I like to think that Boone is the short strong guy with big hands, the type you dont realize how short is untill you get close to him while arcade is the polar opposite, holing himself to appear to be small untill you actually LOOK look, proportions, hands, everything, and its even more promiment how big he is when they are actually near eachother, Boone being a head shorter

it sucks being both an old sparklecare artstyle and recent sparklecare artstyle enjoyer because on one hand i like the current artstyle of the comic but on the other hand for 95% of the characters(mel's the only one benefiting from the change) it's..... an obvious downgrade from the old one. and trust me it PAINS me to say this, but its just true. the style is not bad on its own! , but the fact sparklecare went from having a unique and energetic style to instead end up using one that is so much more bland and basic is saddenning me a little.

simple doesnt mean bad. however with sparklecare it feels like it became.. lazy.? idm that style being used for side projetcs that are very long and drawn very quickly, like cometcare for exemple. however, for your MAIN comic, your first work, and with a whole team of people available to draw it for you it really feels like some more care could be put in it. (ironical, isnt it?)

Ever since then, Starkid projetcs (as well as Tin Can Bros and Pulp Musicals) have taken over my life.
