Well, timelines are confusing in Greek mythology. Very confusing. So written down how I’m doing the children of Zeus order for my fics I do in the future, possible that I missed some:
CHILDREN OF ZEUS.
ORDER OF SIBLINGS:
1. Eunomia, Dike, Eirene (The Horae) (Daughters of Zeus and Themis)
2. Algaea, Euphrosyne, Thalia (The charites) (Daughters of Zeus and Eurynome)
3. Persephone (Goddess of Vegetation and spring) Daughter of Zeus and Demeter. Figured she’d be born before most of them since it seemed like Demeter and Zeus’s romance was before Hera’s marriage?)
4. Clio, Euterpe, Thaleia, Melpomene, Terpsichore, Erato, Polyhymnia, Urania, Calilope (The muses) (Daughters of Mynemosyne)
5. Eileithyia (Goddess of childbirth) (Daughter of Zeus and Hera)
6. Ares or Hephaestus (Son of Zeus and Hera, or technically just her, depends which myth version. Always thought of Ares being the eldest son, due to some myths and the timing of them, it just fit.)
7. Ares or Hephaestus, if going by the myth where Hephaestus was thrown off the mountain at birth, then he’d be younger then Ares + Athena. Confusing times.
8. Eris (Ares’ twin sister. Goddess of Discord and Strife) (Daughter of Zeus and Hera)
9. Athena (Goddess of Wisdom, Tactics, Strategy and war) (Daughter of Zeus and Metis)
10. Artemis (Goddess of the Hunt, Archery, Wild Forests, Wilderness, Virginity, and childbirth.) (Daughter of Zeus and Leto)
11. Apollon (God of Logic, Truth, Science, Prophecy, Oracles, Archery, Music, Poetry, Plagues, Healing, Medicine) (Son of Zeus and Leto)
12. Hermes (God of boundaries, roads and travelers, commerce, thieves, athletes, and shepherds) (Son of Zeus and Maia)
13. Hebe (Goddess of Youth) (Daughter of Zeus and Hera)
14. The Kentauroi Krypoi (Tribe of centaurs) (Sons of Zeus and Gaia when he shot his seed on the ground)
15. Melinoe (Goddess of Ghosts) (Daughter of Zeus and Persephone)
16. Dionysus (God of Wine, Revelry, etc) (Son of Zeus and Semele)
17. Ersa (Goddess of Dew) (Daughter of Zeus and Selene)
18. Nemea (minor goddess nymph) (Daughter of Zeus and Selene)
19. Pandeia (Minor goddess nymph) (Daughter of Zeus and Selene)
20. Kairos (God of Opportunity) (Son of Zeus)
21. Many mortal children (LIKE A FUCK TON, probably 30-50.)

I keep thinking about this so I have to share it:
Which Greek God would each strawhat be?
Luffy: Helios ☀️ - God of the Sun and guardian of oaths
Sun god duh. Also I like guardian of oaths as Luffy always keeps a promise and holds others to theirs as well.
Zoro: Hades ☠️ - King of the underworld, God of the dead and riches
Also pretty obvious for our king of hell. And he keeps almost dying so sure god the dead.
Usopp: Artemis 🏹 - Goddess of nature, childbirth, wildlife, healing, the hunt, sudden death, animals, virginity, young women, and archery
I mainly chose Artemis for the hunting and archery part which is closest to Usopps sniper skills. That she is the goddess of sudden death is also pretty funny though.
Nami: Hermes 🪽 - God of boundaries, roads, travelers, merchants, thieves, athletes, shepherds, commerce, speed, cunning, language, oratory, wit, and messages
Of course the god of thieves for Nami. Hermes has a lot of other jobs too and god of travellers fits with her navigator role.
Sanji: Hestia 🥘 - Goddess of the domestic and civic hearth, the home, sacred and sacrificial fire, virginity, family, and the state
Sanji was difficult, but I chose going with the goddess of the hearth for him for his cooking (and fire). Also I feel like Sanji is the most domestic person of the crew so that also fits nicely.
Chopper: Asclepius 🩺 - God of medicine, healing, rejuvenation and physicians
Medicine for doctor Chopper of course.
Robin: Athena 📖 - Goddess of wisdom, warfare, and handicraft
The brain of the crew has to be Athena. I also thought about Persephone as a representation of the demon child and of spring for her flowers, but ultimately I think wisdom and handiwork are more important aspects.
Franky: Hephaestus 🤖 - God of fire, volcanoes, metalworking, artisans, metallurgy, carpenters, forges, sculpting, and blacksmiths
Pretty easy choice again. It just fits sometimes.
Brook: Apollo 🎵 - God of oracles, healing, archery, music and arts, light, knowledge, herds and flocks, and protection of the young
I mainly chose Apollo for the music and arts aspect of course but protection of the young is also really fitting and cute, especially when thinking of not just the crew but also Laboon.
Jinbei: Poseidon 💧 - King of the sea, God of the sea, storms, earthquakes, and horses
Again, obvious, but for the first son of the sea really there is no choice.

Tim Stokely, founder of the adult content platform OnlyFans, has submitted an eleventh-hour proposal to buy TikTok’s US operations from its Chinese owner, ByteDance.
The “intent to bid” was made by Zoop—a social media startup Stokely cofounded with RJ Phillips, who serves as CEO and has a background in influencer marketing strategy—and cryptocurrency company The Hbar Foundation. For Zoop, the bid “represents a David vs. Goliath moment against traditional social media giants by endorsing a creator-first revolution,” according to a statement the company shared with WIRED. They said they want to put power back in the hands of creators through better revenue sharing.
ByteDance is up against the clock. If the company does not agree to a proposal from a US buyer by April 5, TikTok will be banned in the US under a law that went into effect in January citing national security concerns.
“The process is actually very unique; it’s being run by the White House and not by ByteDance,” Phillips tells WIRED, declining to comment further on the particulars of how the Zoop bid came about. “Our external council found the right person for us to initiate conversations with and that's what we've done.” Stokely did not respond to a request for comment.
On Wednesday, President Donald Trump was scheduled to consider multiple offers during a closed-door Oval Office meeting with vice president JD Vance and US secretary of commerce Howard Lutnick, who are spearheading the sale. His plan to keep TikTok operating in the US was reportedly going to be announced late that day, according to The Information.
The US government’s concerns around TikTok purportedly stem from fears that the Chinese government could access Americans’ data. But partnering with Hbar could potentially work in Zoop's favor; the company’s statement says Hbar operates the Hedera network, “a secure, transparent, and enterprise-grade public ledger” blockchain technology based in the US.
Stokely and Phillips are perhaps the most surprising of the suitors gunning for control of the popular video app.
“We’ve been looking at social for a long time, given our past. We want to restructure the industry in a way that we think is equitable,” Phillips tells WIRED, brushing away speculation that Zoop’s offer came together at the last minute. “Creators bring eyeballs to the pages, and therefore they should be the ones sharing in the lion’s share of the ad revenue. Users that are engaging with that content should also be the ones benefiting.”
Amazon also put in a last-minute offer to buy TikTok this week, joining four other groups that the White House was considering for the sale of TikTok’s US operations, Reuters reported. According to the The New York Times, the Amazon bid is not being taken seriously. One of the other possible deals floating around, per the Times, includes bringing on a team of US investors that includes Larry Ellison’s Oracle and private equity firm Blackstone.
There is also the possibility that an American investment team purchases TikTok while ByteDance retains ownership of TikTok’s algorithm and leases it to the prospective buyer. China has given no indication that it would be willing to sell the app’s algorithm, and exporting that type of technology would require its sign-off as part of a host of restrictions introduced in 2020.
Phillips says they are invested in building platforms that truly prioritize creators.
“Tech platforms for businesses like this should merely be the facilitator for creators. Creators have a hard enough time making steady income,” he says. “For us it's always going to focus on creators first, and not on shareholders first.”
We will soon know whether or not the Trump administration aligns with that vision.

Aro Confederacy
The Aro Confederacy (1690–1902) was a political union orchestrated by the Aro people, Igbo subgroup, centered in Arochukwu in present-day southeastern Nigeria. The Aro Confederacy kingdom was founded after the beginning of the Aro-Ibibio Wars. Their influence and presence was all over Eastern Nigeria, lower Middle Belt, and parts of present-day Cameroon and Equatorial Guinea during the 18th and 19th centuries. The Arochukwu Kingdom was an economic, political, and an oracular center as it was home of the Ibini Ukpabi oracle, High Priests, the Aro King Eze Aro, and central council (Okpankpo). The Aro Confederacy was a powerful and influential political and economic alliance of various Igbo-speaking communities in southeastern Nigeria. It emerged during the 17th century and played a significant role in the region until the late 19th century.
The exact origins of the Aro Confederacy are not precisely documented, but it is believed to have been established around the mid-17th century. The Aro people, who were part of the Igbo ethnic group, inhabited the region around present-day Arochukwu in Abia State, Nigeria. They were skilled traders and missionaries who played a pivotal role in connecting various Igbo communities. This migration and their military power, and wars with neighboring kingdoms like supported by their alliances with several related neighboring Igbo and eastern Cross River militarized states (particularly Ohafia, Edda, Abam, Abiriba, Afikpo, Ekoi, Bahumono, Amasiri etc.), quickly established the Aro Confederacy as a regional economic power. The Aro Confederacy's strength came from its well-organized network of Aro agents who were dispersed across different communities in the region. These agents acted as intermediaries in trade, diplomacy, and religious matters. They facilitated commerce, resolved disputes, and spread the worship of the Aro deity known as the "Long Juju" oracle."The Opening Up of Nigeria, the Expedition Against the Aros by Richard Caton Woodville II" 1901
The "Long Juju" oracle was the spiritual centerpiece of the Aro Confederacy. It was housed in Arochukwu and considered a potent source of political authority and religious guidance. The Aro people used the oracle to enforce their influence and control over surrounding communities. It also served as a means to administer justice and settle disputes, often attracting pilgrims seeking solutions to their problems.
The Aro Confederacy gained significant economic power through trade and commerce Their economy was primarily based on agriculture, with the cultivation of crops like palm oil, yams, and cassava. They were also involved in trade with neighboring communities and European merchants. They controlled trade routes that passed through their territories, collecting tolls and taxes from traders. The Aro also engaged in the Trans-Atlantic slave trade by capturing and selling slaves to European traders.
Aro activities on the coast helped the growth of city-states in the Niger Delta, and these city states became important centres for the export of palm oil and slaves. Such city-states included Opobo, Bonny, Nembe, Calabar, as well as other slave trading city-states controlled by the Ijaw, Efik, and Igbo. The Aros formed a strong trading network, colonies, and incorporated hundreds of communities that formed into powerful kingdoms. The Ajalli, Arondizuogu, Ndikelionwu, and Igbene Kingdoms were some of the most powerful Aro states in the Confederacy after Arochukwu. Some were founded and named after commanders and chiefs like Izuogu Mgbokpo and Iheme who led Aro/Abam forces to conquer Ikpa Ora and founded Arondizuogu. Later Aro commanders such as Okoro Idozuka (also of Arondizuogu) expanded the state's borders through warfare at the start of the 19th century. Aro migrations also played a large role in the expansion of Ozizza, Afikpo, Amasiri, Izombe, and many other city-states. For example, Aro soldiers founded at least three villages in Ozizza. The Aro Confederacy's power, however, derived mostly from its economic and religious position. With European colonists on their way at the end of the 19th century, things changed.Burning of Arochukwu 1901
During the 1890s, the Royal Niger Company of Britain bore friction with the Aros because of their economic dominance. The Aro resisted British penetration in the hinterland because their economic and religious influence was being threatened. The Aro and their allies launched offensives against British allies in Igboland and Ibibioland. After failed negotiations, the British attempted to conquer the Aro Confederacy in 1899. By 1901, the tensions were especially intensified when British prepared for the Aro Expedition. The invasion of Obegu (in Igboland) was the last major Aro offensive before the start of the Anglo-Aro War. In November 1901, the British launched the Aro Expedition and after strong Aro resistance, Arochukwu was captured on December 28, 1901. By early 1902, the war was over, and the Aro Confederacy collapsed. Contrary to the belief that the Ibini Ukpabi was destroyed, the shrine still exists, and is intact in Arochukwu and serves mainly as a tourist site.
