Currently watching: rewatching Once Upon a Time - I just can't stop

Three ships: deffo Hörk (Tatort Saarbrücken), outing me a a German here :) ; Shandrews (???/the three investigators). And to add a non mlm-ship: swanqueen (OUAT), I mean I love Emma with Hook AND Neal but it just works with Regina, so... yeah

Favorite color: Anything on the blue spectrum, in general I loooove colors unless they are too bright. Really not a fan of neon shades.

Currently consuming: water - stay hydrated!

First ship: it took me ages to understand what ships were, and I guess I always enjoyed canon couples. Maybe the first fiction couple I was extremely passionate about was Gwendolyn x Gideon from the Ruby Red trilogy, which I read when I was 11.

Relationship status: single as a pringle and honestly quite scared of getting too close with new people. But thanks to my friends I don't feel lonely at all.

Last Movie: Chocolat (2000), never seen it before, not nearly as cringey as I expected

Fellas, have you ever gone to meet up with the love of your life and finally confess your feelings to him only to find that he's been brutally murdered by cultists and now it's up to you and your friends/coworkers to solve the eldritch mystery he left in his wake, one he had only begun to unravel? No? Well not to worry, because Dr. Müller is doing it already! He's having a terrible time running around the globe trying to balance stopping the end of the world by way of Nyarlathotep and keeping his teammates alive- because, unfortunately, he is in fact the healer of the party. That's what going to medical school and reading forbidden texts that give you magic will do to a man. Do you like pathetic little guys? Do you like men who are just so throwable and sopping wet (and have in fact been thrown into the River Thames)? Do you like seeing a man be pushed past his breaking point and yet not be able to crumble because everyone is counting on him? Do you like cane swords??!! Well boy is this the guy for you, and you should vote for him! Or don't, he won't hold it against you. Also he's trans and ace btw

He's 5'5" (barely), has usually neatly combed black hair (though he's going gray with all the stress he's under), tries his best to look sharp even in the worst of conditions, and looks like he needs a nap and a blanket. If you look at him closely enough, you'll notice a strange faint scar running along his face, almost like a statue that's been broken and put back together. But don't worry about that, nor the fact that he always has his hands wrapped in bandages. Surely he isn't practicing magic with a high price, don't be silly. He's used a cane for most of his life, though recently he swapped to a cane sword for convenience and safety. You can see more of him in his tag "dr ernest müller"

I'm really hoping that the eagle lady is there to bring them all back bc I refuse to believe that Wilde is dead just like that right in the middle of his character arc. I actually screamed when he died and I refuse to accept that he's really gone. GOD this whole episode was a doozy. How are you feeling???

Honestly, I agree. However, and I was just talking to @acestars about this I think they’ll come back in some form or another, but I’m sure there will be a price of some kind. No way Alex killed a bunch of NPCs and is just going to bring them back just like that.

Unless he planned on introducing the people in the Northern Wastes anyway, and Wilde or Carter or someone was so important to the narrative (like I suspect Wilde was/is) dying prompted him to do it sooner. He did mention trying to make sure it didn’t break the story.

I think the super vague language the “eagle lady” used is sort of a warning (not that I think she has ill intentions, just that it probably won’t be resurrection like we’re hoping).

As for how I’m doing after this episode I’M IN PAIN. Thanks for asking :) In all seriousness, Wilde’s death really hurt. I loved his character starting around the end of the second season and he’s grown so much since then too. When Alex said that Wilde rolled a natural one and he was thrown so badly Hamid couldn’t help I was like “He’s so dead. He’s so dead.” And then he was and I was just :0

I’m so worried (and somewhat excited) for what’s coming tbh, but it’ll be FuN.

Do you have any Magnus OCs?

I do! I have an Avatarsona that @cutawaytulip drew for me. She’s an avatar of the End and I have a whole thing about her and death’s head moth imagery and basically being an angel of death. I also have my daydream OC that I use as part of a polycule with Jon, Martin, and Gerry but that’s purely self indulgent. I also have a whole group of OCs for the Usher Foundation for my powers of love and hope and indigestion au and I love them a whole lot. 

So far I have the Usher Foundation broken down into regions because the US is fucking massive. I also have it broken down similar to like Fallout’s Brotherhood where all of the people that work for the archives are called scribes and they’re tasked with preservation of documents. Scribes are broken into year sections and most things get recorded digitally both orally and transcribed in text for ease of access. For the Roanoke branch there’s Luke Thomas (head scribe ), Jenna Higgins, Julian Matthews, Samantha Thorn, Brent and Michael. For the Dallas branch there’s Savannah James (head scribe), Matthew Johnson, Monica Perez, Sarah Hernandez, and Jocelyn.

1, 5, and 6 for the writing ask!

1. Tell us about your current project(s)  –   what’s it about, how’s progress, what do you love most about it?

I’m currently writing a Gen fic for Jojo’s Bizarre Adventure, set post-canon after Diamond is Unbreakable, where I get to continue the story while tying in some dropped plot threads that the original series left unanswered. Basically, when I finished DIU, my only thought was “man, I’d give anything for this part to be longer” so I’m basically writing myself more of the story! I’ve got 3/5 chapters up on AO3 now, and I’ve got chapter 4 and 5 fully outlined and chapter 4 is about half written. 4 is the longest one, and the one with the big climactic fight scene, so it makes sense it’s taking a little longer to finish than the rest. Just-More-Of-The-Story fics are my favorite to write and to read. Sometimes I don’t want to challenge my ideas of the basic assumptions of the series or see what would happen for two characters to get together, I just want More Of The Story!

5. What character that you’re writing do you most identify with?

In my current story, probably Josuke. I just this morning had a revelation that his arc in this one - take on too much responsibility, have a breakdown, feel better when you decide to hand it off, but get smacked in the face with the consequences anyway - is uh. A little more relevant to my life right now than I intended it to be going in.

6. What character do you have the most fun writing?

It’s been years since I’ve actually written them, but the answer is always Isaac and Miria. For most characters, when I’m outlining, I try to write down their motivations and a rough approximation of what points they’ll make in each conversation before I get to the writing. For Isaac and Miria, I don’t really plan at all. I just go in knowing where their conversation has to start and end, and let them take it from there.
