Once upon a time, not very long ago in terms of the planes, Raphael once fully supported his father during a coup under Baron Molikroth. Baron Molikroth was a sadistic pit fiend in appearance, gluttonous and obscene, who began a rebellion under Mephistopheles' nose. When sorting through the dead Archfiend's bastards, Raphael was defiant, refusing to join against his father's killer despite the tides of change. Many of his siblings found favor under Molikroth, but Raphael honored his oath.

In the decade that followed, those who served Baron Molikroth were killed by Molikroth's own hand. The coup and persona of the baron was planned by Mephistopheles who posed at Molikroth to find who was loyal and who was not. Raphael survived the purge than many of his siblings did not. Unlike his siblings, Raphael recognized exactly what was going on with the baron. It wasn't a sense of loyalty but knowing his father remarkably well.

He is his father's son, after all.

And then Daddy Mephistopheles went and started the Reckoning.

monster for anyone of your pf babies?

Monster. Is your OC monstrous in any way? Is there something that makes them monstrous? Are they aware of their own monstrosity? Do they accept it or reject it?

I'm mostly using the Cerdinen lore for him, but Alec was originally developed for a Pathfinder build so I think it counts.

He was just a normal priest, a normal cleric. He helped those in the mining village where he was raised. It was his job to be a healer, of course, but following a deity whose domain was agriculture? He was out in the fields just like the others.

Then one day all that was taken from him in a blink. He woke up and he was no longer alone in his mind. It wasn't just something small, of course not, it was Mephistopheles. A devious master of magic. Alec was just a simple priest. He grew an extra set of horns, one of his eyes changed colors, and there was a new aura about him. An aura that betrayed that he knew things he shouldn't and had lost much.

So in a way, Alec's "monstrosity" is an outside force. It's the presence of Mephisto and how they are constantly fighting over control of his body. Neither truly know peace anymore, not when they know someone else is constantly watching their actions. They are two souls trapped in a single body. Alec had never worried about his heritage before, his tail and horns and blue skin were just the natural facts of life, but having that one red eye was something that he couldn't stand about himself.

In the beginning, Alec and Mephisto did not get along. Mephisto was angry at the botched summoning, Alec was traumatized by the experience, neither wanted to be anywhere near the other. Mephisto's presence imposed new, fiery magic on Alec that he hesitated to ever use. But with time and effort and frustration, they made peace with their new condition. They've slowly developed a feeling of care and camaraderie with the person they see instead of their own reflection.

Yes the Raphael lovers are generally pretty accepting of all kinds of content, we're talking about devils in the Hells, it's nice that very different interpretations of him can exist so easily. He has a lot of interesting little bits and bobs that make him so fun to shake and twist. My little weirdo.

Noxarionart this person is mostly on blue-sky which I barely use so I linked their tumblr but their art is some of the sexiest shit wrfsfrres drooling.

Jasmindarnell not sure they actively make Raph art anymore but one of their pieces is currently my lock screen so I'd be remiss to miss them.

SharpLittleClaws Hottest Raphael PWP fanfics /TO ME/ (I like him bottoming/being switchy.). When I tell you the CHOKEHOLD "Pretty Gilded Cage" had on me.....yum.

Aqeldroma She writes mostly Durgetash but she has two Raphael fics and I love them both. I will caution I again enjoy Raphael very flawed and fucked up and I like to see him whumped bad, but if you liked my stuff you'll probably like hers. Her long-fic with him I doubt he'll end up winning in, but I am a Raph/Gort connoisseur and she feeds me.

Misterkingdom Not really active but feeding a Raph/Gort lover with many a fic. They made some excellent fics that honestly have inspired me. Droit Du Signor is my favorite.

Not_Rin Actually not smut so far lol, Black Earth that Made Us is another HoH Enver long-fic with the author's OC Slyvie (Enver and her are twins), I very much like canon characters a lot of the time but Slyvie enchants me. Can't wait to see where it goes and have been enjoying it immensely so far. It is not super Raphael focused which is why it's at the end but this fic needs more love.

Anyhoo, you should write what you want, I hadn't written in years and the Forgotten Realms sucked me back in so much, it's so nice to have a creative hobby to focus on, once I finish Annals I have a FORTY TWO (outlined to chapter 35 lol) Raphael/Gortash Warlock AU I am so so excited to start working on. I totally get that it can be soul-sucking, the only other fandom I've ever been in was Naruto and it was pretty chill there but I've seen some stuff especially devils adjacent- looking at some OTHER devil focused franchises (Never watched but Hazbin Hotel I get stuff bc of tag overlap) and omg...thoughts and prayers. Idk I truly do believe art is art and a story is a story and the world is better to have more creative work in it. I personally find writing about traumatic and dark stuff so cathartic lol. Even if I was writing to three people I would be writing, because I love these fucked up little men so much, so please don't hide your fucked up story under a bushel. Like please write your story and tag me when you do. ^^

It was patient after patient, so many minor injuries, why did he waste his time on these idiots? He could be treating beings from other worlds, universes! Yet here he was, treating some moron with a burn.

“You've been treated, Leave.” The patient tried to argue, but he had ushered them out the door before they could get a sentence in.

Mephisto sighed, leaning against the hospital bed; he just wanted this to be over already. He wanted to go back to his private quarters, drink himself silly and pass out. The cons to being an index, he supposed.

The door swung open, barely giving him a moment before he was pinned between the hospital bed and—

“Hey Meph!” Him. “Raymond.” The blonde wrapped his stupidly built arms around the former; practically crushing him, muffled protests getting squished under the body mass as Raymond only chuckled.

“Let go of me, Raymond.” The blonde pouted, but let him go, Mephistos hair was a mess now. But that wasn't important.

“When does your shift end, Meph?” Raymond grinned.

“When you leave.” Silence “Two hours, 4 more patients. Hopefully just annual checkups but I highly doubt it” he relayed softly, reaching for his clipboard as he spoke.

“Alright.” Hema snickered as he adjusted himself in his seat, taking a sip of his iced tea before playing his guitar again. “I hear the train a-comin’, it’s rollin’ ‘round the bend. And I ain’t seen the sunshine since I don’t know when—“

“Not like that either!” Copia huffed, “Is that all you know? Prison, heartbreak, and beer?” He raised a brow at the ghoul, who laughed at him.

“That ain’t all I know.” Hema strummed random notes and chords idly, “Not all country music is like that.”

“Well, prove it. Show me something that isn’t that.” Copia crossed his arms and slouched in his seat.

Hema thought for a moment, humming thoughtfully as a grin crept across his face. “Take this job and shove it!” Hema began, trying not to giggle as he sang, “I ain’t workin’ here no more!”

Copia scoffed as he stood up, flipping the ghoul off. “I’ve had enough of your hillbilly nonsense.” He muttered, leaving a giggling Hema behind and returned indoors.

Hello! Well i typical make whatever i can or want basically, pretty much a free artist! oh yes I’d love to!!!!

so these Malkavians are Alexander (nicknamed Faust) and his alternate personality Mephisto!

Faust was Embraced by chance because he was. Well. A murder victim to something completely unrelated to kindred. His sire was reacting to the violence in his domain and discovered him bleeding out, and in a moment of impulse decided to Embrace him.

Thanks to the whole “Just Died In A Violent Murder” thing right before the Embrace, he has a very unfortunate mixture of total amnesia and his derangement/bane being a second personality.

Faust unfortunately did not adjust well to kindred life and has not personally fed the entire few years since he’s been Embraced. His blood bond to his sire takes the form of fear (since I headcanon the bonds can be any positive/negative emotion and not just love/hate), so he rarely spends time with his sire and stays at another haven in the city.

Mephisto on the other hand, who only started existing the moment of the Embrace and has no memories of being human either, adjusted easily and considers himself as a protector or big brother figure to Faust. He’s the one who does all the feeding, he’s the one who visits their sire, he’s the one who manages to get the compact in trouble by taking action. Thankfully for the two of them they’re aware of what the other does.

Also they have a fun twist on the Cast No Reflection flaw where their reflection is just the other personality with a mind of their own. They talk to each other in the mirror a lot and other people can see the strange reflection. They share the same physical and mental stats though their social stats are swapped, and they have different Humanity ratings (which is why Faust constantly has the Blush while Mephisto does not).

While that game was going on they were some of my favorite NPCs and I’m very glad my players enjoyed them too, even if it took a while for their characters to discover they were a pair and not a single guy.
