The Poland x Hungary bit tho...I never really thought about how they are similar in some ways, and complement each other in other ways.

This is in reference to this video here all about different Poland ships

I admittedly preferred these two as friends admittedly but I think regardless there's a wonderful dynamic between them. T4T besties who are the reason Gil was very confused about gender as a child. Poland is abso the bee's knees to Hungary and if there's anyone willing to accompany Poland shopping it's Hungary. These two gossip about their married lives and sword fight, make flower crowns, and and enjoy being horse girls. I am currently writing a fic with Poland, Hungary, and Austria and I just think Poland and Hungary are sweet. I think Hungary probably likes giving Poland attention (Ukraine I think does too except in certain periods of history) And Poland just absolutely soaks it all up. I like to imagine them during the partition era.

I am admittedly hesitant to ship them just because like I have other ships for them and I feel like at least in the polish fandom it gets a little veering on nationalistic with polhun.
