PHYSICAL MANIFESTATIONS OF GUILT

characters literally haunted by their own doppelgangers. a clone of your dead best friend that you failed to save. a doll that looks like you that speaks your worst actions out loud relentlessly.

i just really really like writing these things as manifestations of guilt. like you can't escape from the thing you did, not just in a mental metaphorical sense, but also because you live with the clone you're stalked by the monster, you're HAUNTED by your own GUILT and you kind of either have to change the situation or accept it for what it is and move on. there's a physical barrier there and you don't know how to overcome it, but you must overcome it, because how else will the story end?

Just like last year, Fawn got a ridiculous present from her doting husband. If you see her around the festival don’t hesitate to say hello! (But let’s be real, most of the time I’ll be in the bell choir)

Concept doodles for two ancient characters of mine that I am hoping to bring back to the front: Fawn, my unicorn/deer hybrid, and Bunty, my white strawberry dryad sheep! May alter Fawn’s original design a bit now that I am dusting them off, but I am still pretty smitten with Bunty- though I am considering leaning in the female direction for them, just think they would be even more adorable. We will see!

i wanted to test out simple sketchy backgrounds so i made a short comic about some of my ocs! i might continue if theres a demand! there really isn’t much of a story since i wanted to practice visuals

thanks for asking @where-is-caithe! Let's talk about Fawn, Ren, and Laurent because I so rarely say much about these three together.

🍩 | their favourite snack to eat together Little fancy pastries, like mini cheesecakes or macarons. Ren has a habit that started when they were kids of sneaking a bunch out of the kitchen before big events, and the three of them would share them while hiding under tables or anywhere out of the adult's eyes. Now that they're all older and Ren has to throw those fancy parties himself the habit still hasn't stopped.

🧸 | which one is the little spoon & which is the big spoon Ren is almost always the big spoon in any combination of how they're laying. Most of the time its Laurent in the middle, because Ren and Fawn just love to spoil and comfort him.
