It’s with great honour and gratitude to reach one thousand followers for my main/booklr/aesthetic blog. I’ve had this blog for almost a year, having that I accidentally deleted my old blog of 4 years. In the beginning, I was devastated that all my old personal blog that I’ve spent practically my whole high school life, was deleted and never retrievable but I with that, I took a deep breath, let go of that past, and started anew with this blog. A blog that I shared a specific passion in books, mythology and  other aesthetics with. This blog changed everything. With it, I met a lot of new and amazing people with the same passion as me. I’ve found more books to read, shows to watch, inspirations for art and above all, friends to connect with. And with all that, I say thank you to the following whom I admire and give praise.

To Michelle aka @perxephne Without you, none of this would have happened. You’re the first book friend I’ve met before this blog! I credit you to helping me get into reading more, being with me through happy and hard times, and for becoming my first best internet buddy who I actually met! You’re such a kind, beautiful, sophisticated young soul. The kind you read in a Donna Tartt book. Thank you for sticking with me all this time and helping me blossom this blog to what it is.

To Diana aka @kazzriel I am so thankful that our paths crossed and I got to know you and connect with our love of A Court of Mist and Fury along with other books like AEITA and SOC. I first reached out to you cuz we had the same name lol and being fangirling best friends makes this blog worth while a lot of the time. I want to thank you once again and a million times more for the package of books you sent me! It’s just really cool to think we’re so far apart from each other yet we’re this close. I’m so ready to fangirl about ACOWAR with you!!!!

To my GF squad aka @dirtyhandsnet You girls changed this blog for me indefinitely. Can you answer the Harry Potter tag questions that were going round YouTube a few years back?!

Sure!

1) Favourite book?I’ve only read books 1-5 so far, but my favourite so far has been Harry Potter and the Philosopher’s Stone purely because i think it was a great introduction to the Wizarding World. 

2) Least favourite book?Harry Potter and the Chamber of Secrets. I found it a tad boring. 

3) Favourite movie?Harry Potter and the Prisoner of Azkaban. Always and forever. 

4) Least favourite movie?I really didn’t enjoy Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince much, and after reading the book i don’t think Harry Potter and the Order of the Phoenix was done particularly well (apart from Umbridge, that was a good casting choice!)

5) Favourite quote?Basically anything McGonagall says, specifically:“Are you really giving us permission to do this?”“Yes, Longtbotton”“Blow it up? Boom?”“BOOM!”

6) Favourite Weasley?Ronald. 

7) Favourite female character?Luna Lovegood. I adore her totally and completely in the book and in the film. 

8) Favourite villain.Bellatrix Lestrange. I hate her but she’s bloody well written.

9) Favourite male character?Neville Longbottom. I just think his character development is wonderful, and it makes me incredibly happy. I love him so much!  

10) Favourite professor?Minerva McGongall hands down. She’s so damn sassy and just brilliant!

11) Would you rather A) wash Snape’s hair or B) spend a day listening to Lockhart rant about himself?Wash Snape’s hair! I cannot deal with Lockhart at all. 

12) Would you rather duel A) an elated Bellatrix or B) and angry Molly?Oh definitely an elated Bellatrix! I would never ever want to take on an angry mother!

13) Would you rather travel to Hogwarts via A) Hogwarts Express or B) Flying Car?Hogwarts Express. I love train journey’s, and the Hogwarts Express looks like so much fun; not only are you heading to a Wizarding School but there are also so many sweet available to buy whilst traveling instead of the boring tea and coffee. A flying car sounds fun, but it doesn’t beat the Hogwarts Express!

14) Would you rather A) Kiss Voldemort or B) give Umbridge a bubble bath?Kiss Voldemort. It won’t last as long as a bubble bath!

15) Would you rather A) ride a Hippogriff or B) ride a Firebolt?Hippogriff!!!

16) Is there a character you felt differently about in the movies?Ginny. Shes a much better character in the books. 

17) Is there a movie you preferred to the book?So far, no. I doubt i’ll feel differently when i finish the series. 

18) Richard Harris or Michael Gambon as Dumbledore?As much as i loved Richard Harris’ portrayal in the first couple of films, i think because there’s more of Michael Gambon as Dumbledore i’d have to say him. I do adore them both though to be fair. 

19) Your top thing (person or event) that wasn’t in the movie that you wanted there the most?So far i’m just annoyed that there was no Peeves in the movies! And also 

20) If you could remake any of the Harry Potter movies which would it be?I wouldn’t remake any of them entirely, i’d probably just add bits and pieces here and there in them all. 

21 Which house was your first gut feeling you’d be a part of?Gryffindor. Purely because it was the only one that was really talked about when i first saw the films. 

22) Which house were you actually sorted into on Pottermore?Raevnclaw. I was actually surprised by this. 

23) Which class would be your favourite?Either Care of Magical Creatures (i love my animal friends) or Potions!

24) Which spell do you think would be most useful to learn?Accio because i’m lazy. 

25) Which character do you think you’d instantly become friends with?Luna or Hermione. I’ve had friends like them both through the years so i’d be drawn to both of them!

26) If you could own one of the three Hallows, which would it be?The Invisibility Cloak hands down!

27) Is there any aspect of the books you’d want to change?The first thing that comes to mind is Albus Severus’s name, i’d change that to something...better.

28) Favourite Marauder?Padfoot i think. Or maybe Moony. Both of them?!

29) If you could bring one character back to life, which would it be?Fred because the thoughts of George living the rest of his life without his twin brother fills me with pain. But also Hedwig because her death made me bawl like a baby.
