"Though a man may be found in a weak state, that does not at all mean that he has been abandoned by God. On the cross, the Lord Jesus Christ was in trouble, as the world sees things. But when the sinful world considered Him to be completely destroyed, in fact He was victorious over death and hades.
The Lord did not promise us positions as victors as a reward for righteousness, but told us, 'In the world you will have tribulation — but be of good cheer, for I have overcome the world' (John 16:33). The power of God is effective when a person asks for the help from God, acknowledging his own weakness and sinfulness. This is why humility and the striving towards God are the fundamental virtues of a Christian."

Ye are called to peace, therefore follow it. All that pretend to fight for Christ are deceived; for his kingdom is not of this world, therefore his servants do not fight. Fighters are not of Christ's kingdom, but are without Christ's kingdom: for his kingdom stands in peace and righteousness, but fighters are in the lust: and all that would destroy men's lives are not of Christ's mind, who came to save men's lives. Christ's kingdom is not of this world; it is peaceable, and all that are in strife are not of his kingdom. All that pretend to fight for the gospel are deceived; for the gospel is the power of God, which was before the devil or fall of man was, and the gospel of peace was before fighting was. All that talk of fighting for Zion are in darkness: Zion needs no such helpers.
George Fox, early Quaker, an epistle of 1658

1 Corinthians 1:18 (NKJV) - For the message of the cross is foolishness to those who are perishing, but to us who are being saved it is the power of God.

Friend, in case you need to hear this today. If you're going through something right now and it feels insurmountable, have faith, God sees and hears everything and He never stops working. God knows what you need. Your miracle is coming, in Jesus's name, Amen!🙏

"In the beginning God created the heavens and the earth. The earth was without form, and void; and darkness was on the face of the deep. And the Spirit of God was hovering over the face of the waters. Then God said, 'Let there be light'; and there was light."
"And the LORD God formed man of the dust of the ground, and breathed into his nostrils the breath of life, and man became a living being."
(Genesis 1:1-3; Genesis 2:7; See Chapters 1 and 2 in their entirety for the creation story, and Ezekiel 37:1-14 about the valley of dry bones.)
"You send forth Your Spirit, they are created; and You renew the face of the earth." (Psalm 104:30)
"There shall come forth a Rod from the stem of Jesse, and a Branch shall grow out of his roots. The Spirit of the LORD shall rest upon Him, The Spirit of wisdom and understanding, The Spirit of counsel and might, The Spirit of knowledge and of the fear of the LORD." (Isaiah 11:1-2)
