Kurashi has been debating for over ten minutes now whether to ask someone for help. The boy, sitting in his wheelchair in the middle of Zoshigaya cemetery, was the epitome of timid - small, thin, and though he was dressed neatly and pulled people’s attention to him because of his wheelchair, nobody seemed to stop and offer their help as the boy stood before the single step that stopped him from reaching his destination. Normally, the teenager would be able to go over a step like that, but seeing as he was going uphill, he was a bit scared to try - and the man before him seemed nice enough to ask him for help.

The Verona Arc 

Time Set:  Unknown (Sometime after the Rats)

 Outline: A mysterious Organization has risen from the shadows, subtly manipulating things from behind the scenes in yet another attempt to diminish the Port Mafia's presence in Yokohama, as well as frame the Armed Detective Agency. This Organization goes by the name Verona. It's goal is to rid the world of non-ability users, or at the very least enslave them, so that the 'true masters of humanity' may rise to global power. 

 Starting points: 

 Port Mafia: There will be reports from Mori about someone meddling in their black market affairs. Reports of a mysterious "Avon" crop up here and there, but there is no definitive evidence of whoever this person is, or what they look like. All that's known are that there are bodies strewn about, seemingly dead with no injuries or evidence of fighting.

 ADA/Everyone else: Informants have been mysteriously disappearing left and right. All of them have strange ties to this one particular night club in some form or fashion. Weeks later, the informants turn up dead, in the same mysterious way.
