No but I think the next TSC book is either going to be THICK, like GOT-level-chunky, thicker than the atmosphere big, or two books instead of one.
There’s just still so much content to cover, like:
- Jeremy’s background
- Jeremy’s trauma and crimes
- Jean’s sister
- Jeremy learning the full extent of Jean’s trauma and what Riko put him through in the Nest (I really want to see him learn the true reason Jean is scared of water).
- the culmination of their sexual tension and, at long last, a kiss 😌
- who wins in the championships (I know in the EC it is the Trojans, and that Nora said this book won’t be about Exy and the championships, but she also said that she wouldn’t be following the EC and there would be changes so I am curious to know if this changes.)
- Kevin and Jeans interview
- Jean and Neil’s interview / announcement of his true identity
- the fallout of Jean’s identity and how the Trojans react. Will Jean have to fight to stay like how Neil had to fight to stay?
- the Trial of Jeans parents
- Jean seeing his parents again
- the “big event” that is necessary in book plots, like with the reveal of Jeans sister and Neil’s spontaneous visit to LA in TSC, like will the next book be more about Jeremy since we got Jean in B1 or will it be still Jean focused? Or am I right and we will see TWO more TSC books (fuck I hope so)
Anyway, there’s more but I just woke up so there’s my theories thus far.

I felt like drawing my own version of Henry Stickmin again, at least redo some things about him. I've decided to just not do hair for him at this point, keep him bald for now, hehe.
The notes around him are for my AU, Deities and Dragons AU or DAD!AU for short. For some basic context of the world in the AU, almost everyone worships one or more: Gods, Goddesses, and Deities. There are also Higher Beings, Higher Deities, and The Creator but I won't focus on those tiers just yet. Everyone either consciously or unconsciously worships one of these deities (the general term that includes gods and goddesses), but there are those who don't really believe in these deities either.
Some of the deities may represent either a natural concept or a man-made concept. I think those that represent magical concepts are the Higher Beings and Higher Deities. Deities leans more towards nature concepts, while Gods and Goddesses lean more towards the man-made concepts. While I did write down "Deity of Timelines", I think I'm going to make them the Higher Deity of Timelines, since in this AU on Earth-D (the name of Earth for my AU), the timelines have been moulded by the hands of several deities, including The Creator's. So this Higher Deity marked Henry at a young age to be a sort of keeper/patron for their court of worship, giving him powers to look in different timelines and so on.
When I have a chance to sit down and just WRITE this stuff, expect like twenty pages fro me, WHEEZE. Feel free to ask me any questions in the meantime.

Bright eyes are the only thing visible as a deep purple slugcat worms its way though the dark structure. It moves with confidence, like it knows where to go, despite the clearly exploratory path it takes. It leaves a blank pearl for the Scavengers, wanting to avoid confrontation. For the resident iterator, however, it flops unceremoniously in front of them, proudly spitting up a teal pearl.

if (you) are seeing this, then. Hello. (i am) [data encrypted] and this is the Beast which roams (my Superstructure). the current goal (for as long as) (i am) (able to remember) is to Establish Connections.
Please provide this Pearl and another (identifying yourself) so that (i) may Catalogue those which the Beast visits.

What interests you most about the pazzo conspiracy? I've been reading up about it and all the forces at play are so fascinating and also the long chain of events that leas to it. Have a good day!
the biggest thing is probably that I hate the medici family with the force of a hundred suns exploding at once lmao
but also! I love the interconnected dialogues on tyranny that happen between the conspiracies! it's interesting, especially when you get into the reception of it.
Conspiracy Literature in Early Renaissance Italy, Marta Celati
there is something very revealing in a failed conspiracy, in how the people who maintain their hold to power choose to invent the narrative, and who they employ to create the propaganda. the resulting art and literature people create about an event, on an event, discoursing on it, is equally revealing and complex.
April Blood, Lauro Martines
with the pazzi specifically, it's sort of how the medici have gotten away with basically everything they ever did. public reception of them to a casual enthusiast of art or history tends to lean positive, you'd be surprised how many assassin's creed fans have strong opinions on the matter even though that's a game, although it does have a place in the arena of historical reception and fiction and how it reflects/informs a casual audience's opinion on the event. (pour one out for my twitter notifications when my handle was 'francesco de' pazzi apologist' jesus fucking christ)
April Blood, Lauro Martines
the pazzi are a recognizable strike against them, and it's all the more fascinating to me how they persist (whether positive or negative, nbc's hannibal uses the pazzi thematically, i medici [the show]......exists, assassin's creed does as it does, etc) despite how thoroughly lorenzo de medici tried to erase them while simultaneously celebrating his own triumph. pazzi portraits were probably altered or destroyed. there was also a fresco of their bodies commissioned for the public to see. (botticelli got the commission for the pittura infamante)
April Blood, Lauro Martines
and also the literature commissioned after the conspiracy was obviously propaganda* to paint the pazzi in a bad light, some of it fucks hard.
*most art commissioned was propaganda in one way or another

in summary: I hate the Medici, and I like the Themes™

Yknow what truly drives me up the wall? When u have a paper due in two weeks and u still have to spend ur days scraping together sources bc ur university library doesnt even have any proper books/journals/essays on code mixing / language mixing ????? Like…i can’t even find a “basic introduction to linguistics” student handbook with a chapter on code mixing? Let alone sth that would even come close to people mixing languages and codes in online spaces. Wouldn’t that be wild..finding a source that’s younger than 1990s… I know the departement’s library is literally just a container set up behind an old building but cmonnnn

If I had a nickel for every time Grant's idea of banter while fighting was terrible knock-knock jokes with his codename as the punchline...well, you know.
(Damage #8)
(JSA vs. Kobra #5)
And both times his "audience" isn't impressed either.
He's changed quite a bit since the incident that scarred his face, but even with all the cynicism and anger he hasn't lost his dreadful taste in humor.
