Ends of the World by Peter Brannen - nonfiction geology book about earth's previous mass extinction events. The author is also the writer of one of my favorite climate history Atlantic articles I read for a college assignments.

Into the Wild by Jon Krakauer - nonfiction true story of Chris Mccandless, who decided to leave society to live in the Alaskan wilderness and was later found dead. I want to read Into Thin Air too but I don't have a copy (my mom probably does but that won't help me for this trip)

Dune by Frank Herbert - do i have to describe what Dune is about at this point? I've never read it and I also refused to see the movies 'caues I wanted to read the book before doing so

A Song for the River by Philip Connors - nonfiction/memoir by the same author who wrote my beloved fire lookout book Fire Season. This book also has to do that, as well as a massive fire he witnessed in his national forest, but I think it's a lot more about grief and death.

What the Eyes Don't See by Mona Hanna-Attisha - nonfiction/memoir by one of the doctors who discovered the Flint water crisis. I'm actually already 90 pages into it but got distracted and haven't picked it up for like a year. It's very good and highly relevant to my work (though I don't do lead in tap water but you know it's great information to have)

I got this sudden idea for Cathie that I just wanted to share, as I also feel it's something Jamil would do!

So, since Cater has his ears pierced, I was thinking...

Imagine a single pair of earrings, where Cater wears one on one of his ears, and Ruthie wears the other on one of her ears! ♡

It's a cute way to be matching with your partner, and a small way of keeping them with you wherever you go!

I think Jamil would do this too, as not only is it subtle, but it's also a way for him to show that you are his (even if others may not know it!)

Whenever he sees you, and sees the earring on your ear that matches his, a small smile comes to his face, feeling a sense of pride ♡

And whenever he misses you, he holds the earring between his fingers, subtly rubbing where it sits in his ear. Sometimes he does it without even realizing it ♡

But yeah! I just wanted to share, cause when I got this idea for Cathie, I instantly thought of Jamil and him doing this with Yuusha ♡

Which Link has the most stuffed animals? Do the others know about them?

I wanna say Wild or Legend, for different reasons.

I feel like Wild likes to have sleepovers with Riju, and they sleep on her piles of sand seal plushies, so he starts his own collection to rival hers for when she visits his house. I also like the idea that he learns to make them, and gifts Riju a hand made sand seal plush. He unabashedly loves plushies and soft things - he didn't get a lot of them as a soldier before the calamity.

Legend hoards things, and I doubt that habit stops at magical items. I sadly don't know much about him, but I'd like to think his bedroom is absolutely full of soft things, and he has a pile of emotionally significant soft toys at the foot of his bed. He generally keeps people out of his room and doesn't speak about them, but when Ravio finds out about the stuffed animals, he makes a stuffed rabbit for him.

Special mentions to:

Hyrule, who I am certain would adore stuffed animals if he came by them in his era. Wild definitely made him a sand seal plush as well.

And Sky, who likely has one or two particularly well loved stuffed animals in his room in skyloft, which he sleeps with every night. Sun gave them to him to protect him from his nightmares/prophetic dreams.

The White Fang won the court case and an anti neo-slavery bill was passed throughout Atlas-Mantle as a result. Adam, who had recently lost his mother at the time and was a still a minor, was adopted by Sienna Khan who took him to Menagiere.

... unfortunately, 5 years ago Ghira and his wife Kali Bête were assasinated at a Faunus rally somewhere in rural Sanus. They survive by their only daughter, Blake Bête. Since then, the White Fang has cultivated a [CLASSIFIED] organization under the leadership of Sienna Khan. The leaders of the White Fang under Sienna include Adam (Vale branch leader) and Fennec & Corsac Albain (Religous leaders). Attempts by the White Fang to establish an Atlas branch have been stopped by the council (note: countinue to stop them. watch all WF gatherings in Atlas).

WARNING: ONLY MEMBERS WITH LV.5 CLARENCE ARE ALLOWED TO READ BELOW

The White Fang has a Black Ops organization being used to carry out robberies and assasinations in all of Renment. The leader of the Black Ops is Adam Taurus, with Illia Amitola (note: needs a case file) and Blake Bête (has carried out 8 known assasinations on Faunus hate groups, currently missing, needs a case file) as sub commanders. All three serve as de-facto leaders of the White Fang in the event Sienna Khan is killed (note: Do NOT assasinate Sienna Khan, it will lead to race riots. Not to sound like a sore loser but I feel art doesn’t always need to improve or have steady permanent growth. Especially if you are a hobbyist and have no desire to pursue it professionally. It can be more satisfying to constantly be improving but. To be fair. Sometimes you are at a level where you are fine where you at. You have the skills to draw what you want. And sometimes there’s no more drive than that. Or sometimes a lack of growth is because you don’t have time to put love into your hobby because you gotta pay bills. Or hell even disability’s both physical and mental can be a huge road block to get growth that some would say is required with the amount of time you put in it. Anyways yeah. Sorry.
