Shall I bring to you the unhinged list I promised yesterday??? So, yesterday it was all about intimate scenes that I wish for Pen and Colin in Bridgerton season 4 that could happen in canon. Today... Today is about stuff that won't happen in canon, but maybe someone will head my pray and let this happen somehow. Disclaimer, if you're not into this it's okay, but by now you know I'm unhinged, so let's go on this journey together.

I want a scene with Jealous Colin, maybe someone that flirts a little too shamelessly with Pen. Followed by the most scorching hot scene in which he bends her over their desk and things get real intense quickly, maybe with a spank or two.

You know it's coming. My personal favorite combination. Edging and dirty talking. I write a whole fic for this for a reason. Just Colin telling her the mot nasty stuff while she can't seek her release.

I know I will lose you here, but I can't believe the Benedict is the only one that get to experience a threesome... So let's make it Polin style. I admit, it requires a bit of plot because it's not something that can happen overnight. The gender is not important, but maybe two men (Colin + someone) that both worship Pen... Yeah, that I can see it.

Some stuff with clamps? Or even just ropes. Pen in ropes would be something exquisite. Of course they do this while looking in the mirror, do you really have to ask? It's soft!Dom Colin but to its extreme. And why not also reverse it, just Dom Pen in all her glory.

They love doing public stuff right? Then let's go and embracing it. They know people are watching.. and they love it. Colin would love to make the whole Ton recognize that Pen is an extraordinary woman, but she is also his.

A reverse carriage scene... I think Pen on her knees would be at the perfect height to experience the power that come with pleasing his man with hands and mouth. And talking about this, let's go to the land of numbers and explore what a 69 can bring to the dynamic, why not?

And while these will likely never happen, even though a couple could be achieved if the actors are comfortable with it, of course we will always have fanfiction (and I'm making a list for a future post with my recommendation). But some of these may service a plot purpose, although it's extremely unlikely that those plots will ever be considered for them.

But I'm very curious to hear it from you... What's your unhinged hope for Polin in season 4?

I read L.L.W by Seifdy too and that fanfiction is very underrated. The fanfiction every Polin stan is obsessed with currently is the one where Colin and Penelope are forced to get married by the Queen and Colin and Penelope become an Earl and Countess. But I really liked reading L.L.W because it was a lot of fun and I loved how obsessed Colin and Penelope were for each other and the lengths they would go for each other. It's not for everyone who doesn't like a murder described in gruesome detail or who doesn't like to imagine their sweet Colin and Penelope as obsessive sociopaths but for those who do it's really amazing! A 10/10.

The idea of a couple of serial killers is fascinating for me, so I definitely going to read that one.

I think someone recommended me the other one, but for some reason I didn't read it.

Maybe I will try to read both of them. But I don't think I have enough time today.

I think I found my favorite tropes for Polin Fanfiction.

I'm just listing a few of my favorites. I'd love to see what your favorites are 💕

1. Penelope runs away from the ton, and Colin Finds her.

I love to see hungry Colin, Chaotic Colin, Chaotic Proposals Only Colin, Colin "My Wife" Bridgerton, Colin with a Hero's Complex, and Writer Colin

I love to see Writer Penelope, Bad ass Pen, Third Child Pen, and Sassy Pen

These are staples to me:

Pen writing, Colin writing, Colin mentioning his travels at least once, Colin telling his friends he "would never court/date Penelope Featherington, not in your wildest fantasies", Lady Danbury/Penelope's friendship, the hand cut scene, the kiss scene, the reveal at the church/or setting adjacent, car/carriage scene, chaotic proposal, an acceptance or refusal (refusals are WILD in fanfiction. I love it!), Colin tells off Portia, Cressida's blackmail, Colin's pleading to Penelope to Stay, Mirror, Colin telling everyone how much he loves Penelope.

I love it when the author chooses to keep Whistledown or not. Sometimes, both Colin and Penelope become Whistledown. In another fic, Pen gives it up. In certain stories, Colin supports and loves her no matter what. I love how each author brings something new to the story.

I'd love someone to write about:

A "What if" Eloise told the Queen that Penelope was Whistledown.

I've always wondered the implications of that.

A. What would the Queen do?

B. Where would Pen go?

C. What would Colin do?

D. How would Portia react?

E. What would Anthony or Violet do?

F. How would the Ton react?

G. Would Eloise tell her family, Runaway, or would she still be friends with Cressida?

I'd be the first to read it! There are so many ways that this plot could go.

A: ha given our planning document and ideas… god knows. M: no idea - but the plan is to currently split the university years into separate fic, all going under one series, so it hopefully will be easier to navigate for the future.

A: stories will be told and weaved but it won’t be separate. They will intermingle M: if you mean like the books, no.

A: As we’ve said above its coming 4th July so no. I shall still be working on All’s Fair and Wildest Dreams annnnd Baby Bridgertons and the prompts I get (i’m insane I know) oh and the other little pices of work I have on my “to write” list… AF is starting to come to a close anyway and WD will be winding down as well… but i have little one shots planned May will still be working on Poison and Wine and The Core of You as well, which if you’ve not read I highly recommend!
