🖌️; PHEW okay!! i know i still have a few replies left to get to, but i figured an official post on here was waaaay overdue... so i'm putting it out there that i'm going to be officially putting this blog on a temporary semi-hiatus, just for the time being!

what this means is that:

(1) asks will be temporarily closed; (2) replies to threads will continue but will be slow and probably only around once or twice a month, or if i get any particular inspo in the moment; (3) i won't be starting any new threads right now!

the blog will still be up, i'm not leaving !! i'll still be on here from time to time, and, yes, i don't mind if you tag thomas in little things here and there~ it's only that i've been noticing my muse for thomas dwindling a lot these days, and with midterms and a lot more projects coming up as well (graduate school can be a bitch sometimes), i wanted to take a liiiittle bit of a step back and make it known to those i have ongoing roleplays with <3 really, nothing much changes from how i've been doing things lately, other than asks being temporarily closed. i just wanted to get the obligation a lil bit more off my chest!

BUT if you want an estimate, i'll probably be able to take off the semi-hiatus status around holidays' time (meaning, december-ish), or maaayybeee sooner if, for example, we get an update with a considerable amount of thomas content hehe <3

to those who have heard me rant about this to the high heavens by now, this post should come as no surprise. but, for those who haven't heard said rants and the like, i've been hesitant to make this post for a myriad of reasons.

simply put, the honeymoon phase that i've had regarding the hellaverse rpc here has been pretty much over for the most part after what i've seen and experienced, as well as what my friends have experienced in this rpc. it's not as chill as i once thought it was and it definitely feels cliquish to a degree, especially if you're not associated with someone who is more popular in the rpc to begin with.

due to what i've witnessed and the like, i'm going to be even more selective than i already am regarding interactions, follows, etc. this isn't a decision i've made lightly, however. i just haven't really felt comfortable on this dash as of late due to everything and need to do some paring down.

to those that understand, thank you. for those who wish to soft or hardblock me because of this, i'll also understand. there won't be any hard feelings, i promise.

Activity this week

Apologies for not getting everything done on here today, it's a really busy day today as well as the next few days so activity may be affected. Should have the weekend to myself, but will be a busy week onward from that again after. Work is ramping up a lot and from the end of August and most of September will be extremely busy, including being offshore at points too.

to be frank, we don't fully know. there have been plenty of theories, from the rather logical evolution to the farfetched conspiracy (aliens and timelines come to mind).

objects themselves are creatures whose biology mimic their object forms. a glass object isn't composed of *real* glass, but something of organic and living nature that replicates its properties. the same cannot be said for true mimics.

the societal differences between human and object has created quite a few changes in the world. medicine and science have adapted to fit us into the picture, for example. it's been found that object technology has advanced far beyond that of humans as well due to the complexities of our form.
