About: Horror Mario, also known by many nicknames, is the main antagonist of the mod. He originates from an art piece on DeviantArt made by Shadow-Shana.

In Mario's Madness, Horror Mario was an expert in the video game market and partnered with Dearest in the 90s. When Dearest made alot of money, he betrayed Mario and locked him up in a Super Mario Bros. cartridge, After 30 years trapped, Mario discovered the Dearest's family, especially his daughter and son-in-law, and he went to get his revenge on Dearest through them by locking them in his world of madness.

He is the opponent of the song "It's-A-Me" and "Starman Slaughter", and is the first and last opponent in "All-Stars".

About (Part 2) (AU Backstory): Horror Peach is the other side of the story, her very own story. She is a romantical partner with M aka Horror Mario, but there is one obsession she cannot control herself with, and with her cute, sick, twisted, yandere personality she's chosen her very own prince and knight and shining armor, a blue half-mobian named Jonathan Afton. For years she's been watching from the screen ever since he's just about 18 years old, Peach is like a stalking school girl ever since she invaded high school once, although Peach is actually a real high school student and she's beautiful and looks like Princess Peach in general except she's wearing a pretty pink school uniform made from Tokyo, she would always follow him around, stalking him everyday sending him love letters, messages and calls, and she'll hopefully notice her, but we know Jonathan Afton is a very busy smart man with a very kind heart, she got tired of waiting as she would kill any women that takes her love away as she made at least 10 victims so far, and then attempt to kill him and herself with a bloody knife of the previous women victims she had murdered and hid the evidence so they could be together and nobody else forever in the most selfish way possible because she can't even accept the fact he's polymourus, in fact she's too stubborn, obsessive, and a bit whiny. Before her plan was almost complete two new students Boyfriend and Girlfriend noticed the situation as Girlfriend stops her as she then traps her soul in a video game after she killed her off brutally while Jonathan fainted in fear before , saving Jonathan's life. Years later, Peach found out she became a princess herself after she ended up in Horror Mario's world, now she became part of his world of madness, Now she's a yandere overlord princess who now wants to drag her love interest down into her world, the game she would hack is the copy of Super Smash Bros on Nintendo Switch as Jonathan would fight against a Level 9 Peach and she'll get the upper hand! Before he knows it, she activates her Final Smash, producing beautiful images of herself on the sides of the screen and lulling the character to sleep with an alluring dance. Then she'll suddenly stop, and she'll look at him though the screen, then the game freezes itself, and she'll vow to get revenge on Girlfriend after Peach drags Jonathan by locking him into her world of madness.

She is the 2nd opponent, along side Yoshi.EXE of the song "Starman Slaughter".
