Today is the day Bo Burnham fans have been anticipating/dreading for years—
His DEATH date 💀
Yes, the day has finally arrived.
Will Bo acknowledge this joke about his dog dying via a bomb in some fashion today?
Or, more likely, will he have completely forgotten about his prediction from 2015? Only time will tell.
In other news, it's the first night of Kate Berlant's one-woman show at the Pasadena Playhouse. She has confirmed that this will be the last run of her play directed by Bo, so try to see it if you can—it's an experience NOT to be missed! 👀
And if you'd like to know more about the show (SPOILER warning—I've included all the secrets, so don't read if you want to be surprised!), check out my complete list of KATE articles and interviews here. ✌🏼🐔

Alfred Coffee, 55 W Colorado Blvd, Pasadena, CA 91101
I’ve had some mixed experiences at Alfred Coffee but they recently opened in Old Town Pasadena, so I decided to give them another try. The coffee they serve is roasted for them in LA by Stumptown. You can buy bags of Alfred Coffee branded coffee beans. The pastries (cookies, croissants, muffins, scones, cake), yogurt parfaits, pre-made sandwiches, and bagels are from Farmshop LA (so you know they’re good). You can build your own bagel or choose one of their signature bagels.
The Greenie bagel ($8): Jalapeno cream cheese, avocado, cucumber, chives, capers, olive oil on an asiago bagel. A smallish bagel with a good chew. I couldn’t taste the jalapeno but maybe that’s because the capers were so strong.
Flat white ($4.75): Surprised there wasn’t any foam art but there was a good espresso to milk ratio, not too bitter
The shop is small with some indoor seating and small tables outside in Miller Alley. It’s got stylish touches like the wood floor, plants, copper counter, wallpaper, and stained glass that says But First Coffee.
4 out of 5 stars

OLDEST MOTORCYCLE CLUBS WHO ARE THEY? *FULL VIDEO*
#MOTORCYCLECLUBS #outlawmotorcycleclubs #bikers
How old is old? The year was 1903, notable for several important birthdays. Individual arrivals included Bing Crosby, Bob Hope and Eliot “Untouchables” Ness. Meanwhile those Wright brothers got it right at Kitty Hawk, and a new company called Harley-Davidson tried to sell its first motorcycles. Plans had progressed for the Panama Canal as well as…

Savvvys, 36 W Colorado Blvd, Ste 5, Pasadena, CA 91105, Score: 37/50
Savvvys took over the Café 86 space and created a stylish, comfortable place that encourages camping! The food and beverage options are somewhat limited though.
Score: 37/50
Food: 3/5 – Limited. During my late morning visit, there were 3 croissants left in the case. They said they have charcuterie boards but I didn’t see them on any menu.
Coffee: 4/5 – Classic espresso drinks and specialty lattes made with Unity Coffee. They also have teas. The Rosey Cheeks latte was fine but had little rose flavor. You can specify the type of milk (dairy or non-dairy).
Wi-fi: 5/5 – Free, unlimited, password posted at the register. It seemed fast and stable.
Ambiance: 5/5 – Very nice, slightly Moroccan/contemporary, stylish furniture and a ton of pillows, white walls, plants and fresh flowers
Noise: 4/5 – Quiet, jazz music is unobtrusive
Plugs: 5/5 – Plenty!
Parking: 2/5 – Public garages, street parking (paid). Tough since it’s in Old Town.
Comfort: 5/5 – Padded chairs, small round tables
Bathroom: 0/5 – None, there used to be one outside?
Art: 4/5 – Local art, naked women – somewhat strange choice
Tips: Not crowded, good for meetings and camping.
