Meet Kaleo (Kuh-lay-o) Anaka (Uh-nah-kuh). After bidding farewell to his hometown of Willow Creek, Kaleo has embraced the bustling city life in San Myshuno. The complex atmosphere of the city fuels his creativity as he aspires to craft and publish his own music.

In pursuit of his musical aspirations, Kaleo has recently secured a coveted sound and recording internship with none other than Akira Kibo, a top artist in San Myshuno. The opportunity to learn from a seasoned professional promises to be a stepping stone toward achieving his ambitions and garnering connections in the industry.

Nestled in the Fashion District is where Kaleo's apartment, 1310 21 Chic Street, resides. As he starts settling in, Kaleo can't help but take notice of a neighbor residing just a door down. The long, vibrant red hair of this mysterious neighbor left an indelible impression on Kaleo. Even the neighbor's Persian white cat, which confidently wanders the shared hall as if it owns the space, added onto Kaleo's curiosity.

What truly caught Kaleo off guard, however, was when the neighbor paid him a short visit. With a friendly knock on the door, Kaleo was greeted by his neighbor, whose smile was as warm and inviting as the cookies she held. The generous act not only left him pleasantly surprised but also flattered. As she extended the plate towards him, Kaleo couldn't help but notice the subtle exchange of glances, a fleeting moment that lingered in the air. The way her eyes sparkled with genuine kindness, coupled with the unspoken connection they shared, added an intriguing layer to the encounter. The brief pause in their conversation, filled with a shared appreciation for the cookies, felt like a shared secret, creating a subtle yet palpable connection between them.

Kaleo found himself contemplating the deeper significance of the neighbor's unexpected visit days after. Was it just a friendly gesture, or did it carry a hint of something more? The ambiguity added a touch of mystery to the encounter, leaving him with a gentle tug that lingered in his thoughts. . .

First post on my blog that's made by me and it's a brief introduction on Kaleo...typical. Nonetheless, hello ! I am new to Simblr (posting on tumblr as a whole, if I'm being honest-) so bear with me if I fumble here and there, haha. I'll make a navigation/info post about myself and pin it whenever I can so everything can be organized :) I have no clue how many parts or episodes this will be as it's from my casual gameplay save file, but we'll just see ! I hope those that stay for the ride enjoy where this story takes us and have fun along the way. (There'll be multiple characters introduced, especially Ms. Red hair, Just you wait haha)

Hello! I have been told you have some cool characters I'd like to know more about, so would you share some information on Jaques, Kaleo and Humbert?

Hello to you!ヾ(•ω•`)o Sorry for the delay in answering, I checked Tumblr only today! And your ask is so precious, I'm so glad you're interested in some of my characters! ;u; I'll gladly tell you about them!~

It's a very quick sketch (and of unfinished redesigns, I'm currently reworking their aspects but mostly the clothes), but here they are how they appear in Humbert's story (so 1975/1980 circa, 10 or so years before Lance's story)!

Humbert DeRocca (or Umberto, he tends to use the "international name" when needed) is an Italian independent paranormal investigator, together with his wife Amanda and his best friend Jonatan. They are quite known in all of Italy at the time and a bit in Belgium thanks to Jacques (which I'll tell more in a moment!), and because of this they tend to travel a lot. While Amanda is an empath and Jonatan is an energy bender, Humbert is "just" a human, no special abilities nor powers, just an amazing memory and a big brain! In the trio you asked about he's the one with the greatest knowledge of magical creatures (he's often jokingly referred to as a walking encyclopedia), and during his story he becomes Kaleo's mentor!

Jacques and Kaleo Francœur are father and son, descendent of one of the great hunter families, so their names mean a lot. Jacques is one of Humbert's best friends, they've been knowing each other since they were kids, and an extremely well trained hunter specialized in stealth (which is much more useful than most give it credit for) and battle with the spear, while Kaleo is much less experienced (at the time of Humbert's story), but extremely good in ranged combat - he will eventually become one of the best aims in the world, and in Humbert's story already is extremely good! He stays with Humbert for a lot of time, learning both his knowledge and to actually... think a bit more before acting. He's really impulsive when young, which leads to some things. Spoilers. :3c When he gets to Lance's story, he's MUCH more mature - even more because by the time that arrives, he has a little daughter!

Humbert works primarily in Italy and Jacques in Belgium, where he was born, even though Jacques travels MUCH more (the Francœurs are known in all the world, and people ask for them specifically, while Humbert has a known name but it's more like, you know. The "neighborhood's problem solver", in a sense, and his knowledge is more precise about Italian creatures and mythology), and when Jacques needs someone who he can trust in delicate or big matters he calls for Humbert, which are the rare times he gets out of Italy for work (and most frequently in Belgium, reason why he is more known there than in other countries!).

I love them so much, they are some of my favourites between my own OCs (and Humbert is probably my absolute favourite), and I won't continue talking about them in this post only because it's already very long, haha! But for general information, this is it! If you're interested in something more specific, feel free to ask! I'll be so happy to answer more questions about them and any other OC! ;u;//

Second Chance (Future!Leo x Kalani) Part 2

Author’s notes: These are all Consenting Adults ranging from mid 20′s to late 30′s. MINORS DO NOT INTERACT! This is a 21+ blog and I do intend to bring some NSFW content.

Future!Leo is about 38, Kalani is 26. If you don’t like the age gap... tough noogies, I’m keeping it this way bwah ha ha! Now onward!

Shifting in her perch next to Raph and April, Kalani watched as Casey and Cassandra infiltrated the warehouse where The Foot and Purple Dragons were organized. With her hands twitching with anticipation and shoulders tight, she was ready to take down the bad guys and keep the Krang in the prison dimension for many years to come.

"A'ight, everyone in position?" Raph called through the intercom through his wrappings.

"Purple Knight in position." Donnie called back, hovering over the main hatch of the roof.

"All set, Raph." Mikey replied as he was already inside but hidden from prying eyes.

"Good, once we have the signal. We swoop in like heroes and stop them from bringing back the Krang. We don't need another attack." Raph stated before closing the comm and letting out a slow breath.

Kalani glanced over to him and noticed his right eye closed. The scar and pain that she had seen. He was partially blind in his eye. But Donnie helped with making a contact lense to correct any issues with his vision. He wasn’t wearing it. She knew it. But instead of berating, Kalani laid a hand on his knee causing him to look over to her hand and smile slightly.

"I'm a'ight, Kal. Don't you worry. Raph ain't gonna let them win." He reassured her, flashing a sharp smile.

April sniggered quietly as she watched the former couple. But before she could say anything to make it awkward, a bright flash came from inside the warehouse causing Donnie and Mikey to jump into action. Kalani and Raph looked over and their attitudes changed to a more stony expression as they leapt from the rooftop they were perched on and landed next to the entrance that Donnie went through. Grabbing his sai's Raph looked over to Kalani which she had her Tessen's in hand. With a nod from the Kappa, Raph took the lead as they both came through the door and leapt off the platform and into the thick of the fight.

Kalani looked for the Alchemist and saw that he was finishing a transmutation and working in summoning the portal. Speed stepping towards the Alchemist, she threw three kunai knives in his direction causing the porcupine yokai to yelp and jump out of the way in time.

"It's over, Dante!" Kalani hissed as she ran her foot over the chalk lines, successfully destroying the circles.

But the alchemist merely smirked and chuckled darkly. "You think so?"

Before she could question his own words, the feeling of sharp prongs pierced her skin and electrocuted her causing her to scream in agony. The water in her cap sloshing and spreading across her body only caused her more pain. The prongs, biting into her skin, pulled and twisted her into knots.

"KALANI!" Raph roared as he punched two Foot Clansmen and charged to save her.

But was thwarted by a large brute and fought back and captured by the brute. Raph soon realized that it was a cyborg Foot Clan. Holding him and the others in binds. The sound of laughter echoed into the air as the Purple Dragons and Baxter revealed themselves from their own perch.

"Well, well, well. Looks like Dante was right. The entire family comes to save the day. And we got the perfect specimen to help unlock the Prison Dimension. Thanks to Miss Kalani." Baxter smiled wickedly.

"Kono baka! Anata wa futatabi watashitachi no sekai ni shi o motarasu dakedesu!" Kalani barked in Japanese only to have Kendra snark.

"Not without the right tools, freak."

As Dante walked over, he kneeled down and caressed her cheek only to have Kalani spit in his eye.

"No wonder you were banished from the Hidden City! Betray your own kind and destroy all of humanity and the yokai kind."

Grabbing a fistful of her hair, Dante glared at her. "At least you'll be with your dead lover sooner than later." He chuckled darkly and cut into her art with one sharp cut of his quill.

Pressing his thumb into her open wound Kalani screamed in agony. Using her blood to redraw the circle and lend a sample to Baxter who took the vual and placed it into a large computer. As the vial slid into the machine, a large gate emerged from the floor below to reveal a gateway. Every one of the Hamato clan gawked in shock. Memories of what had happened before, flashed before their eyes. Dante, along with the help from the technology began the ritual and the gate began to come alive. Kalani's own blood, which held her mystic abilities of alchemy, was being used to open the gate. She was the sacrifice.

"NO!" Raph roared.

But the pur like chirping caught his attention as something fluffy landed on his head. Looking up and seeing the cyborg look with great confusion, Mayhem had arrived! Teleporting Raph away and next to someone else he wasn't expecting either.

"You should have listened to me about this plan, Red One." Baron Draxum exclaimed as he watched in rage.

"When the hell did ya get here?!" Raph exclaimed but was taken back to the present moment from Kalani's screams rang through the air once more.

The others had somehow found a way to escape their binds as well and began to fight back to rescue their sister and close the gate once again.

"Now is not the time! We must shut the gate and save Kalani before she is gone." Draxum explained before he and Raph charged into the fight.

Punching his way through with no care on how severe he was injuring the Foot, Raph made it to Kalani while Draxum fought Dante away from the circle. Tearing the prongs and cords that held her in place were torn to shreds, causing more harm than good on her skin. But he wanted her safe and being chaotic and destructive was the fastest right now. He knew he was going to apologize profusely later. It was a given. Cradelling Kalani to his plasteron, Raph got her away from the heat of it and laid her on the ground where she was in pain, but still alert with her surroundings.

"Easy, girl." He reassured her as she began to sit up.

Donnie flew over to them both and began to assess her injuries with his goggles that scanned her over. "We need to stop the portal. Their tech is using Kalani's blood sample and mystic abilities to help power the alchemy and open the portal."

"We know that, Don. But how!?" Raph growled as he saw Draxum, Casey, Mikey and April fight the foot.

Kalani sat up finally and looked over to Dante who was struggling to get to the circle with Draxum fighting him back. Then it dawned on her.

"Donnie, you think you can take down Kendra?" She asked.

"Are you doubting my abilities? Scoff!" The soft-shelled brother rolled his eyes.

"Fine, if you can take her down Raph and I will take care of the circle and the gate." Kalani added as she slowly got to her feet.

Raph helped her and wrapped an arm around her waist. "Ya sure it'll work?" 

Kalani didn't answer, but grabbed the katanas that she had strapped across her back and gripped them tight. "Stay close. We only have one shot, Red."

With a firm nod, Raph kept his hand on her back as Kalani summoned the sword's teleporting ability to life. With expert precision, she threw the other katana right on top of the alchemy circle where she and Raph ran into and landed back into the action. Donnie had rocketed himself to Kendra who was at the main control pad along with Baxter. Landing in the middle of the circle the gate came to life.

"Raph, take out the gate! I'll create a counter for this!" Kalani ordered as she swept her foot in one large circle, cutting off the power from the alchemy.

Dante saw what was going on and screamed in rage. "You Bitch!"

With the blade of the katana, Kalani cut into the earth a new pattern to shut the gate. But it wasn’t fast enough as a powerful blast pushed everyone onto their backsides. Kalani quickly scrambled to her feet and pressed her palms onto the alchemy circle.

"DO IT NOW!!!!" Kalani roared.

Raph activated his Power Smash Jutsu and expanded in size. But another, more powerful wave came through the gate once again sending everyone up and away from it all. Kalani flew backwards and hit a nearby panel that broke the gate's main power system. With a bright flash and loud explosion, the gate was destroyed but someone came through.

As the dust began to settle, Kalani slowly got to her feet and grabbed her katanas and was ready to fight. But her eyes landed on someone she was not expecting to see ever again. The blue carapace. A single large katana. Scars and damage on his skin. And one large mechanical arm on his right arm.

"It can't be…"

Are you named after anyone? 

Kaleo: Not really, Sulani names are quiet unique and we avoid to name each other after someone else. However my name has a meaning, it means Voice or Sound.

Akamu: No I am not named after someone. I am essentially called Adam in a non-Sulani language.

When was the last time you cried? 

Kaleo: I think at some point, I did cry but I cannot remember. Oh no, I do remember, I cried from exhaustion once because my little brother is basically dying.

Akamu: Probably at some point. I don’t cry that often actually.

Do you have kids? 

Kaleo: Yes, I have all in all seven kids.

Akamu: I have six kids and yes these six are shared with my husband Kaleo.

Do you use sarcasm?

Kaleo: Sometimes although my alter Kyle does use it more often.

Akamu: Not that often.

What’s the first thing you notice about people?

Kaleo: How small they are, seriously is there anyone that can at least reach m height?

Akamu: Usually the way they dress and present themselves. Looking after one self is very important.

What’s your eye colour?

Kaleo: Brown

Akamu: Brown

Scary movies or happy endings?

Kaleo: Happy endings.

Akamu: Scary movies with happy endings? No I do like happy endings.

Any special talents?

Kaleo: Well I am a merman, which means I can breath for an extended amount of time underwater, I am born royal and currentely a king. So I need to have diplomatic skills and ruling abilities. Other than that, ettiquette skills, language skills (which I suck at) and riding skills (which I suck at even more). I can also dance any type of couple’s dance.

Akamu: I am also a merman, and I can speak three languages: Hawaiian, English and French. I am also trained in the same things as Kaleo as his husband.

Kaleo: In Sulani

Akamu: In Sulani

What are your hobbies?

Kaleo: Well...swimming, being with Akamu, taking care of my family, spending time with my family.

Akamu: Sex. No seriously I enjoy just being on the beach and relaxing.

Kaleo: No

Akamu: No

What sports do you play/have played?

Kaleo: I don’t play any sports, since I do enjoy swimming alone.

Akamu: No sports for me.

Favourite subject in school?

Kaleo: I didn’t really enjoy school, so nothing really. Imagine being on the mental level of a 14 year old while you are close to 17. This is no fun.

Kaleo: Well I am a king, that is my job. I cannot think of anything else for me.

Akamu: If I had not married Kaleo? No idea honestely, maybe a teacher.
