small other thing i added cuz i think its in character, izzy is basically a glitch in the game! something went wrong in her code, and her character eventually became more of a cryptic in the game than anything. she can do as she pleases, and no one can seem to remove her from the game!

yeah, if he's on the scene when shanks gets hurt i think that's the most likely time for his feelings to come out—buggy just blurting out the honest truth in a moment of panic or fear feels very in line with his impulsive nature.

if he's not there, though, if he just hears about it afterwards, i think buggy probably shuts down. completely silent, no visible reaction—at least, not until someone makes a careless comment in his earshot. then that guy gets torn a new one, buggy shouting furiously for so long that he doesn't notice he's also crying until someone points it out.
