like shoulder deep in a spooky month hyperfixation then i stumbled across Pork Belly Burnt Ends written by @a-dude-named-mom and DAYUM it is GOOD so i drew the sillygooses carl and green and then kevin having the literal worst time ever

Ingredient:

A few purple onions

A lemon

A garlic bulb

2 tablespoons of sugar and 1 tablespoon of pepper.

2 tablespoons fish sauce

1 small carton of fresh milk (100ml)

2 tablespoons oyster sauce

0.5 kg of pork belly.

Making:

After washing the pork belly. We proceed to separate the pork skin.

Then cut into small pieces. Not too thin but not too thick either.

Next, add the garlic, shallot and lemongrass to the blender.

Put the medium-pureed mixture in the meat. Add fish sauce, sugar, pepper, and milk. Mix thoroughly.

You can add seasoning or MSG to your liking.

Use nylon to seal. Then put it in the fridge for 3 to 4 hours.

After marinating the meat. You skewer them.

Put them in the oven without oil.

You let it 180 degrees for 20 minutes. Then use a brush to spread honey evenly on the meat skewers.

Then put it back in the air fryer for 5 minutes at 180 degrees.

And you guys finished this dish.

No paraíso esse é o aperitivo que servem na entrada como boas vindas. Barriga de porco defumada e caramelizada cortada em cubos, nossa famosa Pork Belly Burnt Ends. Vou contar como eu faço. Primeiro pego a barriga de porco e retiro o couro, pois vai acabar ficando borrachudo, logo em seguida corto ela em tiras, isso mesmo em tiras. Aprendi com meus amigos do @old_truck_bbq que cortando em tiras, na hora de defumar ela mantém melhor o formato. Seguindo a receita, eu passo meu dry rub de porco nas tiras e defumo aproximadamente a 120°C por umas 2:00-2:30, depois corto os cubos e embalo eles com mel, molho Bbq e um leve toque de vinagre de maçã. Quando a temperatura interna da carne bate em torno de 96/98°C eu testo para ver se os cubinhos estão macios e com a gordura parcialmente derretida. Estando macio é só servir, se não estiver, é só esperar mais um pouco! Você já comeu essa iguaria?
