Yesterday was my first day ever working out at the gym in just my typical athleisure pants and a sports bra- I'd normally wear a loose tank over.

I finally felt confident enough to try doing my cardio in just the sports bra, at the ripe ol age of thirt[redacted], and guess what?

No one pointed and laughed, or stared, or called me a fat, ugly cow- it was actually ok! No one cared! Like logically, duh, I know no one cares, and I didn't genuinely expect anyone to be rude to me, but it was such an insecurity and desire of mine, and I wouldn't have felt comfortable doing it if I didn't look a certain way, and right now I like how I look. I'm losing steadily and still technically Obese I but not by much, and it was fun to have my tiger stripes out, felt cute lol.

I'm so close to leaving the 200's behind yall.

I went to this e-sport thing last night to compete. I had fun, even placed, but the venue took some photos to post on their twitter and there's one of the table and it's a direct side profile of me with my face tilted downward looking at my switch and I'm absolutely horrified at how bad I actually look. Like...I don't have a jawline. It's just face > neck

I'm so disgusted with myself rn x_x I knew it was bad by how my clothes fit but I think I was in denial about just how much it had affected my overall appearance.

I did not expect a loss today, let alone a significant one. I actually re-weighed myself a couple of times to make sure it was not some fluke. Heck, I switched my scale from kilograms to pounds just for this occasion and:

Sure, I'll fluctuate over quite a few times, still. But I didn't expect to catch even a glimpse of that 1 there for like another week? I'm a bit flummoxed. But happy, obviously. But definitely flummoxed.

I had actually intended to post about an NSV today before this strange turn of events. I had to have my blood drawn this morning and it happened with pretty much no problem at all! Granted, it will always be problematic for me just because my veins have always been like that - burrowed in deep and thin and playing hide and seek or wtv. But an extra layer of fat didn't help and today was significantly easier than just a few months ago. That's cool af in my view.

March starting weight: 214.9 lbs

March end weight: 203.9 lbs

March total loss: -11 lbs

April weight loss goal: 10 lbs

April stretch goal: 12 lbs

March had A LOT of ups and downs, but I feel like I did the best I could given all the temptations around me. I'm only 3.9 lbs away from ONEDERLAND and I'm really focusing on that for this coming month. I'm visiting family for Easter and I'd love to be under 200 lbs and buy myself a nice dress for my visit down there.

Safe to say, everything in my drawers are getting really baggy on me. I tried on a pair of workout shorts I bought and I'm a little embarrassed to even wear them because the fabric is super saggy around my groin region. It just hangs. I'll have to post my results for my inches lost soon because I've been keeping track of that since mid-January. It's significant, especially around my waist.

I've been walking more this month to stay active. My resting heart rate sits just under 60 BPM, down from the almost 80 it was at when I first started losing weight this year. Safe to say, I believe my body is healing itself.

Here's to another good month of weight loss and getting healthy!

Guys. GUYS! I weighed in today, and look!

Do you see that?!?! I’m in onederland! I haven’t seen that number in so long! 66.8 pounds down. 🥳 I never want to see a 2 at the start of my weight again.

2025 week 11

Average week 10 weight: 91kg/200.6lbs Average week 11 weight: 90.1kg/198.6lbs (even my weekly average is now in Onederland! Yay!) Change: -0.9kg/2lbs Streak of weeks with >100k steps: 6 Streak of days with >10k steps: 45

RHR is a mystery and I'm gonna stop paying attention to it on a weekly basis I think because wut? In the long run it is still going down and that is all that matters.

Sleep, on the other hand, is back to normal after last week's weird anomaly.

Not the most productive week, tbh, I did bare minimums for a lot of stuff. The good thing is that my minimums are nothing to scoff at and I am moving along perfectly well, tyvm.
