I am draw to show how my version of Pinocchio from Shrek look like b cuz why not.

I have my own au with this silly and he has been living in his head rent free.Also, I will draw a Pinocchio (Shrek) oc as well maybe later or in the same post.

(My Pinocchio design mainly focuses on the musical version but the life in based on the movie.

ALSO I've been itching to talk about what a POS Gepetto is for the longest time like no wonder Pinocchio turned out that way in the shrek series

First off I'd like to remind that he's the one who turns Pinocchio in to Farquaad'd guards FOR PROFIT in the first movie (followed right behind by donkey but I have a post about him coming later👀)

As for Gepetto we NEVER SEE HIM AGAIN in the main series to my knowledge. Yes we have The Shreksorcist which is a story told by Shrek (and hes a better dad to Pinocchio than Gepetto even in that-) and we have Shrek forever after where Pinocchio gets some karmatic revenge vvv

BUT What Puss in boots the last wish brought to my attention is that in the original Pinocchio story they replaced the puppet master WITH GEPETTO HIMSELF

Confirming hes the biggest POS father of all time, exploiting your child for money, check. Selling your child to fairy tale phobic tyrants FOR MONEY, check. Going full non contact and abandoning him thereafter, check.

Now for the oc that I was talking about (that you might’ve not even known if you are seeing this for my Pinocchio Shrek au)

Here is Lampwick,Candlewick or Romeo,my Pinocchio oc.

Human Romeo design:I gave him red hair which is dyed (natural hair is black.)He is Mexican and speaks Spanish.I gave him a scar because he gets in to lots of trouble.He has a blackish cloak (I think it is) with golden color fire embroidery (reference to nick name by the school.)Has a grey long sleeved shirt with brown (I hope I got the color right) pants.I also gave him brown eyes, a tooth gap and black boots (I think they are.)

Ghost design:He is dead in the ghost design (me stating the obvious.)His design had a little inspiration by how ghost lord Farquad looked.I made his whole body a very light blue.I also gave him a longer teal cloak with the embroidery being ghosts instead.I (tried) making him have donkey ears (I will explain how the pleasure islands magic works later.)Finally I gave him long hair because I like how it looks and it was inspired by “Lies of P” Romeo.

Pleasure Island magic:I like to imagine it being dark magic with the coachman being a demon of some sorts who transform children into donkeys when they indulge into the sins of the amusement park.The amusement park is covered in dark magic with the transformation speed so the more you enjoy it,the more painful and quick it will be (the kids stay 4 months there.)But due to Romeo just wanting to hang out with Pinocchio (I maybe ship my oc with Pinocchio) and Pinocchio just wants to relax and see the stars (His fairy signature look is stars, get it the Disney song) the transformation is a lot slower.So when Romeo and Pinocchio are halfway transformed,Romeo helped Pinocchio leave the island by finding an open exit for him.By the time Pinocchio left The transformation was almost complete so he took the island down with him by burning this place down with him inside.I am very mixed on wanting anyone who leaves Pleasure Island to forget their memories but if they do then Pinocchio doesn’t remember Romeo and if he does he can visit him in the underworld (his fairy will have an explanation when I draw her.)

So that is my Shrek Pinocchio oc :Romeo.
