#Nissan #Qashqai #dieselparticulatefilter brought in for a #carbonclean #deepclean The #dpf was so badly blocked that the vehicle had stopped #running ! We firstly used our stage one cleaner which breaks down #soot & #ash , it is then hooked up to our carbon clean machine where it is 100% cleaned, we then pass the stage 2 preventative fluid through the dpf... this coats the inside and helps prevent future blockages and aids with the #regen process. This was dropped off, fully cleaned and returned to the local garage in the same day! We had this #stunning #Mercedes #cls in for a #terraclean & #remap yesterday. First off we carried out the terraclean to ensure that the engine was #running at its best and then we carried out the remap which took the vehicle from a respectable 265bhp & 620nm torque to a tyre shredding 305bhp & 705nm torque!!! We had this really nice, well looked after #renault #megane in today for a #terraclean & #remap combo👍 First of all we carried out the terraclean #carbonclean to ensure the engine was operating at its full potential and then installed our #stage1 #viezu map to improve #bhp & #torque We took this 90bhp 1.5 model and increased it to 115bhp👍 whilst taking the torque from 200nm to 255! We had this #Honda #crv in for a #dpf clean & diagnostics as the dpf warning light had come on a couple of times. After carrying out a manual pressure reading, smoke test and live data check it was found that there was no faults? We called the customer for some more info and subsequently found the fault... the low tyre pressure warning had been on for several weeks!!! This error had prevented the vehicle from carrying out its own regen and caused the light to come on. Volkswagen Passat in for Air Con fix. Had been for a so called CHEAP AC fix... they charged him £60+vat but the AC didn’t work! They then told him they don’t do repairs🤷‍♂️ He was advised to bring it to us for correct diagnosis and repair. We checked on live data the pressures generated from the AC pump and established that the pump had failed. This Volvo S40 came in with DPF faults! It appeared to have been cleaned at some stage as a few pipes had been routed incorrectly and there was NO soot in or around the filter... but we know on these vehicles the only way to properly clean them is to remove them and use our flash cleaner because the problem with these engines is not soot accumulation but a build up of additive (brown sludge in the pictures), this additive congeals into a thick mud like consistency which reduces exhaust gas flow. Using our Carbon Clean flash cleaner we can 99% remove this build up returning the dpf back to as new💪 Once the filter was cleaned & refitted we refilled the additive tank and reset the vehicle ecu. Air conditioning recharge on this Seat Ateca with the new R1234 refrigerant. Transit custom in for a DPF clean & faulty vaporiser to be changed. The back pressure on this was over 9psi at idle and stuck in limp mode!
