More of my evil scientist guy, Telltale Wyrmwood!

Telltale is a guy who made a deal with an evil spider-god for... knowledge? I guess? Something like that. The idea is that he wanted to figure out how to "solve the problem of mortality", prevent himself from dying and the like. He also mostly likes experimenting with things just for the sake of it, just to see what will happen, what his limits are, what's possible.

He created the Tales, partial clones of him, with the knowledge he bargained for, and Reedtale was the first Tale. He eventually died, becoming a ghost, and his journals were found by Reedtale, who unintentionally and unknowingly let Tell's ghost possess him, sort of.

Later on, Telltale devised a plan to sever Reedtale's soul from his body so that Telltale could completely take it over, and was successful. It's a long story, I won't go into all of that right now.

But yeah, he's a bit goofy, he's a terrible person, and I love him, so now everyone else has to look at him too.

Actually, my Wiz OC, Cassidy Wyrmwood, is exactly like that eager wizard scenario. She was a big fantasy nerd on earth so she came into the spiral with EXPECTATIONS tm about getting transported to a fantasy world. Also she’s 14 having just started her freshman year on earth, so she’s full of vim, vigor, and a desire to punch evil things in the nads. As such she eagerly volunteers to help with unicorn way. Ambrose, for his part, while certainly magically powerful, is quite old and isn’t as nimble and spry as he once was, and reasons that having Cass help will let her see more of Wizard City, Ceren is also there so she can get healed if anything goes wrong, and she’s 14, that’s around the age adolescents in Wizard City start to take up bigger quests (I imagine that Wizard City in general has a sort of age bracket thing with regards to quests). Also Cass does actually go through a whole semester at Ravenwood between unicorn way and the three boroughs incident, so she does develop a mentor student relationship with Ambrose, as he feels responsible for her since he accidentally summoned her to the spiral.

Ooooooo ty for sharing your OC!!!!! We love to see Ambrose being an actually good role model and a Wizard protagonist that has some support 💖

Been drawing lots of witches lately, these two are OCs built out of a witchsona generator thing I found here on the beloved hellsite. Nissa and Maeve Wyrmwood are sisters dealing with curses on their own and trying to get by in their crazy world of gods and magic.

What’s the most fun character/oc you ever designed?

For canon character redesigns, it's probably Scare/crow. He's a character with a special place in my heart, and I still love that design. For OCs, it's Wyrmwood. She's so out of my comfort zone for... everything really, but I love her so much.

some rough character design stuff for the other two members of Achilles and Varda's fireteam. Wyrmwood is a dawnblade with ties to Aerrhiks, brought on during the team's formation, she works primarily as a healer, but her capacity for destruction is no less impressive. Her armor is designed to pay homage to her first teacher, as is common with many reborn under the protection of the elderly eliksni. Beowulf and Achilles have been friends since long before their team's formation, working together to crush their opponents beneath crackling fists. Although Beowulf's brashness and glory seeking has led him and his old friend to drift apart, especially after the team's victory over Oryx.
