POSHequili believes that sexual harassment at workplace does not only cause mental and/or physical damage to the person harassed but also seriously curtails opportunities at work by creating a discriminatory work environment. We believe that, in order to ensure equal participation and equal opportunity at work, it is extremely important to do away with discriminatory behaviour and re-instil the faith of employees/workers in the organization. We believe that this can be done only with effective and efficient compliance with the law against sexual harassment i.e. the Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace (Prevention, Prohibition and Redressal) Act, 2013 and other related laws.
POSHequili has, therefore, been found with the motto to help in the ‘Prevention of Sexual Harassment at Workplace.’
We believe that gender sensitive work spaces are extremely important not just for personal job satisfaction but also for the growth of the economy and the Nation as a whole. In a recent study it was noted that India���s largest corporations (44 Nifty )saw a marginal decline (around 2.6 percent )in the sexual harassment cases at workplaces which experts attributed to growing sensitization efforts.
Delighted to share that we conducted a awareness session on POSH ACT 2012 for Gurgaon sector 14 Cloudnine Group of Hospitals .We used complex case study and quiz during the session to make sure knowledge transfer and clarity of concepts and all participants scored A+. These high awareness score are attributed to the efforts of site Leadership Team, HR team and IC member that they continually take to ensure awareness on important aspects like this imparted to every employee.

Book POSH Training India
"If everyone in our organisation is educated and knows exactly where to draw the line, why do we need this sort of training?" One of the learning and development heads had raised this question. It's self-evident that if we have an educated workforce, why do we need posh awareness training programmes on Sexual Harassment Prevention? (POSH). Unfortunately, sexual harassment has nothing to do with education. Let's try to grasp the concept of POSH training. What is POSH training? POSH training assists employees in recognising and distinguishing between suitable and inappropriate workplace behaviour. Participants are also educated on the legal aspects of the POSH Act. Employees have a firm knowledge of what constitutes sexual harassment through training. Why POSH training? 
Organizational Culture vs. Social Impact: While organisations have their own set of principles, the impact of social culture on corporate culture cannot be overlooked. Employers are reported to bring social learning to the workplace unknowingly, and there is occasionally certain behaviour that is acceptable in society but not at work.
Company reputation: Prevention is better than cure; this is the best slogan to convey the importance of POSH awareness training. When sexual harassment allegations occur the following day or within a few hours, the company's reputation is tarnished in the media and on social media. Now, media isn't only limited to print; it now includes TV channels, magazines, and social media, all of which might harm a company's brand. As a result, organising awareness workshops has become critical.
Legal mandate: Under section 19(c) of the Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace (Prevention, Prohibition, and Redress) Act 2013 or Posh awareness training, every employer is expected to organise awareness seminars for all workers in order to educate them about the legislation and to sensitise them to the matter. If the employer fails to do so, a penalty of up to $50,000 may be imposed.
MUDS Posh training India programmes constantly emphasise a mentality transformation rather than just discussing the POSH law. POSH awareness training discusses the essential workplace dos and don'ts. However, in order to develop a dignified workplace, it is critical to focus on individual owners throughout training sessions. The POSH training India was created with the Indian setting in mind.
