They're the parent of Confetti Cannon and Discoball Fun facts: -> Keytar's style of music falls under stuff such as "Pop", "rock and roll" and sometimes "heavy metal" -> Their typical fashion sense is very baggy and colorful!!!! -> The pink and green on their outfit represents their children -> Out of all of the faction leaders, Keytar's gear is the weakest from having two children -> They LOVE sweets!!!! Biggest sweet tooth in Playground. -> Keytar is... A little bad with social cues! But they're learning -> Keytar, while being generally GNC/Androgynous, does also feel comfortable presenting as masc too -> R. Keytar's animal theming of choice is a golden retriever!

The PTT designs and Avenger designs were nightmares to draw bruh 😭

PTT era - Chett has always been the opposite of Chuck E. In this era, he’s a happy go lucky, kind hearted mouse that treats Chuck E’s bandmates better thank Chuck E. does. Back in this era, he was just a one sided character. Same goes for Mack. Her entire character is just “the young and cute one” lol. Chuck E. and Chett always get into arguments, but Mack breaks up their arguments by being cute. In this era, Mack was a Cabaret character, singing peppy songs with her cute little voice.

Tux era - Chett gets a drastic personality change. He’s now a grouchy, rude, and lazy mouse that plays the keytar. Chuck E. and Chett pretty much get their personalities swapped. Chuck E. is now the cheerful one and Chett is now that rude one. Mack gets more of a personality, becoming the hype girl for Helen. She’s an absolute girly girl who loves dancing, baking, and singing along pop music. Mack isn’t part of the band, but she interacts with them through the TV in puppet form. On TV she’s usually seen either at her school, at the playground at the park, or backstage. Chett and Chuck don’t argue as much as they did in PTT. In merchandise, Mack is a fashion icon for young girls alongside Helen.

Referee Chett & Chef’s Assistant Mack (Coach era) - Chett’s personality has not changed at all. He just gets an outfit change. Mack, however, gets a massive change. She’s now Pasqually’s assistant chef. She’s still a girly girl but she’s kind of more of a tomboy. She has trouble breaking up Chuck E. and Brook whenever they fight. Helen and Mack are shown together more often in showtapes, portraying them as best friends. Mack sometimes imitates Pasqually because she looks up to him. She sees him as a father figure.

Avenger era - Chett’s personality changes, becoming more of an angsty, emo type character. Mack’s personality doesn’t change, but her and Helen aren’t shown together that often in showtapes. They’re still best friends though. Mack’s Avenger design is actually based on how I used to look as a little kid back in the 2000s and early 2010s.

Rockstar era - Chett is still an angsty character, but now he’s also boring and emotionless. He also isn’t as rude as he was in past eras. He doesn’t care for parties, but he’ll attend them to make his twin brother, Chuck E., happy. He cares about his siblings and even though he’s a boring and negative person, he’ll do anything to keep his siblings happy. He has a secret side to him as well. That secret side of him is being a thrill seeker. He loves danger and he’s usually the only one laughing and having fun while the rest of the band is screaming and running for their lives lol. Mack, again, doesn’t change. She’s still Pasqually’s assistant and she helps him out in his restaurant. She dreams of becoming a chef when she grows up, having her own restaurant just like Pasqually.

The influence of new styles and instruments from other planets has changed the music scene a lot. It also has given corporations new markets to profit from, and art to ruin. So not everything is new.

But one style is challenging that. In deep space, no other music genre is more loved than SPUNK. With the influence of space music, the groove of funk, and the sheer emotion and rebellion of punk, this musical genre refuses to be tamed by big labels and commercial music.

And no other Spunk band is more legendary than the Raging Machines.

Formed by five artificial beings, they channel their rage against the system and the Milky Federation through music.

They release no music, no one knows when or where they will show up to play a gig, or break the law. They just do, and you should count yourself lucky to have been there (before the police come to try and arrest them).

- Their singer, Chris, was the illegal stunt double of a famous actor, until he freed himself and went to space to form the band. He can freely change his singing voice.

- The guitarist, K, was a woman who got robocopped. She's an undead artificial being cursed by the memories of her former self. No one's guitar conveys more rage or sorrow than hers.

- The keytarist, Armin, was an assembly line worker, until they punched their supervisor, they're the wild card of the band. Their keytar can sound like any known instrument in the MF.

- The drummer, Cesco, was a logic R&droid who got fired from academia for his political views and activity. His drumming is so incredibly precise it sounds like it's made digitally.

- The bassist, Brown Martha, was part of an experiment that gave higher intelligence to animals. She has the instincts of a brown bear and the intellect of a not-that-smart human. With her strength, it is impossible for their songs not to be bass boosted.

Normally the demon would be all excited and shouty, but they were told by a trusted friend to try a calmer approach. "Ayo! Either of you the leader of this faction? Was told by a good buddy of mine I could find 'em here in this world."

-> A demon was purple horns and shutter shades whistles as they walk through another version of Playground, their boots thumping gently against the ground. There Party Cola was, with xir 'Abba'. They were walking out of some...club? A bar? Both maybe.

Xir 'Abba', Apple Bloxx, was a very well dressed individual. They were dressed scene, & rather formally. Green striped hair extensions & belts & kandi & boots, they were stylish. Party Cola was stylish too but Apple Bloxx was definitely more stylish.

Playground was very colorful, full of sounds & lights, a bustling & busy city- but a well built one. Metro systems could be seen up in the air, vending machines & benches, bridges & staircases that seemed to lead to a second layer of the city. It was incredible.

i like to think that every single time they tried to recode foxy in some way (toy foxy and funtime foxy) it made them trans. so they tried to recode him to be more “glamrock” and less “pirate” and exactly like the last couple times it transed her fuckin gender and they were like UGHH whatever its cheaper to not redo ur code, we should be able to just repaint most of ur casing. maybe having the band split evenly will be good for us.

also also i like to imagine that ““glamrock”” foxy does exist hes just. a daycare attendant. kids cove!!!! they just kept his code (mostly) the same and didnt try to get rid of his pirateness bc Apparently Hes Only A Guy If Hes Also A Pirate. anyways hes technically newer than roxy but only in physical model. he freddy chica and bonnie are the big siblings of the newbies <333

The dream hopper group sees it and sees that it’s not the perfect outfits Ruse would normally wear, the ones that make him seem important, and they immediately just think “no”, like the group who saw smiling Jamil.

But Dream Ruse just wants to share his bugs and sing and play his keytar. But he also wants to make sure Riddle is happy. And how dare they ruin this happy dream for his brother? He deserves this, right? Why can’t he live in a happy world?

I think it would be funny if the keytar is help to wake up Riddle since Ruse loves it, but it’s a gift from the Pop Music Club. Ruse wouldn’t have had it if not for NRC, and thus not for his past.

They’re finally here!! It’s my OCs new designs for my dream CEC cartoon and my take on Harmony Howlette.

Let’s talk about each character, shall we?

Brook Branch - You all already know a bit about her, but I never talked about her backstory. When she was really young her parents died in a car crash and she was sent to St. Marinara’s Orphanage. She was always very shy and she would have trouble being assertive. This made her an easy target for bullying. When she first came to the orphanage some kids started bullying her and even started throwing toys at her. That’s when Chuck E. stood up for her. They became very good friends. A few years later Chuck E. got adopted and then Brook got adopted the year after. Brook lived in Canada with her mom for a while until she joined MMBB. After Brook joined the band her and her mom moved next door to Chuck’s apartment. Brook got her tough persona from when Chuck first stood up for her. She always looked up to him and she admires his kindness and bravery. She doesn’t trust anyone except for Chuck E. but, PILOT SPOILER, he’ll show her that she can trust his friends.

Dottie Cupid - Dottie is a famous social media influencer. She was born and raised in China. When she grew up she moved to America and…well I don’t want to spoil her episode but she becomes the new tambourine player in MMBB. She’s also a fashion designer for the band. She’s very full of herself and she tends to get carried away with her snooty attitude, but her girlfriend, Bella, helps her at least try to control herself whenever Dottie gets carried away.

Shanelle Minks - Shanelle is an activist. She loves to raise awareness about issues with the environment and how we can help stop pollution. She used to live in New York. She plays the saxophone. She’s kind of a hippie. She’s very calm and she’s the only member of the band that’s calm during situations that would usually drive someone crazy. That’s why Helen Henny has taken a liking to her. She’s…pretty much the only member with a brain. Helen and Shanelle are both the moms of the group, but Shanelle is more calmer when things are getting tough.

Harmony Howlette - Harmony is an adventurous thrill seeker. She used to live in Texas until she joined the band. She plays the violin. She tends to be hot headed but not as much as Brook. She tends to get the band in more trouble. More than Chuck E. and Crusty. That’s because she loves danger. She doesn’t mind putting her life at risk when going on adventures.

Chett R. Cheese - Chett (AKA Chester Rain Cheese) is Chuck E’s long lost twin brother. He’s…pretty much the opposite of him. Think Pinkie Pie and Maude Pie. Chuck E. is lively, energetic, and fun, and Chett is boring, lifeless, and depressing. He’s very negative and he tends to be rude sometimes. He plays the keytar. He may be a negative person, but he does have a sweet side. Especially whenever his brother or his little sister need him. He loves his siblings dearly, even if he thinks that they’re too upbeat.

Mack N. Cheese - Mack (AKA Mackenzie Nostalgia Cheese) is Chuck E’s long lost little sister. She’s the first CEC OC that has a canon age. She’s 6 years old. The other OCs don’t have specific ages but they’re adults. Mack is extremely energetic. More energetic than her big brother, Chuck E. She is very curious about the world around her and she’s always full of questions. She loves to help. In fact, she helps out with Pasqually in his restaurant. She helps manage his orders, she helps with the dishes, and she helps with putting toppings on pizzas. She loves helping Pasqually so much that she wants to be a chef when she grows up.

I’m so happy with how they all turned out! I worked very hard on their designs. This took many months of art block lol. 😅

"Playgrounders always seem to love each other, no? I was treated with nothing but pleasantries and kindness when I was hanging out with R. Keytar the first time I visited Playground. Glory is rearranging things in their semi-outdoor office, their second set of smaller insect arms flexing slightly as they move some things from their bamboo bookshelf.

Lanterns hang overhead, the furniture is made of bamboo & light colored woods, earthy & natural decor adorning the bookshelves & tables. There are weapons & other sharp objects displayed on the wall, & flora in the shape of the Thieves Den logo.

They don't seem to notice the other leader. Glory is also in a less casual 'mode', their blindfold off, being discarded on their desk.
