“So these are the Magi..?” 

Apollo could only watch with delight as the trio of light emerged from the horizon and soared by. While he may not be as vocal with his joy at the appearance, Finn, Haruto and Nova did most of the work for him. He could hear all three of them chatter in great delight as he could hear them talk about how quickly they moved. Ronin did not choose to respond to Apollo as his attention was more focused on the Blaziken next to him. Ronin was not a man who can easily read emotions. Hell, it took a while for him to register whatever stronger emotion he felt until the feeling passed. However, he was learning how to deal with that. He was taking the time to take in the little details that most would miss to gauge other’s emotions and his own. He was applying this method here. 

Ronin knew that Apollo had been unhappy back home. He couldn’t blame him, considering he heard about how nasty the argument between Apollo and his father was. Granted, it was by pure accident. However, it made him realize how similar they were. They both were good at masking that trauma they had with their respective parents if that trauma was vastly different. So…it was nice to see Apollo relaxed. It was nice to see he wasn’t forcing himself to mask how tired it was. It was nice to see him experience a childish joy. As he studied Apollo, he felt a chill go down his spine. 

Was he in danger?

No. Wait. This place was safe.

Wait.

Out of pure reflex, Ronin fired the weakest Extrasensory to his right just in time to have the move come in contact with a tripping Finn that had been approaching with Haruto and Nova. With his typing shifting that of a Psychic type thanks to his ability, he bended the move properties into makeshift psychic so he can catch Finn. Ronin was starting to understand what Lewis meant by having kids giving reflexes because he was honestly impressed by his own speed. In a blink, Finn was back on his feet, momentarily confused. Upon locking eyes with Ronin, Finn realized what happened and offered a soft smile towards his father before carefully moving over.  Ronin offered his boy a warm smile as he rubbed his head as he listened to Haruto ramble on with Nova. His typing hasn’t returned back to normal as he was stil on edge.

“We should give them the gifts now! Come on! Let’s do it!”  Haruto barked. 

“We worked reallllly hard on our gifts! Like super hard!” Nova huffed. 

“Goodness, hold on now. Let me take my time with this,” Apollo laughed.

As Apollo reached into his bag to gather their gifts, Haruto decided to call out to the Magi. However, unlike before, the young Ogerpon-disguised-Florgatos spoke in a much more polite manner. “Hello, Magi! I’m not too familiar with the customs of this world, but I thank you for blessing us on this lovely day. I hope one day we can come here again with our two friends who couldn’t be here.”

By this point, Apollo pulled out a basket. It was filled with various assortment of berries of high quality and a container of water that was properly sealed to prevent spillage. This time, Apollo chose to speak. “The berries come from my partner. He has a habit of growing various different berries as a hobby and always strives for perfection for them!” He flashed a grin. “The water…well…I don’t really have any flashy commentary other than the fact that Ronin made sure it was clean!”

Ronin only offered a “hm” for his commentary as Nova climbed up Apollo’s shoulder and pointed a paw towards the inside of the basket. 

“And don’t forget the super special gift!” Nova chirped. 

Apollo nodded and reached into the basket to pull out a patchwork blanket that rested underneath the berries. It was there that Finn decided to speak up. His voice was much softer compared to the others. “T-that’s my o-old blanket that papa first made me. U-uh I thought you would really like it…s-since it’s soft…and uh….I don’t know if you need it. But uh…well…” He stopped and cleared his throat. “I hope it makes you really happy like it made me really happy!” 

With that exclamation, Finn immediately hid behind Ronin’s leg with his father letting out a soft pleasant hum in response.

I've never actually made a reference for Venus and Nova's evolved forms despite drawing them so much recently, so here they are! Maybe now I'll start remembering where Venus' freckles go

Day 1, 2, and 3

I put them together because I started today!

So, first off:

First blog OC

Solaris actually isn't my first blog OC, he's just the first one from an askblog that's on both Tumblr and ComicFury.

Day Two: Most Recent Askblog OC

This guy isn't my newest character either, he's just the most recently designed! I wasn't originally planning on shading this, buuuut then I got the idea to turn it into a lightning practice, and this came out of it. I'm really proud of it! He's from a future blog, which is going to be called Legends never Fall.

Day 3: The Munsonas

I've actually got two sonas. Astr was my first one, and was designed with some traits of mine in mind (brown eyes, peridot gemstone on tail band because that's my birthstone, she's literally wearing my glasses). Nova was designed later- she was actually part of a group of three characters I designed, looking to create an Eeveelution sona for myself. The other two are Shard and Laika. I still really love Nova's design, it's one of my favorites I've ever made! Although I'm pretty sure I used the wrong glow dot brush (I've got at least seven), but I couldn't find the one I normally use for her. Ah well, I'll figure it out later.

Why the space theme for my sonas (astr is a root meaning star)? I dunno, I just like space.
