sexualization of female athletes is so disgusting and it makes me SO mad. a woman can never focus solely on her sport, she also has to make sure her physique looks good in skin tight spandex. and she has to constantly self-monitor to make sure she’s not accidentally flashing the crowd. and even if she’s the most skilled and talented athlete in the world, she still gets dolled up and paraded around like some kind of sexy show pony. it’s seriously ridiculous.

There are SO many stories with this outcome.. i don’t think it’s worth to make your “desired” genitalia, just to experience severe pain and dilation for the rest of your life

How can you be a radfem and use misogynistic slurs like cunt and bitch?? "I use them in a different context", "I am reclaiming them", "I use it at men only". Yet you are still propagating the degradation that surrounds females and their genitalia. Your casual use insinuates the lack of weight, the lack of misogyny surrounding them.

In World War II, Nazi Germany established brothels in the concentration camps (Lagerbordell, Sonderbauten or Freudenabteilungen "Joy Divisions") to increase productivity among male inmates.
In the end, the camp brothels did not produce any noticeable increase in the prisoners' productivity levels, but instead, created a market for coupons among the camp VIPs.
Here's a few of the locations where this happened:
Mauthausen/Gusen, Auschwitz, Buchenwald, Neuengamme, Dachau, Dora-Mittelbau, Sachsenhausen, Flossenbürg and others
The women forced into these brothels came mainly from the women-only Ravensbrück concentration camp, except for Auschwitz, which "employed" its own prisoners.
In combination with the German military brothels in World War II, it is estimated that at least 34,140 female inmates were forced into sexual slavery during the Third Reich.
The brothels form the subject of "Das KZ Bordell" (The Concentration Camp Brothel) by Robert Sommer, a book that has been hailed as the first comprehensive account of a little known chapter of Nazi oppression in World War Two.
It explores the origins, structure and impact of the "Sonderbauten" (special buildings) run by Heinrich Himmler's SS in Germany and Nazi-occupied Europe.
"In the collective memory and written history of World War Two, the camp brothels were for a long time taboo," the 35-year-old Berliner told Reuters. "The former prisoners didn't want to talk about it: it was a difficult subject to handle."
"It didn't fit so easily into the postwar image of the concentration camps as monuments to suffering."
According to concentration camp survivors the women in those brothels were replaced every 6 months and the women who got replaced were killed in gas chambers.
It is important to note that we distinctively speak of sexual slavery here and of rape.
I wanted to point this out especially because I have been seeing liberal feminists talking about this topic, calling it "forced sex-work", "forced sex-labour" etc.
It is beyond disrespectful to call these female victims "sex-workers" or "employees" when their sexuality was brutally exploited, their diginities taken, their health was sacrificed, they were raped repeatedly and then executed after 6 months, even though they were promised to be released after those months. But those promises of course were never honored.
Liberal feminism and radical feminism differs a lot when it comes to views on the topic of prostitution but this does NOT excuse labeling victims of abuse and rape as "sex-workers" or calling their suffering "forced sex-labour."

Because putting on lingerie immediately makes you a woman? And asking your wife to transition too so everything "can work out well"?

Trigger warning: my opinion
I will forever say that the transgender ideology is a cult.
It's acts just like one, it recruits young, impressionable and insecure teenagers.
It has an appeal to youth because it acts in the same way as what being goth was, however this is far more dangerous.
There is nothing punk about the belief in gender and upholding gender stereotypes.
The whole belief that one can change their sex is not founded in reality and it is not possible.
This cult will go to crazy lengths to try and gaslight you into thinking otherwise.
They will use the "gender is a spectrum" argument, they will say that they « feel as though they are of the opposite sex»
And that’s where they are WRONG
Being female or male is not a state of feeling
Being female or male is a state of being
And having to explain simple biology over and over makes you feel like you are going mad.
And if you read more into the ideology it just gets more psychotic.
I think we need to stop selling this lie to people who are not secure within themselves that they can change their sex.
That they can pump hormone drugs into their bodies for the rest of their lives or go through painful mutilating surgery to create the appearance of the opposite genitalia.
Which most of the time doesn’t change their attitude they still feel miserable, hm I wonder why? Maybe because they have other mental issues that no one wants to pay attention to.
Shall we start treating body dysmorphic people with plastic surgery? Fixing everything they THINK is wrong with them? Is that how we are gonna start caring for our people, with encouragement and enabling bad behavior instead with what we have always done like therapy and counseling?
I am just amazed at how little time it took for a dangerous belief like this to become so mainstream and brainwash everyday people.
Most people today act like nazis under the regime, they can’t voice their true opinions on topics such as whether a man can become a woman. It’s just pathetic. But that’s the world we live in today, truth hurts so much that you’re not even allowed to say it, fuck that you’re getting imprisoned for saying it and you’ll be taught HOW to THINK because remember you’re the BIGOT!
This is just the beginning, sooner or later they will want you to accept everything under the sun with persuasive language, with threats and more.

Hi friends!!! I’m happy to announce another episode of Women Talking About Their Lives! This episode is all about a brand new Women’s Fest called RISE! Rise is focused on intergenerational lesbian connection, and improving our ability to organize around feminist goals-we also have some amazing performers, archery, drumming and a number of other activities for a well rounded experience!
If interested please email us at [email protected] ! Let us know you heard about it from this post/the podcast as well :).
Fests are some of the absolute best ways to meet like minded women from all over the country, I really cannot recommend getting out to one enough, being on womyn’s land for a week is truly life changing and affirming in ways it’s hard to articulate and I so appreciated being in a space where lesbians were so centered in everything. Definitely try to get out to something this summer if you can swing it.
Tickets are always on a sliding scale and every year women organize to assist with transport-please don’t miss out due to financial or logistical challenges.
Can’t make it to Michigan this year? I’m producing a concert in NYC with an all feminist lineup!! Buy tickets here! We are 29 tickets away from our goal for the concert!

Why Diamonds are a Girl's Best Friend
Women and their jewellery have a very intricate relationship. The tale of the nagging wife troubling her husband for new jewellery is as old as time. It is a reflection on a woman's vanity. Folk tales mock her ignorance of worldly ways and her frivolous obsession with being adorned. She is redundant to a mere crow that admires shiny things. However, this begs the question, is a woman's desire to collect jewellery as absurd as men paint it to be?
The world has forgotten that until very recently, women were forbidden from owning any form of capital. Be it property, money or even small inanimate objects, they belonged first to her father then her husband. The roof above her could be taken away on a whim with a clock's tick. In these trying times, jewellery emerged as a beacon of financial security for most women of the globe.
Mother of pearls, diamond earrings, gold necklaces etc. were-- although not in print-- under a woman's reign of control. They had an impressive resale value and could last several generations under proper care. More so, they could be secretly sold usually without paperwork to acquire a woman some monetary freedom. If her husband gambled all their assets away, atleast she'll have enough money to put some food on the table for her children.
Jewellery has often times saved people from calamities. Unlike land, jewellery is easier to sell. In case of an emergency, a large sum of money could be obtained without much trouble. Jewellery are an excellent heirloom. The wisdom of grandmothers is passed down to granddaughters to come, allowing them some command over their own life.
Jewellery is a form of investment just like land and shares. Its value is diminished solely due to its association with women. It is not a woman's vice but a survival tactic against the suffocating patriarchy. Jewellery is something she can have under her own name--no matter how small or how futile-- it is her sole capital, her best friend.

I have a problem with so many people going after other because we shared an opinion. I'm sorry my values don't align with your values, but I have a right to share what I want. People nowadays can say whatever they want and ask that we respect them, which might not align with everyone's beliefs, but as soon as somebody shares an opinion that doesn't align with others and someone doesn't like it because of that, they automatically don't get the same respect or freedom of speech. Freedom of speech is a basic human right. If you are going to ask for it, you need to understand others with different opinions than yours can too.
