Lovely hairless meow! 🐈

Cat 3D model WIP. I've been working on this guy the last days and nights, and decided to share some of the process. He has no textures yet, but the skin-like material makes him look lively even without them. I already love him <3

It's very challenging, as it's my second real animal model and I want it to look realistic and detailed. I use crazy amount of references, trying to get everything right. Before this I only made my creatures, but I'm glad I dared to try a real cat too ~

It's an oriental cat (or rather a peterbald - they are similar but have little or no fur), these cats were a huge inspiration for me in my own fantasy creatures.

Welcome to the Nudie family, Dave and Eduardo! Although these youngins are new to Nudie Patooties, their mom has experience with our sizes from the smallest kitten to the largest of our sizes.

Because the air conditioner was running a lot, Tammy wanted her babies to stay warm, so she decided on fleece for them. She weighed and measured them and plugged the numbers into our chart. At that time, they were still Peanut size, but she ordered Munchkins so they could grow into them and have time to actually wear the shirts. Knowing fleece runs smaller than knits, She knew the Munchkin would just be fitting.

Dave grew a little faster than Eduardo and is now wearing a Tweener size. At 5.1 lbs, he is at the low end of the Tweener size. If you look close you can see a little extra fabric that is going to provide room for him to grow.

Almost all kittens will wear a Biggies by 7-8 months. Tweeners are meant for a kittens long slender neck and body. It is very rare that an adult will wear a Tweener. 😻

He got UVs and textures. I chose the color with black paw pads - I had several photo refs like this and they are lovely. But I will probably add more different colors. I also need to add some fur and whiskers ~
