Friday night and I woke up from a 'nap' at 8 pm. My nap was about 4hrs long...oops. Admittedly I was exhausted and just couldn't keep my eyes open. 😮⁣ ⁣ These days I tend to listen to the limits of my body. If I am falling asleep tired, then I nap however long I need to. That's the thing with chronic illness; you have to learn to listen to what your body is telling you. Pushing against that doesn't do you any good. ⁣ ⁣ We all have good days, bad days and then the REALLY bad days. You learn to use your spoons wisely. ⁣ ⁣ As for the current lockdown?
