How did you find tumblr? How has your life changed since then?

I found it because one of my Facebook friends kept saying how addicted she was. So I tried it. How has my life changed? I hardly do homework anymore. :)

What are your 3 favorite colors?

1. Blue 2. Maroon 3. Black In no particular order. Black looks good on a lot of people, gives you a silhouette, blablabla. Blue can be either really happy or really mellow, which is ultra cool. And I just love that color. And maroon, I dunno, I just really like it.

And it's Gryffindor's color. :)

Who is your closest friend?

I don't really have one. The person I would consider my closest friend has a closer friend than me, one she's had since birth. You know, the soul sister type friend. So that is and always be her closest friend. We're still very good friends, but she doesn't consider me her closest friend. Where I used to live I had one like that, a friend since I was 2, but we don't talk anymore. It makes me sad that we she won't try to make an effort, even though we're only 3 hours apart. She's busy, I get it, but it still makes me sad. So no. I don't think I have any super close friends.

What's your favorite TV show?

I like Glee and The Vampire Diaries. Yes. Guilty pleasure. Of course, out of all the over-done and cliche vampire ideas, I'm obsessively in love with TVD. Not only is it major eye candy, but the plot is pretty awesome. And there's eye candy. :) Either way, I watch it every Thursday night religiously. I lovelovelove Glee, but I don't like the themed episodes (Religion, Rocky Horror, Britney), that are all so common in season 2. I think they should go back to the un-themed episodes like last season, that have songs that fit into the plot line more than any theme. So that's an ehh show. I'll watch most anything, though. You know, some Bones, some Jersey Shore, some National Geographic Channel, some Merlin, Legend of the Seeker (when it ran), even some Wizards of Waverly Place. Ya know. I'm cool with just about anything.

30-Day Challenge: Day 2

Do you have any piercings or tattoos? Tell about them.

I got my ears pierced (the normal place, not cartilage or anything) last April. I don't have many earrings, since this is the first month I'm allowed to wear anything other than studs. I've been raised too... upper-class? I don't know. I couldn't imagine getting a tattoo because where I loved for 9 years of my life, it was mostly racist, upper middle class white people, so there wasn't a lot of diversity before I got out, and to where I am now (10 times better). I love the open-mindedness and diversity here a lot better. I'd maybe like to get a cartilage piercing, but it's definitely not a must. I'm happy with only this one for now. :)

My middle name is Ann. Grace Ann flows, I guess. It makes me sound like the dancer I am. It also makes me sound girly and frilly, which I'm definitely not. It's fine, I guess.

Q4: If you were another person, would you be friends with you? 

A: Um. I guess. Haha. I mean, I'm kinda nice and can help you with your homework :) I dunno. This is one of those "soul-searching," "deep-digging" questions, isn't it? Yeah. Thought so. Um. I guess, again. I have a lot of friends, although I have some trust issues, since friends have screwed me before. But I don't like to think about that - I have some outstandingly amazing friends who are always there for me, and they're all I could ever ask for. They're awesome. :) I dunno.

Q3: Do you like your handwriting?

A: I have this insane gift for having bipolar handwriting. I have about 7 different ways of writing I alternate between hourly, just randomly. I can copy people's handwriting, and learn them like I would a language. It's both a curse and a gift. It's a gift because, well, it's kind of cool. I can imitate your handwriting if you write a sentence and give me a few minutes, and it's pretty cool. :) It's a curse because I wish I could stay the same. I could write the first half of an essay one way and the other half a whole other way. It's kind of annoying and my teachers can't really tell my handwriting, since I have about 7. Also, I have no clue what my "real" handwriting is, since I have about 7 "natural" ones, and a whole bunch of "imitations." Ooh, but I can only do print. I've never been good at cursive. So, for the answer, I guess I do. :)

A: No. I see a star, and think, maybe I should wish. But every time I wish, I get hurt. Because my wishes aren't true. When they do come true, it's not because of that star: it's because I tried and wanted it, not because a star came down and granted my wish.

Q1: Were you named after anybody?

A: I don't think so. Nobody in my family is named Grace. My name isn't exactly the most creative in the world. It was really popular about 6 or 7 years ago for girls, so now I have the same name as a whole bunch of little kids. It's kind of annoying, going places and hearing my name called all the time by parents looking for their darling little run-away kids, but I've gotten used to it. Nicknames? I've tried out a couple, like Mike and Stude (long story), but nothing really stuck. You can't shorten "Grace," so I've been called Gracie (which I hate) and Grace-Face. The person who started calling me Grace-Face was one of my best friends, before I found out she hated me, and was doing things behind my back that I probably shouldn't say. Of course, that was the only nickname that stuck, so whenever people call me Grace-Face, I correct them. It only brings up bad memories.
