a/n: before all of the au’s that need a part two, I’ve been owing you guys this one <3

Felix has been doing a good job at forgetting you.

At least that’s what he thinks, that’s what he tells himself.

But he can’t help but think of your argument. It’s been days, weeks even, and the only reason you’re not laying next to him right now with those sweet smiles of yours is because he’s been too much of a damn coward to acknowledge you two, to acknowledge you really were something.

Because he was too scared, he was used to having a new girl every week, you were just his favourite — right?

That’s what he told himself, but he was wrong.

He can’t live without your laugh, your kisses, the way you roll your eyes when he says something stupid, the way you correct him.

It’s more than ‘just pussy’, he actually likes you — loves you even. But he only realised it now, that you were gone.

Your birthday’s coming up now, he needs to make it right, it’s the least he can do. So he buys you and expensive bracelet, some earrings and some expensive flowers, sends it all over to your parent’s house, and he knows it’s a good move because your parents already love him.

They ask if you invited him to the small party you’re throwing with just your friends and family, he bluntly says you didn’t and that he can’t understand why because “i dunno, guess she’s a bit distant.”, so your parents pity him and invite him.

When you see him there, a smile thrown on his face that quickly makes yours vanish, but you keep it together for the sake of your family, and when it’s done and he chooses, no, insists on staying, you quickly pull him into your bedroom.

“What the fuck are you doing here?” You exclaim, closing the door behind him and crossing your arms over your chest.

“What? Y’re parents invited me.” He throws his hands up in defence, raising his pierced brow up.

“What did you tell ‘em?!” You keep your voice down even with everything that’s going on, you don’t want your parents to hear this, much less intervene.

“That I missed you!” You tilt your head towards him, showing clearly that you don’t believe him. “And that…. you’re a bit distant lately.” He mutters.

“Distant?” You scoff. “Oh I wonder why exactly I’ve been distant.”

“Don’t mention that, it was just a little argument.” He steps forward.

“Little?” You say in indignation. “Just say it Felix, you give no shits ‘bout me.”

“Oohhh I give a lot of shits about you, if I didn’t, I wouldn’t show up in ya’fucking house.”

There’s silence between you two, he’s worried about you not answering him, so he sighs, bites down on his lip, ponders if he really should apologise for long, long seconds before finally saying:

“Look, ‘m sorry, yeah?” You don’t answer again, he steps forward, taking both of your hands.

“I was scared.”

You end up deciding — maybe it’s not that bad to forgive him, he came all this way anyways.

Failure

Toussaint- He considers his greatest failure to be not recognizing that Rollo desperately needed help he wasn't getting and that it culminated in the Night of the Fire Lotuses. Tea feels like he failed his dear friend, again and again, and now it's led to this strange shift between them and he has no idea how to fix it or even if it can be fixed. (I'm sure many people know about it because Tea is desperate for any advice that could help him mend that.)

Bertrand- Refuses to admit his failures. (In actuality, as his creator I can tell you one of his greatest failures that is going to follow him into adulthood is that he fumbled when he confessed his feelings for Felix Pondicliff only for Felix to question his motivations, and as a result, Rand's inability to answer the question leads to him struggling with it. He tries (barely) to self-reflect, only to decide that he's so hurt and angry at the rejection that he's not going to self-reflect, and instead becomes bitter and angry about romantic love as a whole. He refuses to give an accurate account of what happened between him and Felix to most people, with only Rollo knowing the entire truth of what happened (and big sister Marianne having sussed out on her own the truth that Rand refuses to own up to.) Rand shot himself in the foot with this in more ways than one.)

Xinyi- Lol you want a list? No but in all seriousness, every time I think about what they consider their greatest failure, my mind goes back to the song "Reflection", specifically the lines "I will never pass for a perfect bride/ Or a perfect daughter". As Xinyi's kind of an inverse twist of Mulan, they're never going to be a perfect son for their parents. The way they discover their gender identity and express it, and hold to that truth about themselves has led their parents to hold them at a distance. Xinyi has long since come to accept that their relationship with their parents might be broken for the rest of their lives, (especially when they later marry Chrys Shroud, as Xinyi's parents and all but one of their sisters do not come to the ceremony.) It breaks their heart and they mourn the loss of that relationship, but they do eventually reach a point where they also understand their failure to be the ideal son their parents wanted is a small price to pay in order to become the person they are and were meant to be.

Wound

Toussaint and Bertrand are both fairly decent at handling physical injuries and wounds. Both are athletic, Tea doing boxing and Rand doing fencing, and both can handle being wounded, including very basic first aid for themselves and others in order to deal with such. Mental and emotional wounds are something neither is great at handling yet (see: Rollo's bullshit.) Tea will get there, he's more adaptable and wants to learn how to handle such wounds in himself to heal and move on. Rand is...gonna take a while. (See above: the terrible way he handles rejection.) Worst [physical] wound Tea's ever experienced so far were some broken bones in his tail when he was younger. Rand has been far more lucky with the worst he's ever had being a thorn he stepped on that had to be removed very carefully and with professional help.

Xinyi is smiling and threatening me with their fan. Which is fair, there's a fine line between answering this question and dredging up the trauma they're still healing from. They handle physical wounds very well on the other hand, and have a fairly high pain tolerance; worst physical injury they've ever had came from sparring with their cousin, Wei Renqiao. Ren was a lot more vicious and unrestrained when he was in early adolescence, and actually ended up accidentally slashing Xinyi across their midriff deep enough to require emergency medical help and to cause a fairly impressive scar. Ren was devastated by this and it is apparently why (I am just now learning) he makes such an effort to be gentle with everyone, whereas Xinyi is very proud of the entire thing, and it's why they don't underestimate/learn to pay closer attention to just how powerful Ren really is. (Which comes in clutch when Ren later Overblots and has to be stopped in his rampage...)

I think that was a good end. I wish Wash would have actually talked to Tucker, and I'm sad we didn't see Donut and no canon grimmons but that was a long shot. I wish there was a bit more of Tucker as himself, but he's been the main character for a while so it was nice to focus on the others. the actual ending after the fight did feel a little rushed, I would have liked a bit more of Blue team recovering. also is it now just Simmons and Lopez vs Caboose, Tucker, Wash, and Carolina, or are the Freelancers going to leave?

All in all I liked it :) I think the most important thing was the everyone was in character. I know people are going to nitpick it and tear it apart, but it honestly could have been way worse.

really annoys me when ppl think he's a bad father simply bc felix is unable to understand and work through his own emotions and takes it out on everyone he cares about instead.

10. Could you be best friends with this character?

absolutely. rodrigue is just. such a friendly guy. very friend coded. he'd be friends with everyone. including me. we would play mario kart together. he would always lose (not bc i am particularly good but bc he ends up going backwards sometimes. and then laughs about it instead of fixing it). he would have an absolute blast despite always coming in last. i'm talking about him like he's real but he's not real i just know him very well. yes this random side character that no one was supposed to get attached to.

"Oh sorry." I say backing away. "Oh there you are, Luna." I look up and notice it's Chan. "Oh hi Chan.." I look around and everyone else is standing here too. Great. "We we're looking for you Luna." I smile awkwardly and look at my shoes. "What you did back there as amazing. No one would ever do that, especially someone under the company. You're one tough one aren't you Luna." I look up at him and smirk. "It's actually Love.. not Luna. Hate that everyone refers to my last name." I mutter the last part. " Well okay then Love. How about you come hang out with us. I mean we have to get used to you know since you're our new member." Right. "Come on. We'll take you to eat." He says and starts walking. I follow slowly with my head down. Noticing Felix and Jeongin walking right behind me. Shoot me now.

We arrive at a little restaurant and get seated. On my left Chan sits and my right Lee know. But I'm front of me Felix and Jeongin sit down. "So how long have you been under the company?" Chan starts a convo with me. "Bout 4 years.." "ahhh so quite a while." I smile awkwardly and look in front of me. Both Felix and Jeongin staring right at me. I avert my attention and look over at Lee know. "So I've heard about you. A dance god is what everyone says. I really think you're talented." I ramble on. He stares blankly at me for a moment before he turns his head and smiles. "Thanks. But I could be better." I scoff at him and he turns back to me. "Better? Please, you're already perfect how you are. I mean you work hard and are dedicated to dancing. How much better can you get? I think I might have to take lessons from you." I ramble again.

"If that's what you want. I mean you look like you can dance. You have the body for it." He blurts out and looks me up and down. I back my face up and blush a little. Chan grabs my shoulder and pushes lino away. "Hey no flirting with the new member!" He scolds his child. Lee know pouts and looks away. I giggle a little and turn towards Chan. "So you're from Australia?" I ask him and he nods. "Ha you're accent is cute. I just sound like such a American when I speak English." I pout and look down. "You're from America?" I nod my head. "I move over here in middle school though. So I have enough experience here." He nods hai head to show his understanding and smiles. "Oh really. What middle school?" I pause for a second and look at Jeongin. Him still looking. "The same one actually as Jeongin.." Chan makes a shocked face and looks at Jeongin. "Innie did you know each other." Jeongin looks at Chan then back to me.

"Well yeah she was my girlfriend for 4 years." Crap he spilled the beans. Everyone got quiet. "No way" Han yells out. "You guys dated?!" Hyunjin yells out. I glare at Hyunjin. "you literally knew. You went to the same school too." I yell at him. "Oh right I forgot. It’s just you look different so I forgot your the same girl from then " He laughs sheepishly. I roll my eyes and look back at Jeongin. "I figured it was you. You look quite different now. Much more.. mature." He states leaning on the table. I gulp and look away. I grab a piece of bread and stuff my mouth. I hear someone laugh and look towards Lee know. "What a surprise. Little innie had a girlfriend. A pretty one too." He says putting my hair behind my ear. I start to choke on my bread and Chan pats my back. "Hey hands off." Felix finally speaks up. "Oohhh. Don't like it eh?" Lee know teases him. "I don't like it either." I blurt out. "Aww right. That's why you're totally not blushing right now. It's okay just eat your bread kitten." He says stuffing a bread in my mouth. Kitten? Must have a name kink. I roll my eyes and cross my arms.

"So Love are you gonna come back to our dorms? It's kinda a mess right now because we are gonna be moving into a bigger dorm soon. Perfect because you're our new member." Seungmin asks me. We arrive at the dorm and I walk in. Kinda is messy but what can you expect from 8 grown men. I walk into the living room and notice a painting hanging.

I walk over and touch the canvas admiring the art. Then I see the initials H.H. "Do you like it?" Hyunjin walks over to me. I smile at the painting and take my hand off. "It's really pretty. I really like it." He smiles and plays with his fingers. "Thanks. I worked hard on it." I turn quickly towards him. "This is yours? Omg it's so good." I shriek out. He laughs and takes it off the wall. He grabs my hands and places the painting in my hands. "Take it. It's yours." "What no I can't." "Please I insist. You like it so much so take it." I smile and look down at it. "So what else can you do Mr. Hyunjin?" I tease. "Honestly this could be a song album picture." He smile down at me. "That sounds like a good idea." (Heheheh 😈)

I walk to the door of my dorm and say goodbye to Chan. He gives me a hug and leaves. Right. Now to explain to everyone how this happened..

He’s literally the god and father of all evil, his name literally translates to “Devilish” so he’s not the greatest guy

His purpose is to provide the evil in the world to maintain balance and drive people to be good, so I suppose he has the right idea but his methods are not the greatest lol

For his children (specifically Felix, Jasper, and Landon) he wasn’t present. He left them with mortals where they were adopted into a privileged household. It wasn’t until their more malicious traits surfaced that he made himself present to them.

With him in the picture again, and discovering just how powerful he is, his kids kinda got some weird feelings about everything. The whole situation, for lack of better word, kinda drove them mad. He would egg them on to do even more terrible things, he would praise their behavior, he made them feel whole again and allowed them to feel like they weren’t broken or mistakes.

Felix was eventually able to make herself right again, and she confronted her father, “Did you ever even love us...?” To which he responds, “...no...”

Of course he was lying, but he didn’t want her to know that. He saw how happy she made herself, no loving father would want to ruin that. I suppose his reasoning for saying what he did was to prevent her from falling back into the dark again, he didn’t want her sticking around what is doomed to be rotten.

ok first of all sorry for answering this ask 30000 years late but question 37 threw me for a loop a bit and i wanted to give you a proper answer so here we go lmao

10. A character you find underrated?

i mean ig ive said it before but rodrigue and also hanneman, tho for different reasons. i think that rodrigue gets vilified by a large part of the fandom bc of things felix says abt him as a traumatised and emotionally stunted teenager that aren't actually true - but people tend to take him at his word and so rodrigue gets cast as the classic bad fire emblem dad when he's actually one of the more supportive and involved fathers on the entire 3h cast.

hanneman's an old guy to the point that he's more gilf than dilf and also a total side character which by default makes him uninteresting to most people in fandom, plus he's kind of shit as a unit gameplay wise. however 1) i think he's hot 2) he has some very interesting supports where he gets to be a caring and dependable mentor or father figure (marianne) but that still allow him his own character growth and to look at things from new perspectives despite his age and experience (like his chain w/ lysithia).

27. Any fanfics/fan content you'd recommend? (You can plug your own stuff it's fine)

oohhh i am completely obsessed with The Lion and the Bear by notallbees. it's a dimivain fic in which sylvain, felix and ingrid all grew up with lambert, though lambert still died and they protect dimitri now. this is from the summary:

Sylvain ran his gaze over Dimitri and laughed under his breath. "You've grown again."

"Not on purpose," Dimitri said, and smiled when his words made Sylvain laugh. "I am so glad you've come. How was your journey? Will you be staying long?"

Sylvain grinned, holding up his hands in surrender. "One question at a time, lad," he said, then paused and glanced around them. "Forgive my manners," he said, taking a step back so that he could offer Dimitri a subtle bow, inclining his head and shoulders. "Your Royal Highness."

WEAK for the 'lad' dynamic. anyway most of the story takes place at gautier, where dimitri goes with sylvain alone to be with his favourite person in the world celebrate his birthday. i am crying shaking sobbing every time i read this fic (and i re-read it a lot). the chemistry and comradery and tenderness between sylvain and dimitri is so beautiful, i just can't get over it. the way their relationship grows and the writing itself, it's just gorgeous. full disclosure: dimitri is 16 in this fic whereas sylvain is probably in his late 30s or early 40s, and a lot of their relationship is centred around an 'older mentor/younger protégé' dynamic that might make people uncomfortable. im absolutely enchanted with it every time i read it, however, and though i am an age gap and mentor/protégé relationship enjoyer, i don't usually go in for the underage stuff, so maybe? give it a try?

other than that i also really enjoyed Survivor's Burden by lalabelle, a dimiclaude fic that takes place right after gronder. i'll put the summary here:

Claude had plans. Plans to turn the tides, to end this horrific war of attrition that has been going on for far too long. To convince the Faerghus army to work together, to combine their efforts to take down the Adrestian army and end this senseless war once and for all. Then he sees Dimitri.

He’s a monster, a mess, and a beast of a man. He’s violent and unpredictable and indiscriminate in his slaughter, working through the field like a man possessed, the strength of the crest of Blaiddyd coursing through his veins. They never stood a chance.

this is a fic in which dimitri is very much 'feral', for lack of a better word, so if that's not your cup of tea i'd advise against it, but it isn't used to generate smut or anything. rather, claude decides to save dimitri and take him off of the battlefield and into the forest after which they have to flee into the forests, and then he has to try and keep the both of them alive. for most of the fic dimitri is in a very dark and deep place mentally, which means that he is somewhat primal in his interactions, but what i love about this fic is that despite being terrified and broken his protective and caring personality still shines through, trying to help claude out there in the wilderness. and in return claude tries his hardest to take care of dimitri, who ofc is pretty severly wounded after gronder. besides their characterisations it's again the slow development of their relationship that really makes me appreciate this fic so much, it feels very natural.

37. What's a weird theory or headcanon you have?

i really like fleshing out worldbuilding for adrestia, faerghus and leicester, especially with the help of historical nations and cultures. i like to think of leicester as a fusion between the italian city states in the late middle ages and the dutch republic. in my mind, their cities are a lot like venice or other northern italian cities such as firenze and siena. i envision the alliance as a country that is very centred on trade, and not just within fódlan - much like the italian city states and the dutch republic, which got their riches through trade! also it's canon that it's an alliance between different territories that don't always get along, which is textbook dutch republic. and the dutch republic had a very strong fleet for a while, which is also something that i imagine leicester to have.

faerghus is largely russian in my mind, because it's such a cold and harsh place to live - ive read 'russia and the russians' by geoffrey hoskings, and a lot of stuff about medieval russia can be copy-pasted right onto faerghus for how well it fits in-universe. like, russia might be huge, but it's cold and a lot of its land is actually kind of shit, agriculturally speaking, and obviously this has implications for the way people can live their lives! i always think of faerghans as especially hardened people, from peasants to knights, simply because of that background. these environmental circumstances also mean that faerghus does not have much to trade with, but is fódlan's main provider of wood and furs, much like scandinavia in the 1500s-1600s. in military (and feudal) terms i prefer to look to medieval and early modern france, however. i don't think faerghus would have a strong navy, because their only access to sea is to the north, but with their martial culture and focus on knights they would have a very strong standing army. i actually have a lot of thoughts on feudalism in fódlan as well but i won't get into that rn bc this post is already getting super long lmao

adrestia is not just an empire, but actively imperialistic, and so for me it is a mixture between nineteenth century great britain and nineteenth and twentieth century germany/prussia (which, come on guys, there's eagles on the adrestian flag too). there is something haughty about the way they view their culture and how the other two countries in fódlan are regarded that i feel fits very well with british attitudes towards, well, everything, in the 1800s. i also have some associations with ancient rome, partly because of the imperialism and the arrogance and partly because there's a bunch of neoclassical architecture on empire combat maps (still losing it at the amfitheatre tho). i think they'd both want to have a great army and a great navy, though their ships would not be as well-built as the leicester ones. they'd be big on trade overseas but since they have all the grain they need, it is more for luxury items than foodstuffs. i also think that part of their army would be drafted or made up of mercenaries (a very common historical practice!) to amass numbers, whereas faerghus' army is smaller (i think there's a significant difference in population numbers between faerghus and the other two countries) but qualitatively much better because of their martial culture.

~Down the Portal We Go~

I run my hand over my face and then extend my arm as I stretch, I had a long day at work and I'm finally off. Not even bothering to remove my apron from around my waist, I wave goodbye to my coworkers and step out into the chilly air. It's been raining all day but it seems to have let up. The scent of stale coffee and sugar radiates off my apron, I make a mental note to wash it when I get home. Tossing my items in my car I stand at the door just for a second, letting out a long slow breath. A loud clang from behind surprises me and I whip around to see, no one.

"What the… hell?" I look down and I see a scepter of some sort in front of me. It has a glass orb detail at the top and its spear is covered in gold, thinking I recognize the object, I reach down to get a better look but once I do a bright light emits from it. It catches me off guard and I fall backward, but rather than hitting the ground I continue to fall.

I suddenly wake to the feeling of cold concrete on my face, letting out a groan I roll onto my back. Above me is the night sky, a swirling storm slowly dissipates revealing the moon behind it. I must have hit my head or something, but how long was I out? I finally sit up and my breathe hitches when I realize I am not where I think I am. Old ruins surround me, long-forgotten candles melted down till their wicks are nonexistent, reside in the corners. I slowly stand to further take in my surroundings when I hear a voice echoing around the corner

"Hello?" I call out, but I hear no response. However, the voice grows louder.

"Oohhh I am very very late, the Duke will curse me for this," from around the corner a man appears. He decently short in stature, his dark hair tousled slightly in his frantic state. He’s dressed in formal clothing, dark pants and a white poofy shirt with a low v, and a dark red waistcoat is that pokes out from the large black jacket he has draped over his shoulders. He frantically flips through a book, squinting through his glasses, not looking where he's going. He runs past me without hesitance, shouting frantically about being late.

“Wait! Hey, wait!” I call out, the ground seems to move below me causing me to lose my balance, but I manage to keep track of where the man ran off to. I chase after him but he doesn’t answer my calls. The man suddenly stops and waves a hand out in front of him and a black, swirling oval forms out of nothing, he jumps through and disappears into the dark leaving behind the dark oval. It must be some sort of portal, I think to myself. Without thinking I bolt towards the portal and jump through, hoping it takes me to the man. I fall onto my hands and knees and an overwhelming grape flavor fills my tastebuds.

“That’s a weird side effect,” I open my eyes and stand to see where I ended up and I see I am in a long hallway, it seems to be a part of a castle. The frantic man in a waistcoat is nowhere to be seen. Instead, I find a wall of doors. Did he go through one of these perhaps?

In the center of the hall is a low table, upon approaching it I find what looks like a finger bone.

“Gross,” I mutter, but something compels me to pick it up. Once I do it vibrates and suddenly forms the shape of a key.

“Hah, a skeleton key,” I joke to myself. “Maybe it’ll fit into one of these doors?” I turn to approach the first door, but once I put the key in the keyhole an ungodly screech emits from it. I pull back and cover my ears then I quickly rip out the key allowing for the screaming to cease. The hallway becomes deadly silent.

“Ok well that wasn’t correct,” I say to myself. I look down the hall at the multitude of doors and let out a sigh. The only way out is through one of these doors unless I wanna go down the seemingly endless hallway, and if it means having been screamed at so be it. Door after door, scream after scream, I start to become more and more frustrated.

“Aren't skeleton keys supposed to open all doors?” I exasperate. Once I try the last door I sigh, my attention then falls upon a curtain to the left of the door, pushing it back I spot possibly the tiniest door I've ever seen in my life. I look at the keyhole and then at my key.

“Might as well try it out,” I stick the key in and sigh with relief when it doesn’t scream at me. I slowly turn the key until it finally clicks. Letting out a sigh of relief I lay down and look through the tiny door which is no bigger than my hand. On the other side, I spot what looks like a greenhouse. A multitude of colorful plants occupy it and I see a pond off to the side but past that my vision is obscured.  Sitting back up I pull the key out of the door allowing it to close.

"Of course my only way out is impossible to go through," I grumble as I go to return the key to its spot on the table. However, once I approach I notice a tiny wine bottle with a label that says "drink me".

"I don't think it's very smart to drink from strange bottles," I look around the hallway, it seems to have no end or no beginning. My options are to either traverse through and potentially be lost forever or drink this strange bottle.

"This is probably some weird dream that I'm having so it can't hurt to drink a strange liquid," removing the lid I take a sip. At first, I taste nothing, but then a latte? Then is that a mocha? Is that a macchiato or is it a latte again? They're all made the same just in different order of ingredients so how am I supposed to know.

"Why would coffee be inside a wine bottle?" I think out loud. As I try to guess which coffee I'm tasting I suddenly realize the bottle is getting larger and larger. I drop it when it becomes too big and heavy for me to carry.

"What the hell kind of dream am I having where wine bottles grow larger in size?" I turn around to grab the key once again but then I stop and look up, way up.

"Oh, the wine bottle didn't grow I just shrunk," I say flatly. "… Shit," I turn back towards the door and realize that I'm short enough to fit inside.

"Hey that works out I guess," I run and grip the doorknob but it won't budge and when I yank on the knob the screaming the other doors emitted starts up, I pull back, and the screaming stops.

"Of course it's locked," I pat my pockets and feel my apron pockets and then I realize I left the key on the table.

"Ughh, I really would like to wake up from this dream now," I let out a frustrated huff, fiddling with the end of my apron. "This really isn't how I wanted to spend the rest of my day," I bring my head into my hands and groan. When I bring my hands down I see something glint out of the corner of my eye. I approach the shiny object and  I see a custard flan inside a glass box, labeled "eat me". How they got writing to stay on the flan is beyond me. I pick up the box and open it but then hesitate.

"The last time I consumed something I shrunk and now I'm stuck," I contemplate for a while. "Well, this is just a dream so… it can't hurt," Thankfully the glass box had a spoon on it, I start eating the flan, savoring its sweet flavor, not even thinking about my surroundings when suddenly my head bumps something. I look up and realize I'm getting closer and closer to the ceiling. I get on my knees as my height grows taller and taller.

"No, no no no!” I continue to grow until I have to crane my neck down even when on my knees. Finally, the growth seems to cease.

“This is most unfortunate,” I sigh.

“Can’t be late, can’t be late,” I hear a voice call. I look around and I see the man in the waistcoat. His nose stick poked into the book he was carrying earlier.

“Oh time, always passing, always making me late,” he mutters as he walks past, holding up a pair of glasses so he can look through them.

“Hey wait! U-uh you! You with the waistcoat!” The man jumps at the sound of my voice and whips around to look at me. He trails his eyes up until he meets mine.

“O-oh, dear!” He looks at me fearfully but doesn’t move from his spot.

“Excuse can you help me uh…” I trail off

“Oh uh,” he bows nervously “Felix Escellum, at your service, um… please don’t eat me, giant,” I can't help but chuckle at his statement.

“I’m not a giant!” I lean down to get closer, but Felix, as he calls himself, yelps in fear and takes off running.

“I must meet the Duke! Terribly sorry!” He shouts, his voice trails off as he disappears down the hall.

“Oops…” I let out a sigh. "He seemed nice, that bow was a little dramatic though." I lean to one side until I hear a crunch sound and a pain shoots through my palm. Wincing I lift my hand and realize I crushed the bottle I drank from earlier. The liquid spills all over the ground mixed slightly with blood dripping from my cut hand.

"Damn! How am I supposed to fit through the door now," I grab the corner of my apron and put pressure on my cut, groaning with frustration.

"I find a way out but then I leave the key on the table! Then I'm too big to go through and then I scare off the one person that might be able to help!" I feel my nerves begin to build up inside me. A painful lump forms in my throat, as I curl in on myself. I try to stretch out when my foot bumps something. When I open my eyes I see the book the man in- er Felix was holding earlier. It's practically the size of a doll's book when compared to my large size. There's also a very tiny pair of glasses with a chain. I turn them in my hands and look down the hallway but Felix is long gone at this point. Letting out a sigh I put them in the pocket of my apron and hope I see him again. I take in a deep breath and let it out slowly, trying to calm my nerves.

"There's no way any of this is real… I mean growing and shrinking? It sounds like a storybook," I think for a second and look at the cut on my hand which has stopped bleeding at this point. "There's no use in pinching myself awake if broken glass didn't do anything," I shuffle so I'm sitting more comfortably, my knees up to my chest and my arms wrapped around my legs.

"Well if this isn't a dream then how did I get here? I was at work, I had a long shift and they finally let me go… and um I walked out to my car and there was a sound," I rub my hands together remembering the cold sensation of the object I touched and how brightly it flashed. As I am remembering I notice a faint light emit from my chest. It feels warm and grows brighter and brighter despite my shock.

"Ah! What the hell?!" I pull on the neck of my sweater and look down at my chest. A bright light flashes and I flinch away shielding my eyes.

I sit for a second waiting for an inevitable to happen but nothing. I open my eyes and look down at my chest again, no light, no nothing. When I look around I realized I've shrunk again.

"Oh I guess that worked out, but the key…" I mumble. As I grumble about being pushed a step back I hear footsteps off to my left. I turn and I see a figure running towards me. I squint and see, a pink dress, white hair, and rabbit ears?

"Um, hello?" I call out, but they don’t seem to pay me any mind. As they approach I am able to get a better look at them.

"Hey wait, aren't you that cosplayer? Celena?!" I call out, but Celena still pays me no mind and runs past me.

"Wait! Where are you going!" I watch her run down the corridor, still, a little baffled by my situation.

A rumbling sound slowly builds up behind me, and when I turn I realize why she was running, a huge wave of water comes crashing down the hall, headed straight towards my direction. I turn to run but the water catches me by surprise and tumbles me underneath it. I finally gather my bearings and I swim to the surface taking a deep breath after being thoroughly tumbled like a load of laundry. I see a log floating on top of the water and I grab onto it to stay afloat. After catching my breath I look over and see Celena, peacefully swimming beside me.

"Hey, you!" I shout. Celena flinches but when she looks at me she relaxes, her expression inscrutable, however. "Ah, I'm sorry, you're Celena right?" she nods in response.

"Yes I am, how do you know me?"

"Oh uh, I really like your cosplays," I admit shyly.

"Thanks! I really like your costume too, what's your job class?" she asks. I look down at my now soaked outfit. I only put on a sweater and pants today, and my work apron over it.

"Umm… Barista?" I say. She smiles in response.

"You said you like my cosplays? Did you hear about the new Last Legacy game?" I feel a tinge of excitement well in me. Almost enough to forget I'm floating on a log in this seemingly endless hallway.

"Yea I did!" I laugh a little. "Hey don't you think Escell would look good in a chainmail bikini?" I ask. I look over at Celena but her expression darkens. Without taking another look at me she swims faster and over to a dirt shore off to the left.

"Hey wait!" I let out a groan, I'm tired of chasing people but that’s at least a way out. Abandoning my log, I follow Celena to the shore. The water nearly takes me under a couple of times but I eventually crawl my way up and out of the water. I turn around and see the hallway is gone, all I see is an endless horizon of water. When I turn back around Celena is nowhere to be found.

"Curious," I mumble to myself.

I run my hands across my apron and realize it's suddenly dry, thanking whatever miracle or magic kept me dry I follow a dirt path which seems like the only direction I can go.

 Eventually, the path leads into a forest, with seemingly no other direction to go I head into it. The forest is dense and dark, but little bits of sunlight poke through the leaves on occasion. I play with the strings on my apron as I walk, hoping nothing comes out and attacks me. Continuing on, I hear mumbling. Heading towards the sound and I see none other than Felix, leaping out of a portal. Stumbling slightly he leans on a tree and looks at his hand. Flexing it, he glares at an angry-looking injury.

"Oh dear the Duke is most impatient, he's requesting my presence now," I hear him grumble to himself.

"Felix!" I call out, heading in his direction. Felix barely looks in my direction, his attention locked onto the welt on his hand that almost looks like an image rather than a scar or cut.

"Oh Rime there you are," he rummages through his pocket and pulls out a key. He places it in my hand and closes my fingers over it, causing me to blush slightly. "Could you please stop by my office and grab my relic and glasses? It seems I have left them,"

"O-Oh um... Yea, yea ok," I stutter out. Felix gives me a quick nod, he then opens a portal and then jumps through it. I stare for a second, my hands still clamped over the key.

"Who’s Rime?" I ask out loud. I look down at the key, twisting it in my hand. A sudden dread takes over me.

"More importantly where is his office… I'm in the middle of a forest," I let out a loud huff. I look around and only notice the same path I've been following.

"Well this has to lead somewhere," I try to be optimistic. Trudging down the path, I hope and pray I find someone who knows where I'm going, or at least where I am.

BUT yay!! Im not really friends with skz fans (or i am but I just don't know it nor am I deep in the community anywhere so I'm happy I can share this with ya! But ahh I agree! I mean I understand why it might be uncomfy which is valid but I also think it is ok to watch old content. I mean I think the same way with monsta x like it hurts not to see wonho but I STILL enjoy their old stuff because it is entertaining (yes two different scenarios but I hope you know what I mean) and the first finding skz is so fun!! Alot of the scenes in the show I have seen in like, youtube compilations of funny moments fans should know and I was confused where some of them were from bUt as I watched finding skz I was like "omg I know this now!" Like I always saw the moment of hyunjin wearing those poor slippers in the first episode in many compilations so now I know where it came from (but also poor hyunjin like I was wheezing but I felt bad for him) or like the final episode they are just chaotic lol like their trainee back stories im like what? XD han eating ice cream in his sleep? Thats hilarious but cute also. The Australia is very much wholesome, I was just smiling the entire time. Both chan and felix planning was thoughtful and the fact they shared it with the members makes me feel so warm inside. I can make an entire essay on this episode alone but I won't, I don't think it would send my ask lolol. So yes I agree it is fun watching groups grow and you go back to watch how they started and see them now. They changed but also haven't if that makes sense? (Omg when his hair is fluffy while being blonde!? Jdjajsjjs just yesss. Idk why but it reminds me of an elf? Like blonde fluffy chan is an elf confirmed)

I am now going to try to find other end of the year performances they remixed hehe which if I may ask since you are the resident skz president, which is your favorite remix stage they did? Love our self producing beans, very much yes to the svt x skz similarities! Its why I think for me, it was so easy to get into skz (outside of their music of course) due to their dynamic is very much like svt. Plus some ARE friends with each other (minho and seungkwan or vernon and chan are friends!)

HI!, sorry i was so tired yesterday i didnt have the brain power to answer this and i wanted to make sure I could l. Im s excited for Woozi's solo i feel like his is THE one i've been waiting for since i got into svt because its Woozi arfsgfda

I also agree its a tricky position to become a fan of a group after a member has left, no matter what the circumstances are (skz being v different from mx but i totally understand what you meant) I know when I get into groups i also watch a billion compilations of things and its always so exciting to see where they're from when you start to really dive deep. skz i think also has a lot of moments in their content that somehow doesnt make it into comps a lot even though I think theyre some of their funnier moments so it really is satisfying to go deep diving for them in particular.

Theres this Side effects | I am You (ballad Version) | Victory Song | and obviously all their kingdom performances were super changed versions of songs. Also all of their end of the year performances in 2020 of gods menu had different mixes and dance breaks (poor Chris so much remixing of that song lmao) my favorite is the I am you from this concert (it's at 1:15:10) also heres the second half if you just wanna see the whole concert lol

I know that Minho and Seungkwan are definitely friends, and that all of svt definitely know skz. most recently in Jenghan's live he talked about Minho accidentally starting a live from the skz staff account asfgd and Chris has said multiple times that svt is a group that really takes care of skz which obviously makes me wanna scream and cry :D
