Tragically not. I have accidentally tricked people into writing me fanfiction though if that counts for anything.

16 - How do you write your fics?

Lately it's been on Onedrive online during work. I am a very productive member of my team as you can tell. Though I keep hearing that copilot is evil so I may have to find another method. Or just make it look like I'm writing very long emails at work...(my job is very boring and unimportant. Don't worry. No one is dying for the sake of fanfiction)

24 - Do you have any writing goals?

I just wanna finish ONE of my ideas. The closest one I have to being done is Charles and Niko going to the gift shop together. I'd love to finish that one. I'd also like to write my PJO AU smippets because I keep tormenting the group chat with that one

32 - Out of all your fics, what is your favourite title?

Oh boy, I'm terrible at titles and I hate most of them. Let's take a quick look to see which one I hate the least...okay I can admit that Meals on Wheels is the greatest title I will ever create. It's about a vampire who runs a blood donation truck. No but seriously someone help me with titles <3

40 - Happy endings or sad endings?

Could I please convince myself to write AN ending? Pbbbbbbt, it depends on genre mostly. I want to say I lean towards happy endings, but also keep in mind I made my mark on ff net and livejournal in the angst and horror genre many years ago. So like, the murderer was typically happy? The hostages were less so. Looking at the WIPs I have lined up though, I want to say I have happy endings planned (and only ONE...and a half murder fics)

fr it makes me Incredibly Nervous especially because of the way RTD treated Martha Jones. like his track record isn't great

however he did SAY that tennant is done now and it's "the time of Ncuti" so.... cautiously hopeful. also they're saying this is a reboot so I'm pretty sure that means it'll be fine to jump in without catching up

Martha was such wasted opportunity and honestly everyone treated her like shit. The writers. The Doctor (like I think Tennant was fine but his character PBBBBBBT you be nicer to my girl Martha or die by my blade tenny). The fans oh GOD the fans were horrible to her and it was disgustingly obvious that it was misogynoir because it was for absolutely no fucking reason.

I feel like it’s a gradual shifting of tectonic plates. I have reading history going back over 20 years, and certainly I can see changes in overall trends: I’ve almost fully outgrown teen problem novels (drugs/alcohol/pregnancy), and I have also moved past most fantasy and retold fairy tales and sci-fi, which kinda petered out in college.

I didn't read hardly any adult fiction before I was 25, and now that makes up roughly half my reading material in a year -- and includes a lot more in the way of mystery/thrillers. If you'd told me at 23 I would one day I enjoy romance novels, I'd have said pbbbbbbt, but here we are.

But I still like contemporary and historical YA, I still like midcentury-to-90s teen & children's books, I still like reading anything you've got with horses and dogs and wildlife (and those interests date back to childhood). My favorite thing about the 3rd grade reading log I unearthed once is that I would, and sometimes have, still read and enjoy most of those exact titles to this day. I still crave Spooky Reads, be they about ghosts or slash-happy murderers.

And I still think most prizewinning literary adult fiction is hella boring. 😜

Honestly normally it would put me off the game SEVERELY but I am trying to have a mentally healthier attitude to setbacks and loss these says so instead of raging about it and not going back, I went to go train dogs (and it wasn't a great session LIKELY because I was so pissed off so pbbbbbbt) and then came back to it and honestly I'm more than halfway back to the spot I already was because it turns out a significant portion of those lost hours was me *getting myself lost* in the Gauntlet, not actual progress. Also I can skip cutscenes and dialogue because I already fucking know and don't have to wait for them to finish speaking.

If I wasn't invested because of using my pathfinder character + my fic I probably would have just said fuck it and finished the game without Astarion's romance. But it's important for role-playing reasons so I feel like I really did need to fix it. And also I discovered it's a hideously common glitch likely because during the cutscene in question, it grabs the closest two characters to Raphael, which is usually the player and the fastest move speed character. Which in my case is Halsin in his wildshape form, who I switched Wyll out for because I wanted to play with having a druid and honestly he's a fucking tank. So the cutscene kept starting with just Panic and Halsin and NOT grabbing Astarion for the VERY IMPORTANT CHARACTER QUEST WHICH IS 90% OF THE REASON I'M KILLING THIS GUY

Easiest way to solve was leaving Shart and Halsin at camp and just talking to him with only Panic and Astarion. At that point I got the literally 2 lines going "oh Astarion you're here too I guess......... I suppose I'll help you............" and cue me grumbling to myself about it as I go back to camp to get the rest of the crew before diving back in.

Fuck me I think I need to scrap about 16 hours of game play. My game bugged and Raphael never talked to Astarion about his scars even though he was IN MY PARTY and I thought he'd pop up after I killed Yurgir so I did that and all the fucking gauntlet of Shar stuff and checked my quests and NOPE. Says he left without mentioning it so we have to go ask Cazador. Which I think means he breaks up with me the second I step into Act 3.

Well! I'd say there's a clear winner among the group but what's really interesting is who is the worst....

See I can't decide if Theseus is worse or Zagreus. You may think V what the hell are you talking about but hear me out. Yes yes I know Zagreus doesn't even eat human food much less cook but and however-- Theseus has also never cooked a day in his life. ...BUT I think. Theseus would be better at baking???? And somehow Zagreus would be better at actually cooking. Yes. I'm picturing it in my head and its so fucking comical. Thank you for this.
